First of all; Hello
haha this is kinda one of those meh things....
if anyone gets bored...
it would be awesome of someone to upload a completed angry birds save file. I beat it once, and backed it up with titanium.
Problem is, when I flashed my phone one night I got ahead of myself and deleted my completed angry birds data backup.
Take pity on me lol. That game made me want to throw my phone into the road at times.
I would be forever grateful to an individual who decided to do so.

Save game backup
Hi!
I have a problem with this game. I earned a lot of 3 star level, so I want to backup my savegames. I read about Titaniumbackup, but I haven't got rooted phone. Can somebody recommend for me any solution?

Root your phone. Most solutions are one click and very easy to do.

Just tried on my AT&T Captivate and it didn't work.
Not identifying my Nexus One.
Got it, needed to change user agent back to android.
And it is called Dungeon Hunter not Dragon.
What's with the SMS permissions?
I don't see it as free myself, I guess the deal is over? Went to the link in the post....

Is your browser user agent set to android? This was my problem, after changing it the page came up and I was able to download.
got the page, my problem was that I was using Miren Browser, doesn't have an 'Android' User Agent to set to in that app...
Now I'm trying to get it to download...must be busy on their servers!
I also wonder if they're going to allow free updates to anyone who gets this download....or are they stopping dev of this game now....hmmm
EDIT:
Nevermind, I have my phone rooted, not sure if that was the problem.....I found an old post saying to install the game, then reboot your phone to get it to run. I fixed my permissions in Rom Manager and rebooted, now the game is downloading the game files. Thanks for letting us know about the free download!

Same here, Nexus One downloads Motorola Milestone version but it has SMS read/send permissions!!!!!
I will be avoiding this, choose to download other HTC build (which are Motorola Droid) and have no SMS permissions
Well it installed on my Nexus One now I am downloading the 241MB. It does have app2SD but still leaves 7MB on internal storage.

thanks for the correction there I have an epic 4g and it works fine on it.
Thanks for the tip, I grabbed it. Only spent about 10 minutes in it (past the 250m download) but it's pretty cool. It will probably get too hard and I'll die continuously like most games I play, but..
For those having trouble, try the link in their tweet: http://j.mp/hV584b
Pick your country, carrier, phone. I have an N1 and picked the Incredible and it works fine. Yeah, don't like the SMS permissions either, but..
BTW, the company is giving out something every day until Christmas, so follow them on Twitter, or just watch their Tweets.

I went with 800m on my 8G card.. Figured that's more than enough, and it is.. I have a ton of stuff installed and it's 560M free.
BTW guys, maybe most games work like this, but there's no saving during a level. Gotta wait until you start a new level to exit, or you start over at the last level you started. Kinda annoying. If I gotta stop playing, I gotta stop.. Oh well.
what version to use with htc g2? the desire/bravo ?
same question as the post above me. I also have a G2 (stock) and its not working. I get the message "Sorry, but there are no available game for you mobile".
I selected the Galaxy S version and it installed and plays perfectly on my MyTouch 4G. I'm not sure if it matters which version you select at this point in time.

That link after sending me the text message took me to a page and had the game listed at $4.99. So I went and found it for free.
If you backup angry birds will the levels also be saved? And if not is there a way to flash different ROMS and save the angry birds levels?

Yup. Never had a problem with Titanium Backup.
Yeah, titanium backup even saves my ROM save files. It's one of the best apps for rooted users.
Now, in the batch operation do I save just the apps? Or how do I save it?

subscribing.......was going to ask this same question last night since i spend way too much time on that game and have WAY too many 3 stars lol
i believe you will run a batch operation with apps+data though, not just apps. Someone will need to confirm though

Hello XDA,
I know Gameloft's polices suck just as much as their games are generally awesome.
What I am wondering though is if I buy games now for my Vibrant, if there is ever a way to transfer those titles by any means possible to another phone later on in the future?
I have titanium backups of the games and the SD data copied and the original APK's downloaded from the gameloft store.
Can I restore those titanium backup's on future phones?
Could I install the APK's on future phones in Airplane Mode?
Has anyone gotten this to work at all?
Thanks!
I've read that you can call them and explain your situation and they'll switch the license(s) over without much hassle.
Otherwise, you might be able to get things to work now, but if you ever wanted any of the updates you'd be SOL.
I haven't had a problem with restoring Titanium backups.
When I returned my Vibrant for a replacement I called and they transfered the games to my new phone. I don't know if they would transfer to a different model.

