What are you wasting hours playing on your TF?
Hands down, Gun Bros. Great looking game on the TF, runs smooth and the controls are snappy.
I love Robo defense on my Evo but it's just not the same on the TF, even the HD version so it's my phone game of choice.
I'm looking for other tower defense or starcraft style games if anyone has suggestions. Hope to have warcraft one working using aDosbox emulator. =]
Probably a bit too boring for some but I like WordFeud!
Besides, since I don't have much time, WordFeud works really well.
just installes crystal defender. not hd but since I like towe defense game so it's cool. games from hexage.net like radiant hd, robotek hd, etc are also lovely. last but not least I love gameboid emulator, runs almost all popular gba game flawlessly
Definitely Plants vs Zombies HD. Look up the apk on Google. Or Paradise Island. Both are pretty addicting

Just purchased battleheat great so far and it has tegrazone graphics... giving you your first thanks.
+1 to Battleheart....great game and well worth the money! I got nervous after doing the manual update to 3.1 and the game ran into issues (loading). Great to see the developer was quick with the update to fix the issue, back to my 6+ hour game.
+1 Paradise Island...was a great game at first now it is starting to become kind of a chore. I have filled up my allotted land and have 3 levels to go until the next section is unlocked for purchase.
Robotek, Brain Cube HD, Plants vs. Zombies HD (even though I have beat it 3x on other platforms), and Nano Panda.
All those game look amazing on a Tablet.
My fav is crazy snowboard. U can even use ur android phone as a controller and the tablet as the game screen.

my fasves are
Wordsmith (great for playing with friends)
Stupid Zombies
Plants Vs Zombies
Zombie Defence
Samurai Vengeance
Apparatus
Spaghetti MArshmallow
X Construct
and Spiderman HD but no now it force closes all the time on 3.1
Dungeon defenders is amazing on the TF. Also pocket legends is pretty cool if you like mmo's
I play the crap out of gun bros...just wish they would update to allow for bros already, it gets rough with just me and the gimpy stock bro thats only good for eating bullets and taking dirt naps.

I love the free app of the day on amazon. I just got plant vs zombies....that game is pretty damn fun. Actually I haven't purchased any apps yet. I guess it's true what they say about android users...not wanting to pay for apps.
mini squadron rocks. I played first the lite version but now I have the 2 paid versions.

Could someone describe the control scheme of Battleheart for me?
I've tried games like Gun Bros and Dungeon Defenders but I just can't get over how the analog "sticks" are implemented on a touch screen. A pity b/c those games otherwise look amazing but I can't get over the controls.

I hadn't heard of this one before. I'll have to check it out when I get home tonight.

No one has said Majesty yet!?
It's a fantastic RTS game, albeit a little basic upon first or second try. Once you really get into it, there's a ton of strategy. Not to mention it looks fantastic on the transformer and is super easy to navigate around and play (functionality-wise.)
Spectral Souls is a full fledged console game (100+ hours of gameplay).
Hey Guys.
Im gonna buy a Optimus 3D and my girlfriend a Galaxy S2.
My question is. Can i play (lets say dungeon hunter 2) in 3D while my girlfriend plays the normal HD Version(together in multiplyer) on her S2?
Or do i have to download the HD version?
Or can she install the 3D version(of course without using 3D)
Thanks in advance
Since its GameLoft, sorry to say, you need to get the Optimus3D version for your Optimus3D and she'll have to get the GalaxyS2 version for her GalaxyS2.
You can get the HD or 3D version, won't matter. I believe the converter can convert the HD to 3D, but don't hold me to that because I haven't tried it.
Anyway, even if you bought the 3D version, it wouldn't work if you install it onto the S2.
Its just some stuff Gameloft does to "ensure" compatibility.
So, we cannot play together?
Im wondering how many people are there to play online with? If there are different verions for different mobiles?
If its a mmo then you two can play together without any problems. The different versions shouldn't affect any of that.
I was only saying that you two can't install the same version on two different devices.
Sent from my LG-P920 using XDA App
That really sucks. I dont think that there is a same version of any game for the S2 and the 3D(without 3D)
What I meant is, if its an mmo then that usually means the game is played on their servers. If that's the case, then you and your gf can play together without any problems. Differnet versions of the game still leads to the same game on that server.
If you are playing a one player game meant to be played on the phone only, then its impossible to play with her together. Closest thing is to sit next to her and play at the same time and... pretend you're going through everything together.
I don't know what game you two have in mind since I don't touch Gameloft games, but you can do a quick google to see if multiplayer is available for that game.
Im talking about dungeon hunter 2. asphalt 6 and so on and so on. There are many wifi/bt games from gameloft.
You already got an answer to this @ www.android-hilfe.de. Why do you ask here again? The answer is clear.

