Out currently, would tend to agree with xboxfan though I've my eye on the Desire Z

Yes, the desire is very cool, i see it in one shop and like very much, but it has the android and i like very much the windows mobile and the simple flash and unlock stuff...very easy to handle...

Why you don't like you HTC HD2?
Porque não gostas do teu HTC HD2?
Abraço

Its getting on a bit...

desire hd hands down. winmo over android? never!
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA App

I´m gona sell mine HTC HD and buy another, but i don´t know if i buy wm or Android...
I´m Thinking on HTC HD2...
PT: Vou vender o meu HTC HD e comprar outro, mas não sei se vou comprar outro com wm ou com android.
Estou a pensar no HTC HD2..
Regards

Leo is a great option, has same or even better specs than newer phones and has the chance to boot WM/Android and soon WP7
But there is not really "the best phone"
That will depend on you. What is best for me may not be for you

Desire Z

Seconded. I'd also add that the wifi hotspot functionality is enabled on this phone for no extra charge. Even non-rooted it's a win.

What about between HTC HD2 or HTC 7 devices (Trophy or Mozart, suround).

oh sorry i meant to "other" qvga devices
It is not gonna be TF3D QVGA...
The new Touch2, who, by the way, looks SWEET, is gonna be with a TF2D version with just some clock animations and weather animations. Surely it's gonna work superb, due to full software drivers for 2D and 3D for gaming, but still, it is not gonna be TF3D in QVGA. Hopefully i did'nt disapoint anyone.
Waiting now for the erly review by phonearena or phonedog, or someone, but still the phone looks SWEET and for many enthusiasts - it's got WM 6.5!!!
oks..sorry if i were mistaken..maybe its just an animated version of touchflo 2D after all, clock display imitate that of the TF3D version though..
Overview is here: http://www.htc.com/www/product/touch2/overview.html
looks very nice
It has to be a TF3D. No way it can be ported to Kaiser.
or maybe we could just use shifu's v17 rom and change the digital clock font and clock background just like the one in TF3D....

Selecting tablet...any advice¿?

Hi to all.. i need your help because i´m interested in buy one TABLET PC... but i don´t know exactly what features are well for it... i´m not experienced with it
any advise for start my tablet selection?
advises for looking some concret features¿?¿?¿?¿?
)
oh!i forget... thank´s in advance and i´m really going to be graceful with all the advises!!!
I'd get the new galaxy tab with Android 3.0 (10.1), I had a good go on a older Galaxy tab (8.9), and was hooked on it.
It just was so smooth and fluid, a lot of fun. And for customisation the galaxy tab is alright, if you wanna customise it a bit more, I.E. custom roms, I would probobly got the the HTC.
I haven't personally played with the HTC Flyer but it does boast some impressive features that get my mouth watering, but yeah in my opinion i'd go with one of them two.
Galaxy tab: samsung.com/global/microsite/galaxytab/
HTC Flyer: htc.com/uk/product/flyer/overview.html
Motorola Xoom is godlike, if you have the cash for it.
I agree I would get the xoom if I had the cash
thank´s for all advices buddies!!!! i´m looking the websites that @Austinl was leaved in the first post... galaxy tab seems cool and has a very good performance and a awesome display... but HTC FLYER has sense and I´M A SENSE LOVER 100%...
but i already had 3 htc devices with sense... i´m a little bit bored....
can be possible that the galaxy tab has the touchwiz 3.0 environment?you´ve seen a good performance and stability?
EDIT: i had a read in the htc website and seen the features of the FLYER... its very good but don´t has dual core procesor!!! i think that its important that in the actuallity all the new devices have dual core not true??
in adition here leave the thecnical features of the htc flyer: (has 1 gb of RAM!!! )

Remember you can always change to another launcher if you get bored of Sense (Launcher Pro, Zeam, ADW, etc) Just thought I'd throw that in there.
Nokia Tablet will be a great thing;Until then I would go for galaxy Tab 10.1 because it looks great and it has Android 3.0.

now i´m looking for a TOSHIBA FOLIO 100, it has his own development page in XDA (flash adict, lol)
and its relatively cheap... 350-400 EUROS....
LOOKING FOR HIS FEATURES NOW!!!

yeahh 10.1 tablet its my prefered tablet but still it is very expensive, like motorola xoom

did I get ripped off ?

