Hi, just a quickie, I have my phone rooted and uninstalled the bloatware that comes with it. However now my banking apps don't work, so can I now simply unroot and the uninstalled apps will stay uninstalled and not cause any problems?
I used nobloat to uninstall and backup the apps.
Thanks
Nemo

Hello everyone,
Here is my problem: yesterday i have rooted my note pro 12.2 SM-P900 running android 4.4.2 XXUANI1 . It has been doing small reboots randomly and very often like 5 times each 20 minutes. I did not have tis problem before the rooting . My first reboot happened when i used GMD gestures controls at first i thought it was it but it is still happening long after i've uninstalled it.
I followed this tutorial for the rooting : link not allowed until messages on this thread so rooted with odin and cf auto root
I'd like to avoid to backup everything or flashing but if it's the only solution i'll do it
Thank you
Did you freeze Knox?

Yes i think so it was when i first launched super su when it asked me about it. shoul i undo that ?
Freezing Knox is not something you do with SuperSU. You need a tool like Titanium Backup or System Tuner Pro.

hi again,
Alright so i think super su made me uninstall it . should i try reinstalling it ? i don't really understand what makes it reboot. i'm going to look for a solution and search around about knox properties and failures. maybe i should a bloatware app. Do you have any other clue where it could come from ?
By the way i also have a rooted note 3 and i never had a problem with it.
Thank you
Re edit: so i have installed titanium and then i followed a tutorial and i frozed knox and it's dependencies. I am waiting to see if that worked. Also a new problem appeared when i installed Xposed installer my device couldn't rotate the screen upside down but it could do the left and right rotation. It's working fine again once i've uninstalled it and once again i have no freakin clue what is doing that i have the feeling that touchwiz is messing something up ...
As long as it is right-side-up (i.e., Samsung name at the top) then why should you care if you can't use it upside down?
Cheers,
Russ

thanks ! but now i've kind of bricked my device so going to factory reset
If an application can be safely frozen, does that mean it can be safely uninstalled as well?
EDIT: More specifically, if I can freeze an app and reboot without bricking, can I uninstall that same app and reboot without bricking?

No. If your device working well after uninstalling apps then it not affect on after unrooting phone.
I have problem with passing some Saftynet moduls. This don't allowes me to dowload some apps from playstore like banking apps, netflix ect. Even if I have the .apk the app does not work.
My phone is stock rom, non root, lock bootloader, and latest update.
For more info pls check the pictures.
Does anyone know a solution to fix this issue?
Thanks in advance.
