DINIK Anastasia Keyboard 2.1 or 3.0 White Number FIX - HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 Themes and Apps

Hi Guys,
Some of you may have had this problem where after installing the DINIK Anastasia Keyboard 3.0, you may want to go back to the default keyboard but the key numbers and letters are all white instead of the original black, this is a fix i found myself for people who have had trouble getting this to work in any other way.
1. Uninstall the Anastasia Keyboard 3.0
2. Make a Full Backup of your HD2 Saving the backup file on your storage card (Must be on storage card so you can restore it) (Using SPB Backup in my case)
3. Once the backup is successfully done, hard reset your phone clear the lot
4. Find where your backup file is saved and begin the restore procedure
5. Select Customize restore
6. Leave everything with ticks and tap the green settings cog next to System Data
7. Leave everything ticked and Select Customize... Button
8. Leave everything ticked and Tap Windows Folder scroll and find the file ezinput.dll and uncheck that one.
9. Proceed to restore your phone.
This way everything will get restored back to how the phone was excluding the file that messed up the keyboard which will revert back to the normal keyboard
Then you can install any keyboard as you want with the black keyboard lettering and numbers.
Hope this works for everyone, it worked for me.
The good thing is you will have a full back up incase anything does go wrong so no need to worry.
Thanks

Sir I don't get/understand way you open/wright this thread?
Reason way? Because on the Dinnik Anastasia Keyboard thread there is the fix cab! just by installing this cab it brings all back to normal. I don't think it can me more easier than this.

I first post all the icons in a folder on my SD card.. then change then using JWMD. then using JWMD again, I clear the cache file, and soft reset.
Then I go back to the file folder on the SD card and remove all the icon PNG files I did not use, and save the ones I did use in the file on the SD card.
that way if for some reason I have to do a hard reset, I have the icons already to go, and dont have to dig, or wait 5 minutes for JWMD to load all the images.
I *think* the OP is asking about the one or 2 icons that dont change in the quick link page.. Like the vid recorder, even after clearing the cache file.
I'm sure there is a way to fix it, but I dont know how (sorry). Up to this point I have no need to place those icons in my quick links, so I just kinda avoid it, and havent looked for the solution.

[NinjaMorph]HTC Sense Weather Icons

1. Open NinjaMorph
2. (Start Checks) Click on New Project
3. Scroll down to system (Tap to open)
4. Open framework (Tap to open)
5. Scroll down to (com.htc.resources.apk) it will then extract all files located inside the apk
This will create a folder on your SD Card by the name of AndroidThemes. Now you could go ahead and start replacing files with the same name and size.
Now you should connect your phone to your computer to get access to your SD Card.
SD Card>AndroidThemes>Workspace>comhtcresourceapk>res >drawable-hdpi
Now you will replace the the png's in the drawable hdpi folder with the ones that were provided in the zip file.
once you have replaced the necessary files go ahead and disconnect phone from computer as ninjamorph will need access to your sd card
1. Open NinjaMorph (Tap on Start Checks)
2. Tap on finish project
3. Find folder named comthcresourceapk and tap on it
4. It will start creating package
5. Click Yes to confirm
6. Click No on the next confirm action
8. You may get some force close windows (go ahead and force close them
9. Last confirm says (would you like to delete/cleanup the project? [click NO]
10. Reboot for changes to be applied (I usually do it with the Hot Restart)
Thanks! These look great!
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA App
this looks SICK! cant wait to try it!!!
a quick question, does the weather still animate with these?
Yes you still get the weather animation..
Awesome. Followed your guide and it looks great! Now I'm interested in changing the icons on my homescreen clock and weather widget. Do you have any insight on doing that? Thanks!

[HOW TO] Restore Apps saved by "Titanium backup" when we can't run it

Hi!
Probably, most of you have experienced that Titanium Backup can't be used in some ROMs because of (for example) the incompatibility with ext partitions. That is why I make this mini-guide about how to restore apps (maybe on other ROM) previously saved with Titanium Backup :
What we need
Previously saved apps, on a external SD (Obviously )
ES File explorer (It can be downloaded via PlayStore)
NOTE BEFORE STARTING: You can't restore the data of the app, only the app (apk).
Let's start:
1- Enter on /sdcard/TitaniumBackup/ and search the app you wanna restore:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
2- Let's asume that we want install "Flash Player" (for example). When we find it, we can see that there are three files with (moreless) the same name:
3- The only file we need is wich one that has the ".apk.gz" extension (normally it appears like the 3rd), ensure by long pressing it and then entering in "properties":
4- Once we have our desired file, we press on it and we will enter on the ".apk.gz" file. Then, press again and we will get the installation screen:
Ta-da! Magic!
Hope that this mini-guide helped you and of course, you liked it.
Thanks for the info man! I was using CM7 but it had not full superuser and ext support, so i couldn't work properly with it... Now I can install my saved apps.
Regards.
Big help, a massive thank you.
Obviously this would take forever, but thanks!
Thanks for the info but it's not working for me. I tried this using ES file explorer. I located the file alright, but when I tried installing it, it said install failed.
DId I miss something? or is there something wrong with the file?
Again thanks for the info.
neat but one question
Hey man i find your idea cool, but however that does not recover lost data, or am i doing something wrong?
Sorry for the necro, but this thread really helped me so I thought I'd chime in.

My Titanium Backup kept crashing everytime I tried to restore an app. I fixed this by following this guide and then going to the Titanium Backup to restore data. Once you installed the app with this guide the app shows up in Titanium under backed up apps. Then just click the app and ONLY restore data. No crashes and you get your data back!

[Q] APK OneClick v4.2 help

First off I will say this is the greatest tool I have ever came across and I am thankful for anyone that ad hand in its production. The tool of course is here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=873466 and it has been working great for me. But earlier today I used winrar to open a com apk file and edit a specific txt file however I accidentally didn't un-click the "use as default program" box and now right-clicking and apk file will not display the decompile option or install to phone option any longer. I figured since the default program had been changed it was not being recognized by one click apk any longer so I deleted the default program for the apk file type in the registry and uninstalled then re installed the shellext for APK_OneClick however the right-click apk options still will not show. I can recompile folders to APKs but nothing else. Any help with this issue is greatly appreciated and thanks in advanced it is driving me crazy.
I am assuming my problem is fro the whole winrar accident as the icon provided with OneClick no longer is displayed for apk files either I just can't solve the issue.
