Has anyone seen this case or maybe own it?
It's looking pretty badass, cheap, slim.

it looks nice but too shiny and kinky fro me. I just ordered the blue one and paid an extra £12.50 for special delivery. They reckon 2-4 days. They are based in Hong Kong and am in London.

Nice, I was looking at the Seidio Snap. It looks a little bit better. I liked the smooth and simple back of the Ultra-Case however.

I bought this last week. I hope they also make their iPhone cases fit on the Nexus One.

Just bought one. I like the looks of it.

i pass..looks like a fingerprint magnet. I have a hard enough time keeping the screen clean.

How thick is that case though? I want the thinnest case possible without going the zagg/bodyshield route personally.

Just an FYI. Ultra Case's "The One" case can be found on ebay for around 5 bucks instead of the ridiculous 20 they want on their web site. It wouldn't surprise me if this "black" case is on ebay too.

Thats not the same case from Ultra-case I should be getting the real one this week and I will post some pics. The one in your link is a soft plastic and the Ultra-case is a hard plastic snap-on that only covers the back of the phone and also doesn't cover really any of the bottom, look again. http://www.ultra-case.com/product.php?pID=449

The point I was making is ultra case is selling a $3 case for 20 bucks and it wouldn't surprise me if their "Black" case shows up on ebay for a few bucks too. I already have a nice, blue hard shell case that offers more than just covering the phone's back for 20 bucks.

Was gonna order from there too! but the 2-6wk delivery time put me off!

Yea fair enough, mine took just over a week to come, the wait isn't too bad if you've already got a case.
To be fair I'd of paid an extra couple of ££ to have it in a couple of days instead of risking a 6 week wait.

it's probably a tiny bit thinner but not by much. its much better fitting than the nexus one case from Mobile Fun, it covers the edge around the screen it also feels generally nicer to hold.

For me it was the £99.99 price which put me off! (That's the original item, as mentioned in the first post)

I really don't think it is going to be any thinner than the nexus one specific cases.

I don't know whether it will fit in a pouch though.

Thanks I guess I'll have to go shopping with the phone in hand and see if a case fits the pouch. That's hard to do considering the phone isn't available here...maybe when I'm back on holiday in the UK I'll try and find a solution. Might get something similar to the zagg invisishield to protect the phone for know.

I've waded through what seems like 100 pages and I'm still no closer to getting anything! Seems I need a 1) thin film screen protector, 2) some sort of gel/silicone case to protect the phone from drop-damage when I'm using it and 3) a general purpose case/jacket to protect it from keys/drop damage/rain. But there's no way of knowing whether it'll fit into case 3 if it's in case 2! Sellers seem happy to advertise stuff as fitting the desire when buyers report that it doesn't, and you have the usual ebay sellers, typically in hong kong/china offering 6 week delivery times and no ability to return stuff for a refund if it turns out that you've got a crap one/it doesn't fit/isn't actually for the desire.
Does anyone have all 3 protections on their phone and who cares to share it with us (me)? And does anyone know the difference between these two items?

The first is a TPU case a sort of soft plastic like those flexible rulers you can buy, the second is a floppy silicone case.
Neither have a hole for the volume rocker you have to press through the case, ideally there should be a bump over the volume rocker to make it easy to press.

I went out brought the case the OP suggested and another case of amazon just to see the difference between them. the one from amazon hasn't arrived yet, however with regards to the ebay purchase the case arrived within two days of payment, so can't really knock the delivery time on this.
Its a snug fit, the phone doesn't move about within the case which is always reasuring. the case is reasonably thin, but does add a substantial weight and a thickness of about 3m to your phone. And the back of the case does pick up fingerprints quite easily, my old school ps3 doesn't pick up fingerprints quite as easily as this case does.
I would post photos of the case and the phone, but unforntunately my phone is my camera when whilst I'm at uni. I'll try to borrow a friends camera when I get both cases together to give you guys a little run through.

In all seriousness, I got the one from eBay too and it's pretty good I'd say. It'll do for now, I'd prefer a more matt/siliconey feel but so I'll keep searching.

Just got one of these to allay my fears of breaking my phone. It does feel a lot chunkier and it's certainly not as sexy now. I might get used to it or find something else.

Hahaham we both knew I meant 3mm. However adding 3m to my phone would sure that if I dropped it, it wouldn't even reach the ground.

Feels really good. Design is okay and it fits perfectly.
Got it for about 3pounds... ~4Euro...

Brought one here in oz, abs gold!!! Works a treat...

From what I've read its one of the best cases you can buy, I don't use it because it makes your phone as big as a HTC G1/Dream. I do use the Case-mate Barely There chrome snap-on case and from what I have personally found out is that they make the highest quality cases that I have bought for my Nexus One.

