SORRY for the swedish previews!
1.7.1:
- Widget number 2! 1x1 with only the time and date
- Weather icon wiki
- Themed alarm on/off button
- Fixed a small bug in the list sorting that would have appeared in the future
1.7.0:
- Widget! Please email me with ideas on good widget sizes, styles and what information it should show
- Weather alarms! Now you can see the the current temperature and condition if you use the weather alarm type. A list of conditions and a way to see the weather on the desk clock will come soon
- Choose if you want to snooze when pressing back key
- Fixed winter/summer time bug
- AM/PM when you edit/clone/add a alarm
- Fixed force closes in the alarm alert so now it should work for everyone!
1.6.3:
- Snooze fix
1.6.2:
- If you are in a call when the alarm goes off it doesnt ring because I dont want anybody to blame me if they get tinnitus But it will always show up on the screen. In my opinion this is the best solution but you can always email me if you have a better idea
- You can now choose that the alarm icon doesnt stop shaking when a alarm is active
- Added a notification style (Gingerbread) and retouched the old ones
- If you want you can set the alarms to auto activate after editing it
- Added a alternative alarm list row style so you can se more alarms on the screen at once
- AM/PM in alarm list
- I think that the custom kernel problem is fixed!! So now even the few that got late alarms should get it exact right time!
- I think I fixed the bug on some phones where the alarm rings at full volume the last milliseconds when you press snooze or close and have activated sound tone in
1.6.1:
- huge size improvement!!
1.6.0:
- If you want you can be forced to solve a math problem to dismiss a alarm
- A much improved color picker!
- Silent alarms
- You can now choose to have one button to rule them all! This will make it harder to push the wrong button, just push to snooze and hold to dismiss
- More images changed to work better on different screens and some small graphical changes
1.5.3:
- You can now support me and remove the ad! Just buy ''Alioooop premium key'' in market. In the future when I develope more applications I will use the same key!
- Updated some graphics again
- Added Chinese (Taiwan) and Chinese (PRC) language
1.5.2:
- You can now choose between snooze or cancel a alarm when you shake, please reactivate shake to snooze if you had it activated before due to rewriting the code with better preference names
- Updated some graphics for high and low resolution phones plus changed some, sorry for the big file size but due to more images than other alarm clocks and because I want it to look great on all resolutions it have to be this big! Some may need more work so email me if its still bad
- Changed ad API
1.5.1:
- Fixed some force closes!
- Fixed a HTC Desire HD snooze bug!
- Because of so few donations I added a ad in the preferences menu, but dont worry, I haven't sold my soul and I wont add it anywhere else! It doesnt even appear every time. I hope you'll understand! I will add a alternative to this later so you can skip the ad!
1.5.0:
- Added optional shake to snooze
- A confirm menu when you press the back button in add/edit/clone
- Added AM/PM to fullscreen clock
- Picker for choosing your own theme color
- Updated some graphics

- Choose if you want sunday to be shown as the first day of week in the alarm list
1.4.3:
- bugfix!
1.4.2:
- notification fix!
1.4.1:
- Small bugfix for market installations!
1.4.0:
- Removed date on user requests!!
- Small bugfixes and changes!

- Small bugfixes and changes!
1.2.5:
- Hopefully I fixed the snooze bug on some phones/roms ones for all!!
- choose between dark and light notification icon
- optimized images and some files a smaller apk size (not that big difference)
1.2.3:
- I think I fixed a snoozeproblem that was in some roms
1.2.1:
- some smaller bugfixes and hopefully fixes the problem where some customroms rings a few minutex late sometimes because the cpu dont handle the receivers the right way...
1.2.0:
- Changed the way snooze works, the alert now stays active until you close it
- Bugfix, FC when fade in is on and the volme is set to 1 or 0
- Alarm title now scrolls horizontally when its to long

I will do that but im not home right now try download it and try it out! I have almost only fives in rating and got almost 1000 downloads in 3 days and I have only made a thread in a swedish thread before and they love it an Im very active in discussing new features with the users so I think many people would like it =)

It looks nice. I really like that it integrates with the Android alarm clock icon in the status bar.
In my opinion these should be higher priority changes:
-Option for 12 hour clock format
-Option to have Sunday as first day of the week in the alarm list, and maybe write letters SMTWThFS or something so it is easier to see what days an alarm is active
-In the alarm list active alarms need to be more obvious. A light grey circle vs a white circle isn't that easy to see. I think it should be a blue circle to match the app.
-Each alarm should have its own vibrate option (Android clock has this)
In my opinion these are some things it needs to really stand out (Android clock does not have these)
-Each alarm has its own snooze time
-Each alarm has its own volume setting
Also, what is the difference between "Alarm type" Morning alarm or Reminder?

Would a croatian translation be a good addition to your myClock application?
If yes, i would be more than happy to do it.
Now about the clock, it instantly became my favorite alarm clock. Any additional themes in plans?
The red and green are bit too harsh on the eyes. Or are they supposed to be that way?
Thank you very much for it!

