My pleasure. I hope you enjoy it. You are correct about the intwrchangeable nature of mods. The only concerns are when there are dependencies else where, like the recent apps vs power widget framework. Most mods are based on power widget so boot loops will occur if someone flashes a mod that was made for recent apps mod. I think you know what I mean. Have a great day my friend.

I'm switching back to RLS 5 for a little while (from Warm Z). Any chance you could make a gingerbread titlebar mod for it--the same icons in Warm Z?
These look awesome, I just flashed this ROM and I'd definitely like to try some of these out.. I'm completely new to this though, do I just flash these to get em' to work or can somebody point me in the right direction for instructions? Thanks and great work!

First of all, I love this rom, rls5, first one i flashed and looking forward to learning more and eventually flashing Z. I tried posting this in the main thread like you asked but since this is my first post (I'm more of a searcher than a question asker,I'm sure any of my nooby questions have been answered somewhere already)i was not allowed.But i was just wondering if the "remove everything except signal bars" title bar is available for 2.2 and will these title bars work with launcherpro plus? thank you in advanced for any help!

No problem my friend. I hope you enjoy the rom. these mods will not work on 2.2. None of these so far. I will add some later this week. There has been a couple of requests. My main post is linked at the bottom of the first thread, and it's also in my signature. I check that more often then this one. I can make a remove everything except signal bars for 2.2 if you want. Also, launcherpro plus uses it's own framework, kind of. Depending on which mod you want, some of them will work and some don't. Anything that has to do with the color of bar won't work as far as I know. The removal of icons, on the other hand, should work as described. Let me know if you have other questions.

This started originally as a port of Fabulous' Droid X theme for a buddy and grew into a full fledged theme project for me. I'm Trying to blend sense with the highlights and some of the styling of the Droid X. Though it has a lot of red it is not ment to be a red theme. I just feel it matches well with the styling of the exterior of our phone. Sense is HUGE and i have a lot of ideas for this project but I felt it was complete enough for a beta. i have the super circle battery on the 2.2 skyraider rom what i'm worried about is if i install this theme over it i'll lose my battery, guess i could always just reinstall the battery zip possible to keep the theme but change the battery?

I tried it, it doesn't work, because it pushes out a new framework-res, so you lose the sweet tranlucent notification bar & icons that are included with this theme.
Too bad I don't know how to theme, or I would make a fix for it.

Yeah I think I got 99% red right now...I think there's one somewhere I missed or is controlled through .xml...either way I'll find it and convert it to red also

Can you make a "Burnt Orange" theme?
How do we uninstall this theme? I didn't make a nandroid back up.
Some people have seen it in Myn's thread, some haven't. This is a reskin of Sense to look like the Gingerbread Launcher. It comes in 3 parts: Gingerbread Battery, Gingerbread Launcher reskin, and Gingerbread Keyboard. I kept them separate because some people only want this or that.
The issue with using LauncherPro or ADW.Launcher is that we can't have our Sense widgets. On top of that, we lose Myn's new transitions and the transparent app drawer. This solves the issue The keyboard and Gingerbread launcher will work on ALL Sense-based ROMs. The battery mod is built on top of Myn's framework-res.apk so I doubt that'll work with other ROMs.

To activate the Gingerbread keyboard, just go to a text box and hold your finger down. Hit "Input Method" and choose "Android Keyboard". It supports
multi-touch.
If you're using a different Sense Rom and you decide to flash the Gingerbread Launcher, your phone and browser button might not work. To fix this, I've included "Rosie Settings" from Myn's ROM, which lets you assign apps to the left and right button.
The time and battery widgets do not come with this mod! You need to get them from the Market. They're called Battstat and Tajm

Yup. I grabbed the whole 2.3 ROM (which btw is definitely just proof-of-concept and not for everyday use), so I have access to all the images. This is just a little preview of what's to come
Dumb Question - So I have a stock Warm RLS4, if i flash the launcher zip it will replace the default warm rls 4 launcher skin?
If you just want the launcher, only flash the launcher. It won't touch anything else.

Can the launcher be modified so that the icons that are there are not just the phone and internet icons? Personally, I prefer having the text message as the right icon of the launcher and I usually leave the left icon as the phone/dialer. If this could be implemented, it would be greatly appreciated. BTW, great work on this theme.................

