Emulator controls xfer to device? - Android Apps and Games

disclaimer: very new to android dev
So in the emulator I use the arrow keys as my navigation for my game.
I do not own a droid phone, but was curious what the phone would use if I xfer my game to it to control my character.
thoughts anyone?

[Q] Gaming using the QWERTY keyboard dock?

this topic androidguys.com/2011/10/24/turn-your-galaxy-nexus-into-a-pocket-console-with-ice-cream-sandwich/ made me think about gamign on the transformer, using the qwerty keyboard - is it possible to use the WASD keys similar to gaming on the PC? do I need a special app for capturing the key presses and "translating" them into something most android games can use?
well, no, however, most games don't use the keyboard anyway. Most emulators will support the keyboard right off the bat. If you're talking about flash games then, yes, it will work perfectly for those however, don't expect good mouse control in flash games. So, it really depends on the game because, to most apps, the dock is just like an attached keyboard and will treat it as such. Also, you CAN use a wii, ps3, or wired xbox 360 controller for games, it that's your thing (mario kart plays really well with the wii and nunchuck controller, just sayin)

not for now
Currently the dolphin emulator does not have the ability to map the wii controls only GameCube controls.
There is an application that allows you to connect your Wiimote to Android. I forget the exact name, but it is something along the lines of "Wii Control" or "Wii Controller". As long as you aren't above version 4.1.2 it should work, but I can't say for certain if it will work with the emulator.
Worth a shot, though.

[4.0+][APP] Mouse/Keyboard 2 Touch

Hello all, I'm the developer of Game Controller 2 Touch , and currently I'm coding another project which is similar to Game Controller 2 Touch in terms that this app too will allow you to play Android games with pure gaming experience.
As the name suggests, Mouse/Keyboard 2 Touch (name still not official) in one of those unique apps which will emulate touch screen actions like Tap , Swipe, taking input from any regular USB/Bluetooth Mouse and/or Keyboard. This app will allow you play Hardcore Android First Person Shooters ,Sports games like Fifa 2014 to Casual Games like Subway Surfer with a Keyboard and/or Mouse. The app will feature a full fledged Touch Profile Editor just like Game Controller 2 Touch and will be even easier to Setup.
I'll be posting betas of the app occasionally in over here. I'd like to get feedback from the forums.
If you are interested in the project please comment with any feature you'd like to be included in the app.

What is the best PC game controller emulator application?

I have an SIII with a bad IMEI that I want to use for a game controller because it has a large screen. I plan on using it for Skyrim. What is the best app that emulates an actual controller instead of sending keycodes ( for example on-screen button shows X, and it sends the "Enter" keyboard command - I'm trying to avoid this as most PC games have support for PC gamepads).

PS4/Xbox/Switch Controller Emulator for Android

Does anyone know of an app that allows you to emulate a controller on Android phone? To clarify, i want to play a game on Android which uses a controller (PS4 / Xbox / Switch). But I don't have any of those controllers. I want to emulate the controller input on my phone using my laptop's keyboard / mouse (maybe map them to dpad and analog stick). Is there any way to do this? I would prefer solutions which does not require root, but I am open to all.
Thanks in advance.
