I had installed many free apps from marketplace but had found that two apps after installed does not show up in Start menu?
The two apps are:
1. Memory 77 - Swimsuit Edition
2. Timer by Carrasco Technology
Anyone encountered this?
I'm using HD7.
Maybe they show up in Games instead of Apps?
You were right. I didn't scroll down far enough. Thanks.

Hi XDA,
So I've have my Milestone 2 for two days and installed only a handful of apps from the Market.
However I just noticed my data usage is ~350MB with most of that usage from "Gallery" - as listed in Data in Settings.
Looking in the Gallery app and there were about 6 images of chinese characters from websites like sina.cn that I didn't put there.
And their creation date was from a day ago at 4:34am :/
Any ideas suggestions?
Thanks!

Hey all,
Today when I access the market. It wanted me to agree to the terms and conditions again. After that, the move and books tab disappeared. The enabler is still working sort of and I can still access most of the apps, but the tabs are missing?
Is anyone else seeing this?
I have the same problem, Market Enabler does not work on the new Google Market, try download Market Access, set it to the provider you need, remove the cache and data (in Applications -> Managed Applications -> All -> Market) and restart Market and I think it should work.
thank for the reply, when you say it works. do you see the book and movie tabs?
Yes, I see both movie and book tabs. I am currently outside of US, without Market Access, these 2 tabs will disappear.

Hi, I am going to flash the new DFT freedom ROM later today to my HTC Mozart. is there an app that allows me to list all currently installed apps and games so i can easily search them later? the Zune purchase history doesn't really help as i don't have most of these apps installed anymore.
regards

I agree... such thing would really be useful. I also need such a thing also for my ipad!
I bump this question to know if TODAY something similar would exist ...
So : is there any app than can list all currently installed app on the device ?
There is an app called "reinstaller" in the marketplace. It however does not list installed application but a list of all apps ever "purchased".

And the worst thing it that this app lists also all the times you updated an application...
When comes to apps selection in google play, android is now catch up with apps store from ios. However when comes to apps installment, android still lagging behind. Small apps are not problems to install, but when comes to big apps like HD games it's big problem. For example like Real Racing 3. I saw this game in google play, i download it then start the app. The app demand to download the game data so i allowed it. The problem is while doing such task, my android device can't be used for another task. I really jealous when ios user can download every apps they need via itunes and then just sync with their devices to install it. Imagine if i have 2 android devices, and i want to install 1 app to those devices that i have to download twice to those devices. And yes, all my android devices are rooted so titanium backup is ready. But the problem is an app that can run in 1 device can't run in another device because some problem like different screen resolution or gpu or even brand.
I dont own any ios devices and i like android alot. Android devices history like horse power races. Each year all manufactures race to sell more powerfull phone to market, but somehow can't be utilized to maximum potent because of fragmentation.
Tl:dr : is there any way to install large app via pc
Sorry for bad english
Thx

You can install apps on your phone using your computer by going to play.google.com. I haven't tried it with large apps but it works really well for small apps. You simply find the app, press install/buy and select which device it should be installed on.
You must be logged on your Google account for this to work.
That method only send order to download to your phone and the task to download is still done by the phone not the pc

The current problem with the Google Play Store (app and web) is that you can't easily find your purchased apps. I happened to be messing around with URLs when I stumbled upon this....
This may not work for everyone depending on when you started using android, but here's how to do it:
1. Go to the Orders Page.
2. Look at the url. Add the following to the end of it:
"?purchaseFilter=apps&sort=1" (minus the quotes)
VIOLA! You have now reversed the order in which your orders are show. Now open all the paid apps you can in new tabs, then install them. Best to use a device you no longer have/use so be sure to enable it in settings.
When you can't load any more apps, remember the last NON-PAID app in the list. Now change "sort=1" to "sort=0". Now do the process again excluding the apps now added to the top of the list until you reach that non-paid app from before.
You now have ALL your paid apps at the top of your Orders page.
What do you think of this workaround?
Pretty cool, thank you
I'll never understand why that feature was removed from the app itself. It's unnerving to this day.

Thanks. I agree that they shouldn't have removed it.
