I have been using Vegan tab 5.1.1 for about 2 weeks now been pretty stable until yesterday. I had left my tab turned on but locked overnight when I tried to turn it on the battery had died, I plugged in in and booted up when I booted up to the lock screen I started getting FCs on multiple apps. I had been using ADW Launcher but that gcscap now. I uninstalled and reinstalled ADW and still get FCs. Other apps that were working are not. A lot of apps had to be reinstalled as they were missing.
Has anybody-else had this issue?

I had a similar problem a while back and what I did was:
- Moved my backup from the SD CARD to my computer
- repartition the card (2048 and 0)
- Copied the backup from my laptop back to the SDCard
- Restored the backup using CWM
Everything was good after that.
I had a similar issue, and then a boot loop...I Wiped and reverted back to 5.1, found alot of apps I couldnt get on 5.1.1 I could with 5.1, ran market fix, and flash...works amazing!

I flashed BAMF Remix 1.6.3 and everything seemed fine until I rebooted. I had restored everything. Now when I reboot I get:
ROM Manager Premium License has stopped unexpectedly
The Process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly
The Process android.process.media has stopped unexpectedly
The last two pop up a few times. The radio does not connect.
Tried powering off once and it rebooted. Hit the power button on another occasion and it rebooted.
Great!
When you say restored everything, you mean using titanium backup ? Sounds to me like it wasn't a clean install or you restored apps+data and not just apps....... But idk just a stab in the dark

Seems like it wasn't a clean install. Did you make sure to wipe everything before flashing?
Yes, I wiped everything. My problem may have been restoring everything from Ti Backup. I flashed Clockwork Recovery and re-flashed BAMF and let the apps reload themselves and am selectively restoring certain items from Ti Backup. So far so good.
Still new to Ti Backup. Learning....
I had this same thing happen to me. Wiped and everything. When I restored backed up apps (with titanium) it started giving me never ending force quits to my phone (com.android.phone).
I am going to start from scratch again and see what happens...
So I got my continuum 3 weeks ago, first Droid phone. Decided to root, took me about 5 hours finally figured it out using SuperOneClick.
Wanted to check out some custom ROM's so I plugged my USB cable in and transfered the .zip file to my sd card and booted into cwr and tried to install the .zip from the sd card and rebooted, nothing was different or had changed. Did that a few times and realized that I hadn't wiped user data or cache or delvik so I did that all in the cwr and installed to .zip rom and rebooted.
This time when I rebooted a few things were different. All of my apps were in alphabetical order, the home screen was back to stock except for my background was one I had just installed. My contacts were gone (thank God I backed them up).
So I rebooted again.... hung at Samsung logo....
I had also put the Peanut Butter Jelly time kernal on my sd card out of luck I installed that and rebooted. This time everything was the same as my previous horror boot except all of my apps that were set to run on boot fc'ed and all of the other apps that I have are just icons. None of them open or they do and fc. Market will not open. My phone is a phone and a camera and the browser works.
I am very new to droid but learn quickly. I cannot post on the continuum dev threads because I am a noob. Hopefully one of the continuum devs will see this and know what to do to help.
Thanks a ton, I do not mind donating for help.
I was running SkyICS ROM 4.2E6.
Great ROM, liked it a lot.
I then installed the KOB4LT theme. Upon my first shutdown, I noticed it was freezing. Just a blank screen and the haptic buttons were lit up.
I did the usual, cleared cache, davlik, removed battery a few minutes, fixed permissions, etc. Nothing helped.
So I reinstalled the most recent update patch from SkyICS and that didn't fix it either. So I wiped the phone and installed the RIII base and E7 of SkyICS (very latest).
Again I loved things for a few days.
But then I used ROM Toolbox to do a little customization.
Then I installed a few live wallpapers from the Market.
And got some spam infestation as a result.
So I wiped the phone and restored from a day old Nandroid backup.
And voila... the shutdown issue is back.
So I wiped the phone again and restored a two-day old Nandroid.
And again I have the shutdown issue.
Any ideas for me to try? I spent a lot of time getting that ROM just the way I wanted and don't want to have to reflash a new ROM all over again.
Fixed it.
1) Wiped phone (again).
2) Flashed the original UCLD2 ICS leak (I727UCLE2_OneClick).
3) Flashed recovery.
4) Installed 5.5.0.4 (?) touch recovery.
5) Wiped phone.
6) Restored from backup.
7) Rebooted w/out any problem.
Thanks, I was having the same problem today and this fixed it.
So, I just installed Wallpaper Changer - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.j4velin.wallpaperChanger -
and it locked up my phone after a couple changes.
Phone restarted itself, but now whenever the SD card goes to mount(even if I remove the card) the touch locks up, and after awhile the whole phone locks(correction, the phone's still functioning, my Wifisignal is still changing).
Also, nothing from SD is loading properly.
is there any way to remove the app without flashing?
Rooted, Stock everything, flashed with India Rom awhile back due to a CWM recovery semi-brick I did to myself.
Edit - Just crashed and restarted itself while sitting there trying to load everything. 'stuck' on the Android loadscreen.

I fixed it, I think.
I was going through CWR to see if there was any options to remove apk's.. and just wiped my Dalvik and rebooted, it worked.
thanks though ^,..,^
Hi everyone,
I have installed android Pie One UI via ODIN (Clean install) a few days ago. All worked perfectly fine, and since this morning the phone started to freeze randomly.
It happens very often, a few times in a minute and eveything gets unresponsive for a couple of seconds.
I have tried clearing the cache partition in recovery mode but the issue is still there. There were no new apps installed since the first day initial setup when I installed everything, and now suddenly I have this issue.
Does anyone know what it could be and what can I try before doing a factory reset?
EDIT: Seems that there was an issue because I debloated the firmware with package disabler pro, seems that the phone tried to start something after a few days but couldn't because it was deactivated. As soon as I re-enabled all bloat it stopped freezing.