you can play asphalt 6 on both devices but you have to buy them seperately thats because both use different CPU and GPU so both phones have different apk's of the game.
Its not about running both devices. I want to play multiplayer with my GF. As many peope say, you have to have the same version to play together.
So, lets say version 1.0 of Dungeon Hunter 2 supports the Galaxy S2 and the version 1.2 Supports the Optimus 3D. That means we cannot play together?
Havent tried but as long as the versions are the same I dont see why not. By versions I dont mean 3D and HD. I mean the game in general.
So the question is, has anyone played and noticed other players in multiplayer who dont have the 3D version?

Why don't you play other games (without phones) with your girlfriend ;-)
every site that I go to with game recommendations has the same crap all over again. it's like all the games are in this form:
level, there are 3 stars. you need to get 3-star play to pass the level with highest score.
I DO NOT want that, and everywhere I go to for games, everyone is recommending that. Piggy adventure, Shoot the apple, Annoying Birds, etc.
Android and the accompanied hardware are capable enough to run extremely extensive games, like some adventures and such, and I cant find those.
what I actually want:
A game that is long-hours playable, that has any kind of the in-game development, and that is not "in levels" type of game.
I like mystery kind of games, like Room escape games (finished all of Android REG, which are few and mostly retarded), maybe some RPG games that have a little bit more graphic than those "pokemon" type games.
some career games, maybe where you develop your car/character/vehicle but all that I played become monotonous after time.
"Defender" Game is an example of how it should be, and how they should have added stuff when you reach 300+ level. After you kill the first Dragon Lord and 2 Pig-man (at the same time) the game becomes boring.
Are there any BIG games for Android .. ? you know the feeling when you played Resident evil 1 and 2 on PSX, and you played it for hours and days, trying to figure out stuff, and it was sooo good that you wanted more and more .. ? (now that Im writing this I see that PC also lacks that kind of intellectual games and all you do is kill bunch of stuff for 6 hours of a single day and that's it)
look at these games:
Sacred Odyssey: Rise of Ayden*, Eternal Legacy* - RPG,
Samurai II: Vengeance - action
Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X*, Winds of Steel - flight simulator
FIFA 10, FIFA 12 or PES 11*, PES 12 - sport/football
or maybe GTA 3 for android.
Maybe you'll like sth of these games?
*cant find in store
I Will try them all , thanks. I dont pay for anything so it doesnt matter if it's in stores or not (Im from Serbia, and lots of software and content are unavailable even If I wanted to Pay, I only payed for Adobe Design cause I work for foreigners and cant have final products made with pirated versions )
On another topic - Does Anyone remember Desert strike and the Strike series for Genesis/MD2 ... ? It would be avesome if that kind of games were for android, A simple helicopter you could play for months, cause of various levels n stuff... ?

For games from psx u can use emulator like FPSE. Im using it to play eg. Metal slug or tekken 3.
However i have XPlay and it has build-in emulator.
Sent using r800i with DoomKernel v11 (1.21ghz)
can you configure controls on a HW keyboard when using emulator ? cause I have Desire Z, and that would be awesome, Emulation is the great idea!
Yes. In FPSE u can go to setting/input/hardware keys and configure it. Im using XPlay ps buttons to play...