That is all I was really wondering. Is if Titanium backup or installing the APK's in airplane mode would work on another kind of device.
I bought 4 gameloft games, but lets say if the Playstation Phone comes out and it doesn't fail horribly, then, naturally, I would want to be able to transfer them to that somehow.
I just cant justify having to buy the same games again just for a new phone, especially since my old phone would go to someone who never uses games anyway.
I think we can use app what we bought in every phone in case that phone using same email from our another phone

Just like wicak21 said. As long as you use the same Google email and the new/old phone support the game(s). You good to go.

So, I rooted my Nook Color and my Nook Tablet, and that made sense to me, because they were so locked down. But this thing connects to my PC with no problems, and there's nothing I haven't been able to install on it. What is the point of rooting?
Running software not available without having root rights (OpenVPN, Titanium backup, Ad blocker, ...)
Hmm, okay. Doesn't seem worth the hassle. Thanks, though.

I don't see any reason to root the note 10.1
I had to return my first one because rooting it broke the s pen and flashing stock firmware didn't fix it.
I didn't need to root in the first place, just did it out of habit.

This device is great out the box. So for me, I feel no meed to root it yet. Once roms mature and developement and custom kernels pick up more, ill likely root.
I like the fact I can root my devices as it gives more flexibility if I need it.
I also like my clock to be accurate and I can't use clocksync properly without root...
Droidwall, titanium backup and clocksync.
Do I need to say more?
titanium backup! i need it to restore my previous device's apps
I did it to get rid of the damn mini apps.
I rooted purely for Titanium Backup and Sixaxis. Totally worth it.

That would also be the two reasons for me to root my Note 10.1 at some point down the road, but first I have to get it. Hopefully next week
Dousan...
Why would you want root access?
Well, ask yourself this...
Would you be satisfied with only your desktop and start menu as a user?
Or you would prefer to have access to C:\ as an administrator?
It's the difference between REALLY having control over your device vs having the illusion you have control of your device.
Titanium Backup, I can't stress enough how useful TB is. Between backing up, restoring, moving save data to another device, not to mention being able to save it all to cloud storage. If you ever have to do a factory reset, TB is imo the best way to keep your data.
Ad Away. Doesn't need to be explained.
ability to remove worthless stock software, or freeze it (via Titanium Backup).
access to apps that you otherwise might never have access to (example - Google Now before it got downgraded)
because it's easy to do.
everybody is doing it!

Hello friends,
Just a quick question about updating roms.
Is there an easy way to save all my apps and homescreen configs where and what size widgets, icons and what ever else I have changed. Including all the settings I may have changed.
I only ask cause I see many roms have nightly builds available, but I think trying to use these and setting everything up again would drive me crazy. But all info I read says I need wipe data and caches and reflash Gapps everytime I change roms or update.
If there is no easy way to save all my preferances, do any frequent rom flashers have any advice?
Also as a sort of side note the versions of AOKP i got from this site is labeled OTA (no idea what that stands for) but the ones on aokp.co are labeled nightly and milestone. Anyone know the differneces? Should I be running OTA over the nightlies or Milestones?
Thank you,
GK

Seems wrong to steal from a developer that asks for a little bit of money for his most likely long hours of work that in turn makes my life much easier.
Also it was 5 dollars if you can afford a phone I am pretty sure you can afford an app that is going to help you back up, sync and restore your apps and data.
Also is this not a forum for developers?