I have it, I'm using it. I love it It's absolutely the best you can buy with the price, free shipping, good customer service. IMO, It doesn't significantly make your phone bigger or bulkier. It feels like a solid rock

I use this case as well as the new Otterbox Commuter case and they are both very good quality cases. I believe that the Otterbox offers a little more protection and feels better and is easier to pull out of your pocket but all in all, this is a good sturdy case! I do like the fact that you have different color options whereas the Otterbox does not yet...

I just got the Tough Case like 3 days ago. It is amazing! I don't think it makes the the phone that much larger, I actually like the texture and sturdiness of the case, its pretty smooth.

Had mine just over a week, love it. Good fit, good feel, free decent screen protector.

Tough Case, if you do a quick search I've put up a picture of my pink/black one.

case mate Tough Case is the best so far. i have two buddy's at work and they have different ones that cost them about 8 bucks ,and they ask me were to get it and i told them . ever since i had it i don't have any problem and trust me i recommended to every one...

I was in the market for some cases too for my wife who tends to just sort of abuse her phone (just throws the phone in her purse and cup holders) so I decided to get the tough case for both our phones and glad I did...its solid and well made. The holes match up perfectly and the silicone and abs are snug to each other.

lookin good crxtasi! when can i get my barely there?

I have a casemate gelli, it's pretty awesome. Very snug, minimal bulk, and looks great. Sure not as much protection as some other cases, but certainly increases the drop protection.

I've had this case since it was released for the N1 and love it....never have to carry my wallet around with me anymore

Well it should be here in a couple of days. I really need to get a case on my N1! And I like the added feature of the card holder, in this day and age all you need is a 20. Dollar bill I'd and debit/ credit card

Looks good. I prefer innocase 2 by seidio. Very happy with mine and well worth the money IMHO. it looks more streamline than the pics ive seen on this thread.

The problem with the barely there case is the lack of protection on the bottom and top of the phone. That is where I got 90% of the scratches on my g1.

These remain out of stock. Some of the skins can be bought separately, but the shells aren't back yet.

I was considering giving it a try.

Just spoke with a Case-Mate representative over the phone and was told that the Nexus One Tough Case is now discontinued and they do not have any more in stock. All they have left are the soft silicone inner skins that pair with the outer shell.
Kind of sad that a great phone that really isn't that old at all is already pretty tough to find good accessories for.

I think about using a case like that for my N1. at the moment i am using the original nexus one case. but of course, it is not very safe compared to this case.

I broke down and bought one of these cases on Amazon because I was unable to find one elsewhere. No one carries them and as my last post stated, they're discontinued by the manufacturer. Received the case yesterday and all I can say is that if you're on the fence about getting one, DO IT. The case fits PERFECTLY and feels very high quality. It doesn't gather an excessive amount of lint, and even comes with a nice microfiber cloth and clear screen protector. I already dropped the phone once today and the case did an absolutely beautiful job protecting the phone. Really too bad these aren't being made anymore.

My only complaint about this case is the soft silicon skin under the trackball gets loose quickly. It still stays on, but doesn't look or feel as good.

Well just placed my order with amazon, problem is they wont ship to NZ so have a mate over in the US that comes back in a week or so, getting it sent to him and then he will bring it back

Well damn, looks like I got one just in time at the beginning of January! And it's a really great case. I sure feel like my Nexus One is safe in there.

I ordered the Blindbox in Germany so I got delivered the sandstone and sandstone case additionally. They are quite hard and not really flimsy. However it's true, camera protection is barely there and I don't think those cases will protect from a drop really good. Also, I want to rock a transparent case with this beautiful blue color. The included one looks and feels really good but is way to soft at the sides, this is even lesser protection than the others cases.
Currently I am using the sandstone case as it gives me way better grip than the carbon one.

I drop my phones about once per year so I need a case to protect my phones but a simple bumper case is not enough with these curved displays and depending on how the phone lands, screen might shatter even with a good bumper.case. The cover cases also prevent damage from typical day to day usage.
I have seen some really good implementation of always on displays with smart cover cases, especially from Samsung.
I cannot recommend the case I linked, I don't have it yet and I do not expect much from the case, it just happens to be one for sale now, I think beat cases typically don't get released this early. If anyone sees a good cover case, please post here, also if you see always on screen mods for the phone.

You probably wont get it for a long while unless you paid through the roof for DHL or UPS!
Im gonna have to take extra care and not drop it until I can get a cheap case from amazon while I wait for Spigen or Rhinoshield.

I used ali express. My screen protectors should be here by the last week of april while I wait for whitestone to sort theres out. I'll just use the case in the ox while I wait aswell

Had a popsocket for half a year. I liked it. I was reading web books. I did not trust it staying put . . . so . . . . I dabbed a tiny, tiny little bit of super glue at the edges.
