[Q] Stuck in "Android system recovery" & Mount SDCARD failed - HTC One S

I am not exactly sure what happened, but I am stuck in the "Android system recovery <3e>" menu. I had unlocked the phone before and was trying to relock it and get it back to stock because the new update wouldn't install.
While the HTC update utility was installing the stock firmware, I think the cable came loose at some point because it stopped part way. Now it boots, shows the HTC logo, goes black and then eventually shows a phone lying down with a red triangle and an exclamation point. I can push vol+/power to get "Android system recovery" to show up, but that seems to be all. It says "Mount SDCARD failed".It will only boot to this menu. I cannot load the bootloader or anything else so I can't seem to use fastboot or adb and can't seem to copy any files onto the phone. Does anyone have any ideas? Is it totally bricked?
Edit: doing a factory reset from recovery does nothing.
Edit2: Sorry!!! False alarm. After spending about an hour going back and forth with this and finally breaking down and posting about it on XDA, suddenly the bootloader DID appear. I have absolutely no idea what I did differently. I guess the 500th try was the charm. Reflashing stock now!

[Q] MyTouch 3G Slide Not Booting

In December of last year, I had my friend root and install CyanogenMod onto my Mytouch 3G Slide. Everything was working fine until I wanted to update my ROM and tried to boot my phone into recovery mode to make a NANDroid backup. A screen with a picture of a phone and a red exclamation point inside a triangle would appear, and I'd have to pull the battery out to restart the phone.
Then, I tried to access the bootloader by holding the volume down and power buttons. After some loading, it asked me if I wanted to update. Not knowing what it was asking, I said no, and tried to access the actual recovery menu, but the same screen showed up.
I tried again, this time accepting the update. Now, when my phone boots, the stock mytouch splash screen appears and the phone does nothing from there.
At this point, what would be the best solution? Is my phone just bricked, or is there a way to restore it to the stock firmware/recover CyanogenMod?
EDIT: For clarification, I can still access the bootloader, where I have four options: Fastboot, Recovery (See problem above), Clear Storage, and Simlock.
EDIT 2: I left it on the splash screen and discovered that it seems to have just thrown my phone into a stock factory state, running 2.1-update 1. Not sure if it's still rooted.

stuck in the library need serious help. htc rezound stuck hboot, specific questions

here are the steps i've done so far. im trying to get my phone back on stock with the verizon htc rezound and its now stuck on the white screen and my computer is no longer recognizing my phone. plz help me.
here are the steps ive done so far..... here are my setting
TAMPERED
RELOCKED
vifor pvt ship S-on RL
Hboot-2.225.0000
radio-1.22.10.0421r,1.22.10.0424r
opendsp-v13.6.0.7611.00.0104
emmc-bot
apr 12 2012,16:47:46
fastboot.usb
vol up etc....
bootloader
roboot
reboot bootloader
power down
here is the update. when i went into the bootloader. i wiped everything clean then i went the ext sd card and went to install the ROM PH98IMG.zip , after doing so i received an error message inside the android logo. inside of the bootloader, i did the update and got an error message. then tried to install PH98IMG.zip ROM. and still got an error message. when i was in the reboot mode the white screen. the PH98IMG.zip popped up in green and it said no file or wrong file as it loaded up. then i went into the bootloader. i did the update and this message popped up
E.can't open /sdcard/update zip (no such file or directory)
then when i went to flash it, it said that there is no file. installation aborted.then i was told i need to lock the bootloader first. so i used hasoon2000 all in one htc toolkit and clicked on the command prompt to relock bootloader. once i did that i was stuck on the white screen and cannot get out of this bootloop. now the message up top is as it reads now. what can i do to get out of this loop.
additional steps ive done, ive taken the battery out and the ext sd card out and hit the power button numerous times. nothing. i also did a factory reset on the phone while in the white screen hoping that would kick it out of the bootloop, also nothing. plz help me. im at the library with no using internet here until i can get my phone up and running before work....i have been here for hours working on this, im at my witts end.
one more thing. when i do a fastboot reboot a green heading pops up saying PH98IMG.zip saying no image or wrong image if that helps at all and then fades off. if that helps at all.

[Q] Stuck on

So I decided to try to flash Zombie-Pop today and everything went fine during installation but when the tablet started booting up it was stuck on "android is starting.." and it seems to load the apps. I knew it would take a bit of time to stabilize so I let it run but after 1 hour of it stuck there, I tried to reboot into recovery but I get a black screen and I can't access TWRP. It just boots right back to the android is starting screen. It doesn't seem to be a boot loop since it finishes the boot sequence. My biggest problem is not being able to access recovery because of the black screen which apparently is happening to some people with TWRP. I tried to go through adb but since my tablet isn't done installing, it doesn't have the drivers to run adb. Is my tablet toast? bricked?
edit: apologies for the title. I must have deleted the text before posting.

Which bootloader are you on?
How are you trying to boot to recovery?

[SOLVED] Stuck after Factory Reset

Hello,
I bought a new device and therefore wanted to factory-resent my Nexus 5 to give it to my wife.
I did it from within Android and then it restarted and stayed in the "Erasing..." screen for quite a while, then showed the dead robot with the "!" triangle sign, then rebooted and started "Erasing..." again, with apparently no way out.
I had unlocked bootloader and TWRP, but also booting the recovery went back into "Erasing..." mode.
I then tried to boot from an external TWRP iso image with fastboot from the PC. TWRP seemed to load, then started doing a bunch of things like formatting "something" (was too quick to read) and suddenly in a matter of second it was back to the robot but now without the "Erasing..." label anymore and now it's stuck there.
No idea what happened and how to fix and now I'm somewhat scared of trying something else.
Any idea?
Never mind... Flashed ALL stock images from fastboot (just userdata and cache didn't work) and it rebooted.
No idea what the problem was.

Need help unbricking my Moto G 2015 from reboot loop

Hello.
I won't go too deep into detail on how it ended up like this, but basically I messed around with flashing a custom rom, tried to factory reset, and my phone ended up stuck on the following reboot loop:
1 - "Warning: Bootloader Unlocked" screen appears, then the phone emits a short vibration.
2 - Phone goes on to "Erasing..." screen, displaying the Android fella with his belly open and his robot innards spinning.
3 - Phone screen goes black, then back to step one again.
Now I might have bricked my phone to death, but I still have access to some menus and options that lead me to think that *maybe* a fix is possible:
I still have access to the bootloader menu, even though half the commands lead to a reboot of the phone. I still have access, on some extent to the recovery menu (I get the "No Command" screen, but I can still bypass it and get to a screen with a few clickable options.
The options "Apply update from ADB" and "Apply update from SD card" give me a bit of hope.
I did try flashing the stock rom using adb-fastboot (RDSLite doesnt even recognize my device) but I got the "Preflash validation failed" error at the first step (flashing gpt.bin).
So what I'd like to know is if there's anything I could possibly do to unbrick my device and flash the stockrom again, or is my Moto G 2015 just good to be sold for spare parts ? Thanks in advance for your replies.
