dead bootloader what to do next

I've got a dead bootloader. My device doesn't upgrade thru SD and not with USB. can somebody please help me because i realy don't know what to do. My device is dead for almost 3 weeks now

I think you need to add some more info, if anyone should have a chance to help. For example what happened when it died - how and why? What happens if you remove the battery cover, replaces it and turns on the device? Text on screen, like USB or Serial? Have you tried uploading ROM from different PCs?
The more info you provide, the more likely it is that someone recognizes your situation from own experience and can provide some help.

You are totaly right.
I have update my frvice with the wrong greek rom and now i have the 15 sec reboot thing.
When I startup my device he ends up the bootloader and the only way to get the device booting to windows is remove the battery cover. But the her reboots again after the 15 seconds.
In the bootloader i tried to load my backup with the SD card but nothing happens. I also tried to load a ROM with MaUpgradeUt_NoID but nothing happens. I only get empty version thing.

If i use the regular MaUpgradeUt and change the file change.bat for the xda3nbftool I get a error "error 201: get device data error".
I also tried to backup my device with the wrong ROM on it, to look at the header but nothing happens (romupdate.exe).
So my conclusion is that my bootloader is dead. Please correct me when i'm wrong but if this is the case how can i correct my bootloader.

When you unplug your Magician from the USB cable, what do you see?
If you see (with the backlight OFF) "Serial v1.00" or similar, thats a WORKING bootloader.
Make sure you have Active Sync DISABLED (right click the taskbar icon, click "Connection Settings..." the uncheck "Available by USB".
You should then plug in the USB cable and it should change to "USB v1.00" or similar.
Your PC may detect the connection as new hardware - that is a good sign that you have Active Sync disabled.
Let the New Hardware Wizard do it's thing, then re-run the upgrade setup and it should work.
If not, you've got BIG problems.

guess I'm in big trouble
The only thing i can do, is trying a different pc without ASync. On the current pc i'm working on, USB in activesync is disabled.
Are there any posibilties to reload (rebuilt, update) Bootloader.
Can somebody please help me.

The bootloader is built in as it's own ROM, and I've never seen a utility that can make it writeable. I doubt you've destroyed your bootloader, but that doesn't help you - sounds like you'll have to bite the bullet, act dumber than you are, and return it to the manufacturer for a repair - and probably pay for the privilege.

But isn't it strange that if you can't destroy it, it doesn't work anymore? And isn't there somebody who had the same problem?

Before you give up, try this:
Try using another USB cable.
I have experimented many times to realise that the upgrading process does require matching with the right cable.

I noticed that in the screenshot you posted, there is no info on what the device will be upgrade to! I could be wrong, but this may well mean that your device is incompatible with the ROM you are trying to upload.
Try downloading another ROM and give it a go. The best thing would be, if you can find one made specifically for your brand, ie Qtek, I-mate or whatever, and DON'T patch it. Just let the original installer do the job...

I'm using the cable that came with my device so that can't be wrong. But i could give it a try.

There isn't a orignal rom fot the dutch T-mobile MDA. And if you use a original installer, it uses ActiveSync. And i can't boot windows because it restarts after 15 seconds so I can't use ActiveSync.

Why can't you use an original ROM updater, if you have the Greek resetting ROM installed? I believe a lot of us has done so without any problems, including me. I don't remember precisely what I did, but it was no problem whatsoever. Most likely I just entered bootloader mode first, to keep the Magician from resetting...

I really tried everything but without any results. I realy don't know why i can't use the original ROM updater.

I have the similar problem, but mine one doesnt even start windows. It always go into the bootloader mode and stays there. I try upgrading it, but it gives me communication errors.

Do this
This is what you do.
Disconnect your JAm from USB
Go from your PC , ACTIVESYNC > FILE > CONNECTION SETTINGS > remove the check mark for ALLOW USB CONNECTION TO THIS DESKTOP COMPUTER
Now connect your JAM to your PC again via USB, this time active sync should not start since you have disabled USB
Now double click on the installer file of the original ROM and you should be good to go
After Reset , enable USB ,
Go from your PC , ACTIVESYNC > FILE > CONNECTION SETTINGS > Put a check mark for ALLOW USB CONNECTION TO THIS DESKTOP COMPUTER

My O2 Mini is dead, poor me please

Just got O2 Mini (second hand), when id upgrade it with MA_O2Asia_11100_922_11100_Ship, my stupid pc have restarted (i leave my pc when it starts to upgrade), so now my o2 mini get stupid too (sometimes it goes to setting wizard (tap here, tap there bla bla bla) then restart again, sometimes it wont go anywhere (just blank with red led), sometimes it goes to Serial mode (if I recharge it) and it goes to USB mode v1.00 if I connect it to my d4mn pc, last, it just got blank with no text or graph) Ive disable connection with ActiveSync (I use 4.2) via USB, and also ive terminate wcescomm and rapimgr. Thats the explanation.
Its there en luck to revive my mini again ?? Please, help me coz i cant give it back to the seller in that condition.

As you can see in my first image, there are two exe files : MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe and ROMUpgradeUt.exe, both of them cant work, even the file from the link that youve gave above.
Is my bootloader exist or not ??? and y windows cannot recognise my device, eventhough the activesync had installed ?

