I received my Malata dock this week, and have been using it for charging so far (nothing else connected to the dock but the power connector)
After docking, I'm frequently unable to wake the tab after it sleeps, and have to long press the power, at which point it resets.
I'm running tnt lite 4.1, but tried with 3.14 and had the same results. Anyone else seeing similarities with their docks?

Good idea, will give a new kernel a shot, thanks!

Thanks for pointing us to these kernels Joe!

Seems much better with that kernel so far, definitely worth a try if anyone else is having this problem!
Same here, after over 24 hrs testing new kernel, no more SOD upon removal from dock. I think this can be posted as a definite [SOLUTION] for this problem.
It would be nice if someone would start a [PROBLEM / SOLUTION] rollup thread that could be stickied.
I would if I had the time. Any takers?

Hey guys the all the info that I have posted is in the development section I am just on the forum and the irc channel all the time so that's how I get the info just keep looking around and usually someone has already encountered your problem and has possibly found a fix. The g tablet has excellent people that look and are willing to help

As many others, just got the firmware update a little while ago.
firmware is now 8.2.3.13 and dock is EP101-0209
is everyone else who got this update missing the dock battery icon that they added on the beta firmware a few days ago?
I did not have the beta update installed but I can confirm that there is no dock battery meter.
Too bad... Maybe they're really getting it right for the 3.1 update.
Here's hoping!
No battery meter here, what a load.
Mine has now stopped telling me that the dock is charging the tablet since update. It is still charging, just no lightning symbol on battery.

I liked it, I could look down and see when the dock had died.
Updated and now my dock has stopped responding and my internet browser isn't working And also no dock battery icon.
Yep, no battery meter for the dock, although, it is working really well!!
that battery meter must of caused some problems or the guy on here was giving us a look on some of his personal work not approved

Lol, dont blame you... I'm not entirely sure what this whole blob thing is.
All I know is that the stock one is huge, and the cwm blob is small, so guessing all it does is install clockwork mod.
i just paul revere'd the news over to modaco... see what happens.
Do you guys know why the number 1 and number 6 on the keyboard have circles around the numbers? PM me if you dont want to derail the thread.
Seems to have fixed the disconnect issues but no seperate battery icon for the dock. Happy just to be able to use the dock so I can wait on an icon.

Well. The update has been pretty terrible for me. I have to reload the page in the browser about 8 times to see a page. Restarted the tab twice now. Sooo.. Question now is, can I roll back?

Uggh. Please dont tell me that. If I get really desperate I will.
Running the update right now. In the last half hour, the keyboard dock froze up at least 4 times, and I restarted the TF three times. It ran pretty decently over the last couple days.
I'll report back shortly after the update is done.

No problems for me aside from the normal ICS not fully baked issues everyone experiences , hopefully Jelly Bean solves most of those.
My son was having problems with his tablet and had to send it back to ASUS for fixing, he had a number of hardware issues. You may have similiar issues, if your having issues send it back before warranty period and have them check it out.
Hi Everyone,
I'm currently running Catacylsm Dec 12th, tried various kernels (bricked, the labdoDJ linaro kernel, franco's) with all of them I get this odd bug report popup intermittently. I don't seem to be having any issues, everything works flawlessly, but it vibrates and then pops up every so often (couple of hours or so). It only does it when I am using the phone.
I tried to read through it to find what was causing it, but i'm having trouble because I don't know what to look for.
If anyone could either point me to what I should be looking for, or if anyone has seen this happening/fixed it I would appreciate the response.
Thanks
Edit ** I have tried reflashing the rom clean( I don't dirty flash anyways) I do not use TiBu or any backup software. I'm using trickster mod to modify the kernel settings.

Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
I'm on AICP rom, & chaos kernel & the bug report popped up for me to, I looked through settings to see if something was checked, didn't see anything. Had phone for only 3 weeks & never seen that before, so maybe its a kernel thing as I only flashed chaos kernel only yesterday.

I have been having the same issue on every ROM I use with the stock Kernel as well as Franco Kernel. I was even getting this issue on the completely stock system. Maybe it is an issue with 4.4.2? I'm not sure but I get the bug reports that pop up on occasion as well but I do not seem to be having any actual problems when the bug report occurs. They are annoying but I usually just dismiss them.
Yes i have a case. Is that relevant?
I am ok with just dismissing them tbh, i'm just curious as its kind of annoying to have them popup all the time. Anyone not getting these popups while using catacylsm?

If I'm not mistaken, bug reports are generated when you press the power button and volume up simultaneously or something similar. So they aren't connected to kernel or anything.
Yes it is relevant if you have a case, because sometimes, the cases are a bit too tight and the buttons get pushed without you touching them, cases like the Spigen Neo Hybrid or something.
Don't worry. Cataclysm is pretty much a perfect ROM I have encountered 0 bugs so I like to say the "bug reports" are kind of useless

Oh ok. Fantastic reply. Thanks for the info. I'm gonna try taking the case off see if it stops.
*Update* - tested without the case - didn't give me a single bug report so far- i believe you have to touch all three of them (vol up+down+power) simultaneously.
072665995 you are exactly correct sir, thank you again.

sweet advice from you.
I would really recommend to look at oneplus forum.....very interesting reading
Just to sum up, the customer support in OnePlus is nearly non-existend.
I have seen the reports that someone with RMA ticket number 98 (can you imagine, just in first hundred) does not have any reply from them already 3 weeks.
God im seriously thinking about keeping my M8...
I am also experiencing the tap instead of swipe bug. Its a bit annoying. I love the potential of this phone and hope that Cyanogen will get all the kinks fixed. Maybe that's one of the real reasons for the official release not taking place.

Are you by any chance having the issue when not holding the phone in your hand? There seems to be some sort of grounding problem(?) when the phone is on e.g. a pillow which did not exist before the update pushed in the beginning of july. Apparantely CM is working on fixing it again.

I really hope they do rectify these issues. Cause I'm kind of regretting selling my Nexus 5. I mean this hardware is superb and I love the feel of the sandstone back. The software is just not ready for the masses.
I can't wait till the software is bug free. This phone will be a beast!

I am looking at the forums. And: for me, the support responded to my questions within 24h in 3 of 4 cases. That's my personal experience.
I think you should try it. If this does not work: give your request an update. Or two. Or three. And then, if all that doesn't work, either: make pressure on the public forums. THEN you can/should be upset.

Yes it's common, i have this issue as well. I think it happens when the phone stutters/lag, the swipe turns to a tap. My solution is to flash fast, lag-free ROMs, reducing the incidents. You should try jgcaap Lag-free CM13 ROM and see if it gets better, it worked for me.
Thank you very much for your advice, I'm testing this rom, and doing very well not have lag or loses touch for now.

Hello everybody,
im experiencing ghost touch issues with my GM1903. If i touch the display + the metal frame(especially the area around the charging port) there are ghost touches. Especially visible when playing games like pubg or whatever.
A link to an video of the issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pXu7WOtd9o4
There is also a thread in the oneplus forum existing, but still no reaction from oneplus....
And before there will be asking someone. Yes i have tried a factory reset, a reflash of the rom etc.
Currently i have sent in the phone, what im asking for is if anyone of you are experiencing the same issue please comment below with the production date.

Do they appear when charging only?
Sent from my OnePlus7 using XDA Labs
They appear only when not charging, when touching the metal base part around the chargeport and enabling airplanemode fixes it. Disable NFC doesn't, disabling nightlight doesn't, nor disabling any of wifi, bluetooth, gps, 3-finger-screenshot, tap-to-wake or the videoenhancer.
