I just ordered the Go Belt from Amazon. I was wondering if any of you have/has any experience with these types of belts for you active lifestyle.
I found that other thread with the armband, but I figured this belt would be more versatile for my needs.

I have something similar, I like it better than the armbands. I have to adjust my armband fairly often when I work out cause it gets uncomfortable fairly quickly. Not a problem with the belt.

From looking sure the way that closes I'd very if you dropped it the phone would come right out of the case. Doesn't look very secure too me.

I love how the aluminum looks, but I would be kinda concerned about the safety of the phone.
Some customer reviews mentioned that the hinge/lock will get tangled everywhere. Like when taking the phone out of the pocket
Any one had any issues with that?
How about issues with the phone working period? Seems to me an aluminum cover for a phone would be counter productive.
Does anyone know of a good armband to use with the sgs4g? I want to use ths micoach app when i run but i cant use my pocket to hold the phone and dont want to hold it the whole time

Yeah, I looked at several of those... probably try them; just hoping to not kill it with sweat. (I did that to an old Sansa Clip that I'd clipped to the waistband of my jogging shorts...)

Taken it on several runs now and it works great. Fits the GS4G perfectly! (Assuming you have a normal sized back. The thicker leather one my wife has is too tight.)

It's alright, gets the job done. It fits the 4G since the S2 is larger. The only issue is you cannot use this with a case. Only the phone can be in there.
There are others on Dealextreme that apparently have a stylus attached.
Following up. I have now run approximately 200 miles with the arm band I referenced above.
I have run in the rain.
I have run on humid days where I sweat terribly.
My phone has stayed dry through it all.
Would recommend!

I actually really like that. and I wouldn't mind the flip type leather either. I could get rid of the lock screen.

no way it makes it look retro like my old cassette player left over from the early 80's. ill tell you that was the best walkman I ever had. I think it was a jvc.
also looks kinda like a silver cigarette case. though the hinge would be annoying to put in your pocket. ill bet it catches on clothing.
just a thought but I'm a machinist and I'm getting a garage to put my induma milling machine in. I can probably make dies and stamp something like that out pretty easily if I get a press of some kind. even an arbor press will work on thin aluminum. what do you think people would pay for that if I could make it with hinge or belt clip?

depends on the quality, it would need some sort of protective material inside though. So i'm thinking anywhere from $5-15.

please. a skin on ebay can cost more than that. do I look like a mass manufacuting facility in China that pays workers 12 cents per hour.
if I had a cnc vinal decal cutter I could sell skins for that all day on ebay but a case that needs dies to be cut and the material needs to be trimed precisely for each case well I was thinking id have to make atleast as much as that cheap import case with the inconvenient hinge.

i'm use to buying cheap, quality cases around 15-20. personally I think cases in general are overpriced. What were you thinking, 25-40?

It looks like the one I have. It worked great. I always thought the touch pad was too slippery. The case made me more comfortable handling it. I no longer worried about it slipping out of my hands. The only down side is that it was too thick to charge on the touchstone.

Yikes, a bit of a strong reprimand for someone just pointing out a good source of comments on the case. However, I have one, and use it when I take the pad outside. It does have difficulty with touchstone, though I have made it work with careful positioning.

These are those low-quality generic cases from china. You can't see it but, the dye rubs off and stains your device. The TP is black so most don't notice but if you get a different color or use it on say, an iPad, you will get a nice surprise. Also, it doesn't fit the TP snugly - the thing moves around in there a bit. My advice get the official case on Ebay or something better. It's priced at $4 for a reason.
They are super generic, but they are of good quality for the price. I'm using one on my TP right now. It's very decent, but I am a bit of a case junkie and have 4 different cases at the moment. That said, I'd recommend it.
Further, I've had no issues with it not being color fast, and the fit is perfect...but that's just my experience. I also bought mine from ebay, not that it makes much difference, I'm sure...
I've been looking for a flip case that I can use to replace my wallet. I've found a few leather ones I like but haven't pulled the trigger yet. I was wanting a leather one till I came across this one and it looks really nice and looks like it will protect it good to. So last night I went onto amazon there r no user reviews out for it yet so was wondering if anyone has it or if anyone can recommend one for me. Any help would be much appreciated!! Thanks in advance

Tech 21 makes an amazing wallet case but I don't think it can hold many cards, it's worth looking at though

Never been a fan of these types of cases. If you lose your phone or it gets lifted, there goes your ID plus any debit/credit cards you have on you, along with what I presume would be your primary method of cancelling said cards. If you're looking to pare down, just get a slim wallet like something from Flipside and get a minimalist case.