Ive remove the v4.2 of activesync and reinstall with v4.1.0 b4807

Strange act happen again .... suddenly my mini has wake again .... it looks like normal, at the restart (after auto config), it sleeps again.
At the sudden wake, my pc still doesnt recognise it. Hmmph .... can i have en hope ??? Oh, God send me PPC Angel

I know exactly whats wrong with ur Magicians
its not the rom
its not the cable
its ur "usb connector" where u insert ur cable.
sometime it gets rusty or sometimes the inner multi layer circuit board connections breaks
simple thing to do:
if u know how to hardware.... than first thing u should do is to put under the magnifier lamp n try cleaning those small 5 pins in that usb connector after removing the battery
if no success than change the usb connector with hot air tool or SMD
if u cant do that, get it done by some hardware guy
than get ur battery charged somehow and insert the charged battery
Press Camera button + Power Button and insert ur stylus in the reset switch to go in the bootloader mode
download universal flashing interface to load the rom like a country error fix and with that you should be able to upload any magician rom from german to arabic
If u get your solution this way than please Pray that i find someway to fix my not working mic

I could not encourage myself to test this ROM because while extracting files from RAR, i got this error:
! \Litev041extreme.rar: Invalid or corrupt authenticity information
Might be i will detroy my device if this ROM update fails at the end.

Oh, I hate that! Why can't even one upload be successful??

Thats not a problem...same error popped up for me also..
But i continued flashing the ROM and it was successfull...

Well I think that is only an INFO and not a warning regarding the archive integrity.
BTW I have downloaded the rom with my ISDN (it took more than 2 hours) so this is my

Slow ROM
I tested the ROM, although it is named extreme lite but when used with toggle view Menu, it is quite slow as compared to other 6.1 ROMs like (from fireburned 1.1 or Hikey's ROM)
I reverted back to fireburned v1.1

Well, its not too bad. I used Gonzo's rose rom but left that too many hanging problems, I think he might not be available to solve the issues may be later. I switched to Extreme lite. Its quite good. I find some problems if those are solved I think it would be stable.
Problems..
1. Right Menu button works very slow and sometimes hangs. I get to see this in sms app. Folder manager, IE, dialer etc I mean mostly in basic windows application but not in third party apps.
2. Some of the applications loads very slowly and sometimes fails or hangs basically, Comm manager, Internet sharing sometimes connection item in settings.
I may get some more errors but I noticed this much only. I've tried to reset to device almost 10 times.
Can we get Dialer screen and volume screen as in Rose ROM? Please don't tell me to switch to Lite or other Rose Roms because I want to use the phone not to reboot always. Too much hanging issues.

I am not really sure what causes those problems, so unless I get struck by a flash of genius, there won't be an update soon. I don't have much time the next couple of weeks either. I just hope HTC will finally give us an official ROM...

@frauhottelman: do you think is possible to cook phone canvas,and volume control OEM packages into an WM 6.0 rom? I was thinking to add those 2 packages in the NEO 1.1 ROM...
Maybe adding the 19700 XIP or the 20279...

Yeah, I think it should be possible, unless they depend on something 6.1-specific, but I don't think so...

If you try to turn BT off and then press power button, keyboard no longer work.

Click HERE to download the WMP Skin that matches the theme I have set up for these ROMs. The dialer, the Comm Manager and the WMP will all have the same style with this.
Just extract this to a folder and put it in your SD card. Then go to your Windows Media Player. When in your media player make sure to hit the back button to go to the player. Then go to Menu and then select Options. Then scroll over to the skin tab and choose the skin you just installed. Then put the phone into landscape mode and select the skin again and press OK.

is very fast and stable, install it on my htc wing.
just found a problem:
1. can not restart the phone, do it when the screen freezes and no longer log = O..
restart it many times and does the same ... I have to do when this happens is to reinstall the room ... I can clearly not be so = O

Okay, I think I fixed the problem. Please download again and re flash the ROM with the new download.
Throw away the first one you downloaded.
But if you're talking about the power button not working, that I know of. When you hold the power button it will say it is going to shut down, but then it doesn't.
This is because our Wings/Heralds can't handle Windows Mobile 6.5.5

What buttons are you pressing to make it restart?
To me, restart means that you press in the soft reset button on the left side, under the volume control, with your stylus.
I've flashed this ROM on my phone and it does soft reset..
So I am not sure what it is that you're having a problem with..

I mean youtube example when installing YOUTUBE cab. to complete the installation asks me to reboot to save the settings ... and select OK and never started again = S
I think if I get to finish the battery to turn this error show me

i was restarting endlessly, and I have to reinstall the Room: (

If this happens, then take out the storage card when flashing the ROM.
If you have had a previous program installed on the SD card this will happen.

I'm not sure which bar you'd like to change; if you take a screen shot (press Prt Scr on Keyboard) for me and (paste it into a paint program) you can circle which bar.
Then i'll tell you directions on how to change it to what you want.

the bottom tray bar in this rom, the one with the start button and the windows logo (in this rom is blue) and i will like to be able to change the color

What would you like to change it too.. maybe I can do it for you and then I'll tell you where to put it on the ROM.

I haven't tested the newest Opera, but Opera 9 and 10 should work if you install to main memory.

What are you looking to be different in WM Build 6.5.1 from 6.5.5?

nothing. i really want this rom but with 6.5.1 . when i installed the 6.5.5 version, my wing was really slow and didnt not want to work good. maybe because the wing cant handle 5.5
anyways, can you please downgrade this exact rom to 6.5.1?
if you can, i would really appreciate it
oh and i have downloaded the rom that is very similar to this one but with 6.5 but the file was corrupted so thats why im asking you if you can downgrade the rom

In all honesty, there will be no change in speed. M2D is a heavy app and shouldn't of been even possible for the Wing with its 200MHz Processor.
It was made for the HTC Mega (Touch 2) which has 528 MHz and 512 MB ROM memory and 256 MB RAM memory (our Wings/Heralds only have 70 MB ROM and 56MB RAM memory).
So as you could see, there will be no point in me making this ROM in WM 6.5.1.
Also, I've had a friend do some benchmarks and he said this:
