Hi there,
Easiest, quickest and safest way (for a beginner like you ) is to download an official rom and flash it.
You will need to put your device into bootloader to flash, but you should have no problems with this method.
Once its up and running, read the very good guides and understand the procedures before flashing again

Sorry i didnt understand you there fully. Did you say you cant get official download or dont want to flash it as you dont have a back up?

If you have you tried a hard reset and it did not work then nothing else will put your phone right as far as i can tell from the info you gave me. Your only alternative is flashing an official htc rom.
How did you get to this place, what did you do to ur device?

Please please please, sum 1 here can be kind enuf 2 help with my problem.After installing wm5 finding lots of issues tried to downgrade to 2003se and now stuck woth spl 2.5.0105, no os and only bootloader with no iu mode. i tried mtty but give error not allow operation!! and try to typhoonnbftools but says no immediate flash available. I also try to use ruu patched 1010064 spl / 1.01.0109 but to no avail. I am DESPERATE for a solution to this as I just need my phone workin again. I also try to use psdwrite but dont know/understand proper commands as I have official ROM from imate site and would like to know if possible to load this onto SD card or sumthn?
Ok after doing all that was told to do to flash a G4 (which I did sucessfully) It does now show the SPL to be 2.21.olip.
At the end of the instructions says:
"After it is complete, your device will automatically reboot. The IPL version will be 2.21.0001 and the SPL will be 2.21.olip. If you see this then HardSPL was successfully flashed to your device.
Now you have HardSPL. You can flash any ROM using the RUU provided in the ROM package, should you have trouble with upgrading, try Mun's RUU."
I flashed my G4 Wizard with the new Diamond "clean" version. I think I want more bells and whisles; Question is...Do I have to do everything all over again or can I just flash with a new rom to a better OS?
I did try to flash to the Hyperdragon 6.1 and the SNN Diamond but, I think the OS I just flashed is too new to reflash to the others (error 264). (maybe I just answered my own question) But the HardSPL IS in there.
Someone please tell me what you think.

Depending on my own experience you don't need to do hard SPL all over again. all you need to do is to do a good hard reset and try to update with nice and slow steps
i had a G4 before my current G3 and i know wht i'm telling you
just care to review these steps
- 50% battery or more (100% recommended)
this is a must .. cant flash without this condition
- laptop or pc with ups (you dont want to brick ur device cause electricity was out!) or you can risk and update on power supply
- use faria RUUs (they are the best) they can be used with any rom.
- connect the wizard to the pc after the hard reset (dont forget to backup) and follow the on screen (wizard not pc) till u get working windows mobile device
- when asked for setting ur device .. click escape (as said ... this device is guest till it has the WM that i want!)
- finally try it's right rom it's G4 safe if you ask, you'll find its link in my signature, also i suggest using radio 2.19
- last hint .. never use a rom with IPL or SPL. they will brick ur device (it did to mine )

So first thing i read all posts about
upgrading to WM 6..........First Step was HardSPL G3 In stuck in withe screen and thats all...................So still my IPL 1.00 SPL 1.00.0000
ActiveSync works correctly.................So always when JAMin resets and coes to bootloader then after 10 second coming error 302 message.Afer soft reset it work again.
So I read many many posts for dummys and not dummys and i made i think 20-30 soft-hardreset download many many different roms.
Finaly i download original rom from I-mate homepage JAMin_WWE_ 2130923_21309112_020720_ship.exe still same problem stucks in bootloader and error 302.So then i read mtty1.42.exe can help but i didnt find how use this program i get it connected but there need write shomething?
And i read this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=353547 but PVtemp is not able download anymore.
So mabe somebody have idea.
In the moment i have installed Image Version 1.0.9.1141.00

1 Used 2 different computers

4 download original rom (also not work)
5 Many many times soft and hardreset

how to do
Safe proof plan do it like this.
1. First get the original Rom back and install it you can find the link on the forum.
2. Make a ROM update with the update Rom tool
3. Do hard SPL 3 or 4 usually its 3 after you syncronize with active sync.
4. Install the new Rom .
5. Wait for the device to start up.
Try the Mobiz Rom it worked in my case any questions feel free, bye.

if it is an official rom you won't need hard spl (just a heads up to save some time flashing)
It is original, but the htc eclub, dosent have any more upgrades for the htc tytn.