I bought my first phone last year and it was the Nexus S. I ended up breaking the screen to an unfixable state so when I paid the $100 deductible I was given the Samsung conquer.... The conquer was awful and it gave out only 3 months after I got it. So sprint then gave me the EVO 3D and the guy there acted as if I was getting a "double upgrade" but I'm still wishing I had my nexus. I'm a tech rookie so I was wondering if the sprint guy was right about the EVO 3D being an amazing phone .

Looking at the specs I would say you did well 1 GHZ single core CPU to a dual core 1.2GHz Snapdragon:good :good:

[Q] What to buy these days?

I was looking for a dualsim mobile with at least a 5" or even better 5.5" display.
I looked up the G750 from huawei which looks really nice and seems to be powerful. But are there other recommendations from you. The pricing should be at around max 230 - 250 euro.
You can check out the HTC One M8 Dual Sim version, very reliable device with a 5" display. Very crisp.

I'm just wondering, why are you "Thanking" every post of yours?
I thought maybe its me so I went in and checked around and it's quite obvious that the person thanking you has thanked almost every post you've made.
One of the rules here at XDA is (Do not have multiple accounts, one account is more than enough.)
And what's it with people trying to get thanks, people will thank you when they feel that they have been helped or like something in particular that you did.
Anyways I hope you get what I mean, but I do apologise if I am wrong. But I highly doubt that the account that keeps thanking every post of yours is someone else.

First of all,I only have one account on xda and the guy who is thanking my every post is just a fan or something. He messaged me that he is my biggest fan but I suspect that he is not a real person and is doing this just to gain attention.
Also,I dont get anything even if I get 10,000 thanks than why would I make a fake id for which I dont even have time to thank me on my each and every post.

Lol a fan, yeah right. Well it doesn't bother me. If a mod finds out then they can check the ip's and tell if the accounts the same person.

Nope. It is necessary when you have one number as prepaid number and another one is just for Data (like mailo internet etc.)
It seems the OnePlusOne is just a phone you get when you have an invitation, has no dual sim and it is too expensive. When I Import it. There comes around 22 percent customs and taxes on the price.
Saw a preview of the motorola turbo. Just curious if any ROMs will be available

I was looking for a dualsim mobile with at least a 5" or even better 5.5" display.
I looked up the G750 from huawei which looks really nice and seems to be powerful. But are there other recommendations from you. The pricing should be at around max 230 - 250 euro.

unfortunately this is a combined thread for all note pro 12.2 it seems.. and the only roms ive noticed have been for the P900 only .. wondering if having a specific one for each of the others like att/vzw/tmo, etc would help.. not sure it would..
not savvy enough to know if it would be possible to port in a sense the p900 ones to make them work with the others like the 905 etc.
From my Fired-up Note Pro 12.2!
This is already a very market-specific device, and then you go buy the variant that is for an even smaller market, hoping there will be ROMS for a device owned by maybe 40 XDA users? Not bloody likely.

p905 has other platform than p900 (snapdragon vs exynos), so porting something between p900 and p905 is quite difficult
Are there any issues with the bootloader being locked or anything like that on the Verizon version?
Oh wow I wish it had more support had no idea they were that different... well at least I have root
Yeah back when I'd use my Verizon galaxy tab 10.1 I would be one of the beta testers for the guy that was developing the kernel for cm 10 support for the tablets in that model line (great dev named Pershoot). He would put in countless hours trying to piece together something that would support all of the variants and I would flash test ROMs over and over again to verify that all features worked. That experience taught me to avoid a US carrier branded android tablet if I wanted to tinker with roms lol. I haven't seen anyone developing like that here yet. It's an impressive commitment developers make.

Hey, we now have a debloated stock ROM and CM11 ROM, both with custom kernels!
P905 ROMS
Okay,
I'm also fed up with waiting for cyanogen to port their ROM to the P905; so I decided to give it a go myself.
I checked the hardware for the P905 and noticed that it is nearly identical to the note 10.1 lte 2014 edition, for which a ROM already exists.

I've tried downloading the ROM that is available for the sm-p605, but it can not simply be flashed on the p905 of course.
Give me some time to look at it and I'll post here as soon as I get it working.
Greets.
Here's my take on roms for the Note Pro....if you're rooted & have Xposed installed you really don't NEED to flash a rom. You can customize the stock rom the way you want for the most part. I know some developers also tweak the performance in their roms but the Note Pro is quite fast stock. What feature do you really need that can not be added with Xposed?

Not much, I guess, I just don't like Samsungs TouchWiz, for starters, I know there are different launchers out there, but I want it gone from my system.
The same goes for those who have the p900, they already have ROM's available, then why shouldn't we, p905 owners?
But thanks for the input though.
