Kaiser Not Working

Hi Im Using Xp Pro

The exe has created a folder on your C drive called Unlocker. There are 2 folders inside that one called kaiser-HardSPLv1 and one called kaiser-simunlocker
Note for Vista users

If you do not have the latest version of Mobile Centre follow This guide to explain how to change your drivers to the xp. You will have problems running the unlocker otherwise. Log in as administrator if you run the ROM update tool and unlocker. That also applies to XP users.
Instructions
============
1. Install HardSPL as per the instructions:
1- Connect Kaiser to computer using USB cable
2- Make sure ActiveSync icon is GREEN
3- RUN kaiser-hardSPL.exe on Computer (PC)
4- Follow instructions on screen
To check it has installed correctly, power off and then press power on while keeping camera pressed, this will enter the so called bootloader mode and you see a tri-colour screen (Red, Green, Blue). You should see "SPL-1.0 OliPof" on the second line in the top left corner. You can exit this mode by means of a "soft reset": press the reset button with the stylus.
2. Make a note of the radio version that is currently installed. You see the version strings in the splash screen which appears soon after power on (e.g. "R 1.27.14.09") (Or by going to Start, Settings, System, device information). Since we will flash a special radio in step 5 you need to flash back your original radio in the last step. (If you have a UK Orange Tytn II with the radio version 1.27.12.29, Use Radio version 1.27.12.32. Keep a note of the unlocking Code as you will need to enter it again after you have re-flashed the Radio.) (You will find download links at the bottom of the instructions)
3. Connect PC and Kaiser with a USB cable and keep it connected until the last step.
4. Power on the Kaiser and let it boot into Windows Mobile. On the PC make sure the activesync icon is green
5. After you unpacked the download you see directories "step1" and "step2". Go into "step1" and run KaiserCustomRUU.exe. This will flash the special patched radio rom. Follow the instructions until it is finished.
6. Power off your Kaiser and insert a different SIM, i.e. a SIM from another provider than the one your phone is locked to. (if you have a pin on the sim disable it first)
7. Once Windows Mobile has booted up it will (usually after you have entered the usual 4-digit PIN) show a window called "Simlock" and a textbox where you can enter a 8-digit unlock code. Now perform a soft reset by pressing the reset button *but* at the same time keep the camera button pressed. If you did it well you will be back in bootloader mode and you see the tri-color screen. The best technique is to press and hold the camera button first and then shortly press the reset button with the stylus.
8a. right-click activesync icon and uncheck "Allow USB connections" from Connection Settings
8b. On your PC, go into the "step2" directory and run "kaiser-simunlocker.exe". If all went well you will see the unlock code on your monitor and your Kaiser is being restarted
MY KAISER DOES NOT RESTART and stays in tri mode AND THERE IS NO PASSWORD ON SCREEN.THANKS AGAIN

so what step did you get up to?? you didnt really need to paste the whole instructions as most of already know the steps.

I got stucked into a Multi dotted colored screen with my Kaiser8925, and I can´t flash the old radio versión, I got the file, but I try to flash my kaiser, and it gets not installed, I think the new radio version I flashed is causing the problems. ¿Can you help me?

Thread hi-jacking is not very good...also posting the same thing in multiple threads isn't either...But, try reinstalling your Windows rom...Sounds like thats the issue. Could be something more severe though.

Upgrading problems.

This is taken from the wiki (I did write it) but since it appears nobody actually reads the thing, I shall post it here.
If your device fails to boot up after an upgrade and goes to the three coloured screen read this before posting a new thread.
If during an upgrade your Prophet fails to start properly or can only enter bootloader follow this:
Recovery
Download and install the latest version of ActiveSync (Google for it)
Download and unzip an AKU2.2 (No Vendor) ROM for the Prophet-any AKU 2.2 will do-from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=308755(any part one) or http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Prophet_ROMs
Within ActiveSync DISABLE connect through USB (Tools->Connection Settings->Uncheck Allow Connect through USB)
Put the Prophet into bootloader mode (hold the camera button and insert the stylus into the larger hole next to the power socket)
Plug the Prophet in via USB
Run the RUU specific to your device (G3 or G4) from the AKU2.2 folder
Disconnect the Prophet, and then re-enable the connect through USB.
Your Prophet should now work!