Yup. The purpose is to make it look more and more like Gingerbread, so I'll be porting over more stuff from the 2.3 SDK. The good news about these mods is that they'll continue to work in future Warm releases as well and they also work with any Sense-based ROM (aside from the titlebar mod).

Awesome! Thanks a lot, wish I could do stuff like this to help out, I'm currently trying to make the gingerbread theme work with sense, but I don't know much. I'll just flash these for now, while I work on my project that really isn't going anywhere so far. I'll be flashing these mods ASAP though!

Sweet! i have been wanting to flash a theme for mikfroyo... stock has gotten rather boring for my liking. Is there anyway you can make them have a 3 column app drawer i like it being less cluttered!

Are are using the Black themed or Stock version?
I will have to work on this tonight (currently @ work). Shouldn't be overly difficult.
I'm really liking the all black theme w/ transparent overlays. what he did w/ gmail is perfect. I'm outdoors all the time and this setup is perfect for me visually. was wondering if the same can be done for reg email and messaging app.

There is a no clock MOD for stock v3.70 ROMs I made HERE.
Any chance you can do a vanilla lockscreen for 4.2 beta 2 that doesnt have the alarm clock issues?
The AOSP lockscreen just requires that the alarm be set using the AOSP clock. I can make a .zip that has that version n gives u the lockscreen.

is there a difference between the two files other than size?
this is for skyraider 3.5 sense, and will delete your theme as it edits framework-res.apk/com.htc.resources.apk, Rosie.apk

No problem here though I like the new look especially the lockscreen as opposed to the original Skyraider 3.5 lockscreen. Here are two screen shots in case any body wants to know how it looks.

dang, thanks Troy!! I guess I forgot this was one of my "personal files" I was working on a "full out stock look,darkened", that just never saw the light of day but there are a few bits and pieces in this file I am happy you guys like it!

you mean the status bar?
yea I'll see what I can work together right now, I never went that direction cos I know the main point of Athena was the white status bar and changing that is kinda no point just run sense, but I can see if your not like me, and don't like sense you will want it, so Ill get to themeing.
and unlike this mod it will be based off the actual Athena framework, this file posted was just taken from my theme I run.

I'm not sure what you mean, but I think you are asking about the toggles, they will be fine I believe. Always do a nandroid just incase you want to go back, OR adb pull your framework-res.apk and com.htc.resources.apk BEFORE flashing the theme. and if you don't like it, put the pulled .apks in place of the ones in my theme and flash that to get back to before.

Also, I noticed that applying the Gingerbread status icons, it doesn't break my rotary lock screen! (applied by the terminal command "rotaryunlock" in Skyraider Sense 3.5)
Im really glad the percentage number for my battery is gone. I was always staring at it. I feel more relaxed now lol

Just wondering, in the quick settings your pics show everything blue. Mine is totally transparent. Wasn't sure if your intention was for it to be blue? I like it better transparent anyway, but maybe it should be made semi-transparent cause it is hard to read if you have anything on your home screen.

Yes. It should be blue. I'm not familiar with the EVO since I don't have one. Lol. I'll be trying to fix it so it looks like the pictures. I also have to remove recent apps. It's a work in progress. This is the best I can do for now. I'll try to include a separate zip for those that prefer it like it is or in the meantime try to darken the background on the drop down menu.

Porting to sky blue took me 12 + hours. This theme along with my NOV theme are both BETA. Which means, I'll have to continue to update both of these on the Thunderbolt AND EVO. There's just not enough time to port to another color yet. I'll get it done when time allows and both builds are finished. I also still have the ROMEO theme to work on. That's at least one full build behind schedule.

I have twist-AllianceROM-RLS2-signed rom and I want to remove the unlock icon and put it back to default and maybe change the icons for the battery life and that stuff
Can you help me out with a link or something to help explain to me how i can do it?

Ok people after a second look at this I was able to figure out what needed to be done to change the Notification area to show a blue backround behind the recent, and the quick settings notifications. Also got rid of the Recent apps! So its gonna look like the pic in the OP now!