- 4x3 widget
Do you want to have your clock included?
If you are a better graphic artist than me and you would like your clock parts included in this application then get in contact! Make sure these graphics are yours and that you are okay with them being used royalty free.
Guidelines:
- The PNG is 294x294 with transparencies.
- Clock face, background and uh... other stuff should fit inside 280x280 (or inside a circle that is 280 across).
- Hands should be in separate graphics (minute, hour) and the pin/center needs to be centered on 147x147.
- I can send some layered guides in layered Gimp (.xcf) or separated into separate PNG format if needed.
To Do/Future/Maybe/Like-to-haves:
DONE - 8 bit graphics, currently using 4bit (ARGB4444) graphics to avoid crashing.
- Option - Choose to launch Android Alarm Clock on next click (Pro?)
- Ability to load local custom images (Pro?)
- Create pop-up notification that asks the user if they want to customize the clock when it is clicked. Dialog would time out after about 2 seconds (configurable?). Would save from accidentally opening clock configuration when using touch screen.
SOME - Clean up graphics and add improved graphics.
- Pro Version? - Possible Pro-options: extended graphics, loading custom images, Date, etc.
DONE - Glass as a separate selection from face and shadow (current problem is that it would require displaying another bitmap. It currently displays one bitmap {built from canvas} under the arms of the clock.)
- Remember user selection after leaving and returning to configuration activity(s)
- Add the current date and/or day of the week and/or month in a few locations on the clock display.
- Add the option of displaying a digital clock (also skin-able?) in a few places on the clock
- Possibility of future clock Packs. These could be themed and also the clock package could be open sourced so that artists do not have to release their clock packs through me, but can publish them directly to the market. Imagine a Minimalist pack, a Deviant Art pack, a Girly pack (you know, hearts, rainbows…)
- Add Easter eggs

At this point the 2x2 clock fits a clear QVGA screen, and the chooser seems to work, even though it is a bit squished. I think my official line is that it 'works' for QVGA, but is not currently supported.
The clocks them selves should work on any resolution screen (though they should not be stretched past a 4x4 icon space). But the chooser is not optimised for very high or very low resolution, but should work just fine.
I have released 0.3 of the clock and will update the first post today. Version .04 should be coming out before new year and will contain clearer clock edges and higher color graphics to support better gradients.

Awesome! Thanks for sharing!

Ok, please enable it in market for QVGA. Now I'm tested, it works correctly for all sizes (2*2, 3*3, 4*3).

Installed and running very well on HTC Desire, Thanks, and Have a great christmas..
Could be a seasonal theme, possibility..
barcode is not working, rapidshare has reached limit???
Would love to download but like previous post RapidShare has reached limits and QR code not working.
This looks great, I was able to make one look exactly as I wanted. Only thing holding me back from using it is no access to alarms when tapping it like the stock clock widget. If you could add in this functionality it would probably immediately be the best clock widget on the market and worth paying a couple bucks for.
I can't find it in the market and i can't download it. Could've you upload it to xda?

I'll second this comment -- the typical use case for a clock widget is to fiddle around with it for a while until you get one you like, after which you probably won't change it for a while. Once it is set up, it's much more convenient to be able to access the alarm when you tap on the clock.
If the widget provided easy access to the alarm, I would definitely use it since the clocks themselves look great!

Sorry guys. it should be available from the market. Just search for Custom Clock. Should be right at the top. I will have to check the links and either fix (or remove) the Rapid Share link. I will also try to upload the newest version.
Love the 'thanks' messages and the screenshots! i would love to see more screenshots! Maybe I will upload my current. Home.
I am hoping to release a newer version soon, and hopefully it it might be ready for 1.0 releasise. When that happens I may keep the AD supported option with fewer options and graphics. Then release an AD free version with full options for $2, $1 or maybe $.50. LOL
Working on some new graphics and adding a Glass option for the next release. v1.0 I hope to have completely costomizable colors, and maybe the options to load a user chosen graphic for the Face.

Wonderful. I look forward to seeing this evolve. 1x1 would be a great option for those sensitive to screen flora
Btw. Search market for "custom clock widget" and it will rise above the pay for dross that it renders obsolete.

Ha!. Thank you.
I will consider a 1x1 widget if I get enough requests. I did not want to clutter it up too much. (BTW it resizes well from 4x4 to 1x1 if you are using a custom launcher like ADW or Launcher pro.)

Looks nice. Tap to open app is cool. I will be honest. Right now it's just like every other digital clock out there. Some things I can see that may set you apart.
1. A different name. everything is named "X clock" name it something like "Tom's Super Sexy Timepiece of the Future"
2. Add a feature to adjust scale. I have a big open space on my home screen for a nice free digital clock.
3. Integrate a multi-alarm system and/or datebook depending upon your level of ambition
4. Animations? Have a little man in a funny suit blow a horn on the screen when the alarm goes off and you have to punch the little [email protected]#tard to shut off your alarm
5. Multi-language? I dont speak any others but I have heard some people do
6. Borders around the clock
7. ability to control font and scale of date separately
who the hell am I? Lol. Looks nice, will continue using it. Does it auto-update?