No sound on Calls after Flashing Kaiser

Hello there,
I am rett new on this forum and i must start by commending the developers. my phone looks and works so much faster.
i have a HTC Tilt Kaiser.
one problem.....
i dont get sound for my calls and i have to do a soft reset and i only get sound on one call any subsequent calls made/or received dont have Sound. this is on the headset itself, via Bluetooth, via wired handsfree set.
i have tried to load the following ROMS all with the ame results.
- AthineOS_B.23004.rar
- Ultimate-X.V8.2G
- TPCV7FULL
- TPCV6.1FULL
- HTC_HERMES_S64_WM_6.1_UC_V6_06.08.2008 [wont allow me to go back to this.]
- JumpSPL1.56-KAIS
- Copied AudioPara3 to the Windows dir but still no fix.
have run the Kaiser unlocker after JumpSPL1.56-KAIS but none of these fix the issue.

Flashing via ActiveSync with USB Lead
1. Copy JumpSPL1.56-KAIS.exe, JumpSPL1.93-KAIS.exe and JumpSPL1.94-KAIS.exe to your device memory (NOT STORAGE CARD)
2. Pull out the battery and reinsert it (this step IS important) *DONT turn phone back on yet*
3. REMOVE SIM and SD CARDS!!
4. Turn phone back on and let it boot back into your operating system
5. Connect your phone to PC with a USB cable and wait until it syncs with your PC
6. Run File Explorer on your phone, browse to where you copied JumpSPL1.56-KAIS.exe on your device and run it (make sure the USB cable is still connected). If you get a white screen then reset your device and now try JumpSPL1.93 and lastly try JumpSPL1.94 if that one doesnt work.
7. CLick Continue on phone when prompted
8. After a few seconds the tri colour screen will appear on the phone and "USB" will be displayed at the bottom
9. Unplug the usb cable for 30 seconds and then Replug (phone will not re-sync but still says "USB" on the screen)
10. Right click on the Activesync icon in the bottom corner icon on the computer, goto connection settings, deselect "Allow USB connections" and click "ok"
11. Run the KaiserCustomRUU.exe file on your PC thats in the same folder as the HardSPL .nbh file and follow instructions (ticking boxes and clicking Next) *DO NOT re-enable USB Connections in Activesync*
12. Update will goto 100% (should take less than a minute), the Congratulations screen will be displayed on the PC and the phone will restart
13. Unplug USB cable from phone then REPLACE SIM and SD CARDS !!
14. Restart phone
*Remember to re-enable "Allow USB connections" in Activesync connection settings after a successful flash*
What am i doing wrong and is there a patch to fix this?

sounds like its your radio. flash different radios until everything is normal again.

try 1.65.24.36 niki radio..

I had this issue too...going through the process for the first time. After going thru the unlock, I had to go back and flash the stock HTC/Tilt 6.1 rom...then flashed the one I wanted. All's well.

Try a new radio...
And please read / search before starting a new thread. If you can't find the answer, post in the relevant thread instead of starting your own.

Custom RUU Issue

I was trying to flash my phone to a diffent ROM< but now everytime that i have tryed, it gives me an error - get newer updater. I have used CUstom RUU V. 1 that comes with most roms, and i have used the 5.22. The Hard SPL version is 1.00liPof. Help!!!

