Is it possible to install a new xt9 or t9 dictionary to the android system?
Or adding a new one to ultra keyboard.... I'm trying to get the Icelandic dictionary into my phone.

I have an "old" italian rom, and my device is a G3.
I am not scared about having my neo in english after the update process,
but I'd like to have my T9 dictionary in italian, and, if possible, also the keyboard layout,
the autocompletion for entering text (is that still controlled by T9?), and the smartdial application.
Is there a way to do so?
Shall I take some cab somewhere?

As far as I know; The t9 language of the ophonepad is selectable to different languages including Italian. the t9 of the keyboard itself is the language of the ROM only

Hi Everybody,
I got a UK/O2 Leo the other day and I am having a problem writing in my native language, greek. I have changed Manilla (using a reg entry) to appear in greek (mainly for the contacts index), yet the HTC keyboard doesn't seem to support greek at all. Is there any way to add more languages to the HTC keyboard or am I forced to use a 3rd party app?

I recently upgraded from a HTC Magic with android 1.6 to a HTC Legend with 2.1 Eclair and noticed alot of new and upgraded stuff.
The only problem is that i can't use English language in the menus without losing the swedish XT9 dictionary. is it possible to install a swedish one and where can i get it?
i already checked in my phone settings and i can't choose swedish xt9 even when i have set swedish language for the phone menus, but when i have on swedish language the swe xt9 works.. (really strange)

Okay so I've been testdriving CM6-RC1 on my Magic. I absolutely love the new Android 2.2 soft keyboard (I was using the HTC_IME keyboard), but unfortunately it doesn't have a portuguese dictionary. Still I found a xml dictionary used by anysoftkeyboard for the Portuguese language here: hxxp://code.google.com/p/softkeyboard/source/browse/trunk/DictionaryTools/xml/pt.xml?r=862. How should I go about adding it to the phone, so that the native android keyboard can use it?

With android 2.3.3 Polish users gained polish language (yey!) Thus i use english as main and polish set of keys when typing but there is missing dictionary ... is there a way to add this? Thx for answer.