Done, just two quick examples I have on my phone right now.
Posted 0.2 also added another screenshot to show the canvas layout ability.
Your dock is good
By fully editable, does this mean it will work on a Tab, 5x1 or 5x2? It looks really nice, and I am looking for something for weather on a Tab. Thanks for your work on this, even if it doesn't work on a Tab I will put this on my Fascinate or D1.
I played with it for almost 10 minutes and couldn't even figure out hoe to show a clock. All i see are color and alignment settings. Color and alignment of what i can't figure out.

Yes it supports those widget sizes. It is very easy to add additional sizes if one is desired.

After you add the first panel (canvas or stack) then you long press to add other elements. After talking with another user I see there is a need for a simple editor in addition to the advanced editor. I'm open to ideas on how that should work.
Such a good work!
Thanks, knoxcoder!
Got some FC's while making a template.
Going to restore my layout from mClock tomorrow.

Send me the logcat output when you get FCs so I can track them down.
As a side note, I have the weather ready. I don't have all the features that I want to support but at least the basics work. My next task is to make a create wizard that will walk you through the steps of making a simple layout. Once I get it ready I'll release the next version.
If you could add missed calls/sms/email in a simple minimalistic way like TxMissed Widget is supposed to do (it's really buggy, and dev has no time to mess with it) I would love you long time! And it's something I would definitely pay for.

That shouldn't be too difficult. I was also interested in what devmil did with Minimalistic Text and tasker. My plan was to replicate that as well.
Please do! And I'm sure I'm not the only one who would really want it, even if you put that feature in a pay version.. Otherwise you need to get your donate to me button added.

Integrating tasker variables is a great idea. Maybe even as attributes e.g. text(%TXTCOLOR;%TXTSIZE;%TXTFONT).
How about calling it Midget?
.hehe

The way I handle properties should allow tasker variables easily. In fact you should be able to set everything through them if you wanted.
Google is getting ready to allow in app purchases so I think I will just have a free version that you can donate from the app.
Midget doesn't quite work. I'm looking for something that describes it. Like make your own clock or minimalistic text.

Downloaded from the market, fc, but then I don't have the right resolution, so it was expected. Will be following development as this could replace the current two clock apk's I am using (Sammy and Google).

Last night I found a bug: if I change the name of the alarm, the app doesn't store it. So after pressing the V, the alarm is still named Alarm no1.
This morning i found bug nr 2: after a couple of snoozes, I slid the alarm in order to turn it off. 15 minutes (my snooze time) later, it went off again. Had to disable / re enable the alarm to turn it off.

Sent you a PM, Dalien.
Is it ok this way?!
---------- Post added at 08:38 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:27 PM ----------
Furthermore I have a few suggestions:
There are already a dozen apps in the store named 'Super Alarm', some added with another word. I suggest a name change to stand out in the market. What about the name Holo Alarm, with tags in your text like Holo Timer and Holo Chrono. There is no app named Holo Alarm yet
Could you add the update date to the filename for the direct downloads?
Could you add the update date and the version number to your topic thread?
The current App Store version has 'Free' behind its name. Since there is no donation version, this is a non necessary word.
In the alarm tab, the days and the name of the alarm should be placed a few pixels lower to be properly aligned with the time and the on/off button.
The selected days in the Alarm tab are not standing out, it seems like all days are in the same color. Perhaps you could make the selected days bold?
Edit: hmmm, layout looks like **** in Tapatalk, because that doesn't support bb code
I will consider all your sugestions for the future update !:good:
thanks AllSeeyinEye.

Vibify works only if your phone remains locked and still, saving up as much battery as possible. Select the applications you want to be supported by Vibify and enjoy.
A similar feature is available on some Samsung devices called "Smart Alert", but Vibify offers you even more options and customization.

Hey this seems a great app. I always liked the "Smart Alert" feature by Samsung. Keep it up! unfortunately I have no knowledge on graphic design so I can not help you with the logo
Good luck
Hey could you make it like Acdisplay + Music menu on the screen.
No screenshot to show us how it looks when one picks up their device to see the notification? You do realize you're competing with well-established apps on the Play Store like Peek & AcDisplay. Grats on the front page recognition, however you offer nothing to interest me. I'm adding this constructive criticism so your app won't get buried in the forum with no recognition like so many others.
Does it use wakelock or it needs special kernel?
Sorry for this Q but it is importand due to battery life.
Hi developer, could you include HTC "Messages" and "WeChat" too?
Thanks in advance..

It doesn't require any special kernel. It uses wakelocks but acquires and releases in a way so not to tear off your battery. But of course if you leave your phone with a missed notification still many hours it will drain some battery.

About the only thing I can suggest is multiple vibration options. That and maybe an option to set "low battery" parameters.