I think you may have the wrong section, what phone are u using, i dnt thats a kaiser hardspl

Hard SPL 1.00lipro is a hardspl for the kaiser, i have it on my kaiser. Although the 5.22 he refers to i have no idea what they mean?
Opening poster try to explain in more detail what it is that you are trying to do, i.e. what rom it is that you are trying to install, what windows you are using on your pc etc.
If you cant use that ruu try this one i attached

Ah i see, ive never really had that problem even though ive flashed on xp, vista and 7. Very weird. Try changing Hardspl.Good Luck and use the ruu that has been given here

When i switched to windows 7 i had a similar issue. There should be an update now that you plugged your phone in to the c. Try to see if there is a windows update that shows up now.

Update your hardspl to 3.29 or 3.34. The spl you are using is for WM 6.0

flash via micro sd. easy, faster, gets rid of a middle man. and update your spl.
Flashing Via MicroSD Card
1. Make sure your microSD is Formatted to fat32 (you dont have to delete all files but it is safer if you do)
2. Download your prefered Rom from the Kaiser Rom Develpoment Page and unzip/unrar it to your computer
3. Goto the Roms Folder and rename the .nbh file to KAISIMG.nbh
4. Copy the KAISIMG.nbh file to the root of your MicroSD Card
5. Plug the MicroSD Card into the phone
6. Hold in the Power and Camera buttons, then press the reset button with the stylus for about 3 seconds until the BootLoader screen appears
7. You will first see a tri-color screen with the phone and SPL Information at the top
8. A message will then pop up asking you to press the Power button to start the update
9. Press power button to start flashing
10. Once phone finishes flashing and says Update Complete, reset with the stylus
11. When it gets to the screen where it configures the stylus, HARD RESET
(press left and right softkey buttons on the front and hold in reset with stylus until message appears)
12. When prompted, Press "Send Button" (Green Call Button on Front) to Clear Data
13. When prompted, Press "Send Button" (Green Call Button on Front) to Restart Phone
14. Follow onscreen instructions to set up your New Rom​

i use windows seven and have never had any issues flashing roms?
A few kitchens dont work in seven though, so building is a bit hit and miss but flashing has never been a problem

[Q] A510 bricked after bootloop and unlucky reset operation. need advise.

After having a bootloop (on stock rom after a simple on/off operation) I tried to hard reset my tablet. I forgot to put the sd card back in and switched randomly with the pwr, vol and screenrotation lock button (stupid, as I know now...). since then it is dead. only the battery led reacts to the power supply.
I already opened it to unplug the battery with no result.
as I dont have the connection cable to the PC at hand I didnt connect the tablet to the computer yet.
will this be a chance to get it back to life?

Add the full firmware as update.zip on your SD card and you can flash back the OS via keycombination.
Search for my username in this forum, I've descriptor the procedure somewhere for the A510, because I was in nearly same situation

I was waiting for the usb connection cable to be delivered and to check if I could access the intern sd card to save some of my data. I could not manage to get the apx driver of my win7 to work and therefor quit the data saving idea.
then I wanted to awake the tablet.
I downloaded the original acer rom update zip package put the update.zip on an empty micro sd and put the micro sd in the tablet.
the official manual from acer says:
OS SD Upgrade Steps
1. Download A510 OS image file (update.zip).
2. Copy “update.zip” file to an empty micro SD card.
3. Long press Power key then select “OK” to turn off the tablet.
4. Insert the micro SD card into A510.
5. Press and hold “Volume Up key” which near Power key then
press “Power” key to turn on the tablet.
6. Once “Power” key white LED lights, release “Power” key but
still hold “Volume Up” key.
7. Release “Volume Up” key until below message shows on
screen.
I am facing following problems with that:
1th I cannot do step3 as the tablet doesnt react on any key and as the screen stays black
2nd no white led does light on while doing steps 5&6
I have no clue how to go on.
does anybody know what could help?
shall I unplug the battery again to be sure it is off and then to follow the instructions again?
please gimme hints if you can.

update: in the end it is dead. motherboard to be replaced
I sent my a510 to the service center. they wrote the motherboard must be replaced- on my costs.
too much.
