Hey guys,
I´ve not been using the new app "Friend Stream" for weeks now, but I just thought - why not try it out one more time. I tried to start it, the first screen also appears and it seems to load, but then it crashes.
Any solutions?
p.s.: anyone knows which app android uses for synchronizing the adress-book contacts with facebook?... i can`t find newer facebookcontacts if i want to connect them with a adress-book-contact.
thx in advance.-

Hi all,
first of all a happy new year.
I wonder if somebody also uses Tiny Twitter to connect to the Twitter services.
I just started using it and it looks quite good. However, on my Vox (Win Mobile 6.0) there is no popup displayed for new tweets.
Does somebody know whether this is a common issue and is there a fix for it?
Thanks to all and have a great day
Andi
I get pop ups on mine ..but then I use Pocketwit
Hi,
Had the device less than a day and loving it.
I'm finding Pocket Scrobbler can't detect track information from the HTC Music Player. I've messaged the softwares developer, but in the meantime I was wondering whether anyone had managed to get it working, or if people have a good alternative?
Regarding Fring, I tried the installation via SMS, it gave me a generic WinMo installation. It appears to install fine, but then when you select the Fring icon to open the program nothing happens. Installed a couple of times, restarted phone, but no joy with either of those simple fixes. Again, suggestions or alternatives?

As far as I know, current fring versions doesn't work with wm6.5.
The last rom I have used fringe was Roms based on wm6.1.

Ah, I see. Thanks for that.
Anyone know of other programs that amalgamate your IM/VoIP accounts for WinMo 6.5?
I have been using nimbuzz and it seems to work fine..

I am a Fring fan as well and I have written in Fring forums about the nature of the problem during my HD time (running Leo ROMs) the problem occurs only when the HTC Message is running.
So a temp fix is disabling HTC Sense from Today and enjoy Fring..
I hope the guys at Fring find a work around solution for this.
Thanks for the suggestion of Nimbuzz, I installed it a few hours before reading your post
Ok, so I just got my Dell streak on O2 - first thing I did was install 2.1 on it.
when trying to sign into my googlemail account, it kept saying I had no connection (even though I was on wifi, and the browser worked on both streak and my mbp). After trying and try I decided to use the O2 sim that came with the phone (i was using my previous one still on iphone tarrif) and turned off wifi - this allowed me to sign into the market.
I found a handful of apps I wanted to download, but when I go to the download page, they all just say "starting download", the bars are animated but nothing is happening. I have tried this with both wifi on and off.
Is this a 2.1 issue?
I love the phone/tablet (phablet?) but not having access to the marketplace sucks! I also can't sync my contacts!
Help!
Also have the same problem with downloading apps from the "Market", but mine are on the Motorola Milestone, already preloaded with 2.1 ()Eclair. Simply won't let me download any apps, which is a minor problem I 1st had with my old HTC Wildfire, but automatically overcome. Help is greatly needed, thanks.
This is a 2.1/2.2 bug in the Market, which Google has to fix.
Try leaving it on "Downloading..." for a bit, it might start. Else you can try cancel-install a few times, that should get it going.
I thought they fixed this for 2.1, but they obviously didn't :/
Aight then, thanks, so it's basically a common Eclair/Froyo OS problem? Hopefully that'll all work then. Thanks
Would there be any other problems other than the OS that could prevent apps from being downloaded from the "Andorid Market"? Because I've tried the above steps and I'm gettin' nothing.
when the HELL will this be fixed...
i have 2 phones ACER stream and HTC Desire, both have the problem....
my desire was working fine.. but the acer was not, and i tried to play around with the my google account... Now i cant use MARKETPLACE on either one..!!!!

Have you looked at the logcat? Anything of interest in there? Maybe try posting this...
I have installed Lotus Notes Traveler 8.5.3.2 successfully on 2 TF201s and 2 different phones without a glitch.
The installation on my brother's new TF300 (using the same server as mine) goes smoothly until the end when it should be ready to use. A message box pops up with the error http/1.1 bad request. We Factory Reset several times and tried again always with the same result.
Has anyone successfully installed Lotus Notes Traveler on the TF300?
What could be different about the TF300 that would generate this error?
No not compatible
Hit the thanks button if i helped
Try this instead. Works on my TF300
Thanks for the replies.
Even though the problem has not been resolved, I believe we now know the issue. I un-installed Traveler from my tablet - re-installed and tried to log onto my brother's account. Same error. So, there is some issue with his account.
The hours of searching didn't result in a solution (unless a headache was the goal), but, I did find that there is a tablet version of Traveler coming some time this year. The screen shoots look very nice. It looked more like the desktop version then the one we're using now. I'm looking forward to that.

Hey all, recently I've downloaded the BlueStacks app on windows to be able to use android apps on my Windows PC (Snapchat, Instagram, Tinder, Etc.) but I have encountered a very annoying problem. After about 20 minutes of using the app, my physical keyboard stops working across my entire computer and it will not work until I restart it. I have not been able to find any similiar problems on google, nor has reinstalling the app helped at all. Would anyone please help me fix this problem, or at least point me in the right direction?
Any help is appreciated

Hey!
This seems like a problem with your version of Bluestacks.
I will recommend you to either update it to the latest version available or report the issue to the bluestacks team.
Cheers.