Wow man, Im in for some awesome gaming! Android game pallete really sucks knowing how it is a powerfull platform (stronger than 2003 average PC's in pure FLOPS power) and there is NOTHING good to play. Emulation is the way to go.
I've found Dead Space quite a good game once you get into it.

You have to aim at the door and press the glowing blue hexagon on your back, this should freeze the doors. Worked for me.

Hello
i heard that these 2 Capcom games will be available on the android platform by May
its a month and a half later and still i dont see them in the play market
does anyone know when they will be released or any other news
i am interested in the official versions
thanks
Well since you are only interested in official stuff, I can't help you much. But these 2 games have been out for quite a while. Street Fighter 4 is ok....King of Fighters is better....has smoother animations. Biohazard 4 was great too. I didn't get too far into the game because it was in Japanese.
street fighter is my love from the past but i'm afraid that will be only port from pc/ps, to make good game for android it have to be written from zero
The King Of Fighters are much more really better, smooth & great fighting games on Android for me. Cause i'm already played since in Neo-Geo Arcade...

It sure does the only thign is that the leak version of the Biohazard 4/Resident Evil 4 is sometimes the screen gets black when you play it, and the game has been released only in Korean, it's not japanese.
I was under the impression that SFIV only works on Gingerbread. Im on ICS, it wont load the data files and I have them on the root of my SD card.
It’s still up in the air.
This should be out, I found it on a cracked apk website. But yeah you never heard of what I just said. Crack...

Capcom really needs to finally release this for everyone. No idea what's taking them so long...
Ok streetfighter x tekken just drop yesterday for ios please dont tell me this is ios exclusive only cause I having heard crap about an android version ,its bad enough & pisses me off that we dont have soul calibur or nba 2k12 or fight night champions like ios has ,& it took forever just to get super street fighter4 to come to android ,even king of fighters took forever .Has anyone heard anything about an android version ,cause its a damn shame we havent got soul calibur yet & its actually really good on ios ,but I know would be great on android especially xperia play also fight night & nba 2k12 would benefit & make gameplay better with actual buttons ,but if anyone hears anything please let me know
Officially, we don't even have SF4. I highly doubt that we'll get SFxT

Capcom doesn't do Android. Still, KOF Android is an amazing port of KOF XIII, you should try it.

Really thats a damn shame capcom doesnt do android ,but why we dont even get soul calibur & fight night champions those arent capcom games ,it almost like the that would be perfect android especially xperia play never come ,soul calibur-fight night-nba 2k12-streetfighter volt-& many more would be perfect for android
Thankfully for me, no fighting game comes close to KOF 2002 which runs perfectly on the Play. SC isn't too bad but it only has a few fighting styles and there isn't a ton of depth and I won't even get in to how poor I felt SF4 was.
we have SF4 for android but it needs to ROOT for TB Data.. for SFxT answer is here http://www.capcom-unity.com/ask_capcom/go/thread/view/7371/29388709/street-fighter-x-tekken-mobile-for-android
There's getting much more release Beat'em Up games on Play Store for Android fighting games lovers till now, including:
-The King Of Fighters Android
-The King Of Fighters 97
-The King Of Fighters 98
-Samurai Showdown II
-The King Of Fighters-A 2012
-Soul Calibur
-Street Fighter IV
-Street Fighter IV Arena (SF IV Volt in Korean version)
-Dragon Ball Tap Battle (Japanese version)
-Real Steel
-Injustice Gods Among Us
-Marvel Contest Of Champions
-WWE Immortals
-....... Etc
Ah yes, but for Street Fighter X Tekken probably we must wait for Capcom & Namco consider to release it for our Android...
Just keep cheers up guys & keep rock on...
could some one please help to download and install street fighter x tekken in android mobile
