I recently pushed some fonts into /system/fonts/ on my backflip, rooted, but I think I skipped a step, where I was suppose to mount it, and now it's just stuck in the white screen. It can go into recovery mode and I've hard resetted, but it doesn't work..
Also, when I connect it to the computer, in hopes of repushing the backups, it isn't detected. The computer detects it, but adb doesn't.
Thanks in advance.
PS: No backups or anything were made.

Hi Guys,
I have tried to install a CM mod on my Motorola Defy as illustrated here. The problem is that despite the phone had been rooted, I had some problems with ClockWorkMod and rebooted my phone in recovery mode using the application that ships with the phone. I did remove the Cache and Factory settings and ran the zip file.
The problem is that upon restart, the phone kept rebooting itself, that is, I kept seeing the Motorola logo for a couple of minutes, and then, the phone reboots and the process is repeated.
Now, out of the blue, the phone is not even turning on. What I have is a small white light that turns on whenever I connect the phone to a laptop via usb. Any idea on how I can get the phone working? At the moment I do not really care about what OS version, as long as it runs.
Thanks in advance
Edit: There seems to have been an issue with the battery, I have managed to load up the phone to recovery mode. Can anyone show me how can I install a fresh Operating System? I seem to only have access to the phone's boot up screen. Also, the laptop does not seem to be able to connect to the phone via usb.
I am not exactly sure what happened, but I am stuck in the "Android system recovery <3e>" menu. I had unlocked the phone before and was trying to relock it and get it back to stock because the new update wouldn't install.
While the HTC update utility was installing the stock firmware, I think the cable came loose at some point because it stopped part way. Now it boots, shows the HTC logo, goes black and then eventually shows a phone lying down with a red triangle and an exclamation point. I can push vol+/power to get "Android system recovery" to show up, but that seems to be all. It says "Mount SDCARD failed".It will only boot to this menu. I cannot load the bootloader or anything else so I can't seem to use fastboot or adb and can't seem to copy any files onto the phone. Does anyone have any ideas? Is it totally bricked?
Edit: doing a factory reset from recovery does nothing.
Edit2: Sorry!!! False alarm. After spending about an hour going back and forth with this and finally breaking down and posting about it on XDA, suddenly the bootloader DID appear. I have absolutely no idea what I did differently. I guess the 500th try was the charm. Reflashing stock now!
Okay so I'm pretty new to the whole forums thing so please bare with me a bit. I flashed CloudyG2 3.1 and wanted to do a a factory reset so that I could start anew but whenever I tried doing so it would fail and lead me to TWRP. So I tried doing the format through there and then that's when I believe it even deleted my OS. Now the only thing it does is sit at the LG boot logo while the notification light slowly flashes blue and green. I can still go into TWRP but am unable to go into download mode. I've tried sideloading but whenever I connect my phone to a pc (I've tried multiple cables and pc's) I get a message that says "The last USB device you connected to this computer was malfunctioned". I went to get my port replaced and they said the screen stopped working so they put in my old one. I don't know if I should just get the port switched to the new one and try to flash it and pray the screen turns on afterwards or is there a way to get this USB to work. Any advice would help a lot! Thank you!
My xperia p is rooted and bootloader is unlocked. I tried honami moon walker and didnt like it. So restored it to my old back I took using CWM recovery backup.
I dont know if it got restored properly. I mean I was in honami moon walker and just restored the old backup which is jellybean os. Was it the way to do?
And then I tried to unlock the bootloader to try more roms like cyanogen. but the phone doesnt stay in fastboot mode or the violet light goes faster before I point to the customized interface file in my system. When I pointed, it told "windows was able to find the driver but unable to install it". Cannot find the file specified. I used an application quick boot(Reboot) to get into fastboot mode which was easy. But all in vain. In the process of getting into fastboot mode, I never got out. The screen will be blank.
Then I will try restarting by pressing the power and volume up buttons together and restoring to the old back up I took already.
Now whenever I restart my phone, it gets stuck with the sony logo and it keep restarting. Before trying the power plus volume up combination, it may stay in a blank screen with 2 pixel sized blinks on the two sides of the bottom screen.
So now I am afraid to restart my phone itself. Because it never restarts the phone but gets stuck with the sony logo and then I have to restore it to the old back up.
What should I do? I want to keep my phone rooted and unlock the bootloader and try new roms.
Hey guys, I've got a Kyocera Brigadier and I decided to change the runtime from Dalvik to ART. Now the phone is stuck on loadscreen and I don't know how to fix it. The phone is rooted using the KingRoot app, but I don't know if that would help in any way.
Please help me guys!

I am have a very similar issue, I also rooted my Brigadier with Kingroot and all went well. However, I attempted to flash the Xposed Framework onto it using Flashify. After doing such it got stuck in a bootloop, I was able to fix that problem by booting into fastboot mode and using fastboot to push stock firmware back onto my device. However now I have an even bigger problem where my phone boots up to the Powered by Android screen and then to the Kyocera screen, however instead of continuing to boot to the Verizon Wireless screen and then into the phone, it gets stuck at a black screen. I have tried waiting for hours and nothing at all happens, also I can no longer seem to boot into fastboot mode or in other words the Powered by Android screen with the little 1 in the top left corner of the screen. Fastboot nor ADB recognizes the device when plugged into my computer, as neither list anything when ran. Please help, I don't want to have to pay and end up sending my phone into Verizon to be unbricked.

I have the same problem. I bought a new a Brigadier that was on 4.4.2. I rooted with Kingroot ran update and now my phone will not boot past Kyocera screen. It goes black with the back light on. Did factory wipe and still nothing. I am shocked that KK has killed yet another phone of mine. I very much dislike KK ROM. What did you find out?
