I don't know how many of you browse the XDA Portal (the XDA Developers homepage) but they always have the newest and coolest things featured from teh forums there. I found this one submission and I thought I'd post it here to help him gain some more momentum. If anyone knows a Dev with some spare time or the know-how to get this project rolling, refer them to this thread here!

First post! I wanted to thank all of you G2xers out there. From all of your help and forum postings, I was finally brave enough to do NVFLASH and install CWM. It worked!! Where to go from here? But luckily to all of the information out there, I do not have to work too hard on deciding. So Thanks guys! And gals
Better slow down there buddy, you're really running up your post count now. You should probably spend a little more time reading before you start asking questions.
U R A D*CK! I wasn't asking for help.... I was simply saying thank you to all of the people that have provided such helpful information.

Hi everyone,
I'm here to introduce a new site that will hopefully help Android grow.
I have created Android Ideas (android-ideas.com) as a place where users can post their ideas, and developers can make them come true!
I have had some ideas in the past, but have not been able to bring them to Android, as I'm not a developer (like most people). The site is here so developers can come and read other users ideas and build the app/theme/mod into android.
All the user has to do is sign up and post the idea, I will then do the rest. The developer can come a long and look through the ideas without signing up. Developers can also follow @Android_Ideas on twitter for the latest idea posts!
I have started the ball rolling by posting a couple of ideas myself! Please post yours to help the site grow!!
If you would like to use the above banner in a signiture (but smaller), please copy this;
HTML:

You're welcome to put "user of" or something like that!
Any questions, please ask...
Thanks, Matt

If you don't know how-to, don't do it.
Why other people should make videos for you, so thousand of lazy people create kanged roms?
Its easy, as soon as you look into the stuff or use search you'll find the solution.
But with your lazyness... No chance.
Thank you for the reply I found a couple videos on youtube i will put them in the post for anyone else who wants to learn how to download developing get the source code and developing a custom ROM ( I will go to extra mile because some people are lazy )
Instead of everyone being lazy like you said I believe we should all be able to help other people and that's exactly what these people did instead of saying don't waste your time you can't do it people found a way to do it and are helping others learn
Also if you have nothing worthwhile to say please don't reply

Depends how you define "worthwhile". Rule 1 is to search is it not. Now if you're serious, happy reading - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2073370

That's because the questions of recommending phones or kernels or even ROMs are not allowed in xda. Sorry Mate!
Better luck next time!

What Arnau said plus many times people don't want to look stupid on forums with as much brainpower and expertise as on the XDA forum. Some of the most brilliant people hang out here and obviously if you don't know what you're talking about, to try and bluff your way through may work on some forums, but not here.
As you visit more often, look for some of the gurus, follow their threads, Thank Them and if they help you, contribute. That might really help you get the answers you need. Good luck.
XDA is not a support site, it is a site for and about developers and development, soooo, I suggest, if you are in fact looking for support, use search here, or go elsewhere.
Meanwhile, development still occurs here at XDA.
