Installed Jaguar 4 ROM still have the T-Mobile Splash Screen

Hello I Just Installed the Jaguar 4.0 WM6 ROM on My Orange SPV M3000. Everything went well thanks to the tutorial, but when I power on my Wizard It shows the T-Mobile splash screen for about 8 seconds. After that It shows the WM6 screen for some seconds.
Can anyone tell me how I can remove/replace the T-Mobile Splash screen ?
Thanks!
Find badbertˇs splash screens and there are instructions to install it. The splash screen has 3 pictures and it is about 2mb .nkb file. U need RUU and in ruu u place .nkb splash screen file. Same procedure as flashing rom.
^ Thanks a lot. Not only are the pics extra top class, but it is so easy and fast to change them.
Peace

[Q] Removing T-Mobile splash screen... possible?

hi guys,
just a little question, I'm pretty sure most of you have the answer: I bought a T-Mobile HTC One S on eBay (excellent condition), and I'm trying to get rid of all the T-Mobile crap.
I unlocked bootloader, TWRP, root + read-write kernel, so I've been able to get rid of all the apps I didn't want. There's only 1 thing (actually 2) I don't know how to get rid of: T-Mobile splash screens (welcome and shutdown).
I have another HTC One S cell, not associated with a carrier so I know what a carrier-free startup looks like (only the white HTC splash screen). I'd like to have the same on my second One S (which is for my wife). On the T-Mobile One S, I have the T-Mobile splash screen PLUS the regular HTC splash screen.
Question: is it possible to get rid of these extra splash screens from T-Mobile?
I read that I may have to play with command lines like this one "fastboot flash splash1 mysplash.rgb565" but none of the threads I read what about the One S. And I don't want to replace T-Mobile splash screens, I just want to remove them in order to only keep HTC splash screens...
thanks
Are you trying to get the boot splash off or bootanimation. I think that bootanimation have the tmob logo. It has been a while since I had stock boot splash or bootanimation. The bootanimation is in /system/customize/resource and file name hTC_bootup_one.zip. The splash screen I flashed trough software. Can not remember the name at this time. I did trough fastboot but that was on MT4G.

I don't know what's the difference between boot splash and bootanimation... On my HTC I only have an HTC animation at startup, but on the T-mobile cell I have a T-Mobile animation BEFORE the HTC animation.
I'm gonna compare files in /system/customize/resource folder, this might help me figuring out how to remove T-Mobile animation. Thanks.
Files found!

OK I checked and you were right: in both cells I have
- htc_boot.mp3
- hTC_bootup_one.zip
- hTC_downanimation.zip
and in T-Mobile One S I also have (in same folder):
- TMOUS_downanimation.zip
- TMOUS_rockey_bootanimzation.zip
Do you think I can just remove those files to get rid of boot up and shut down T-Mobile animations? No chance of bricking? I'll do a full TWRP recovery prior to trying this of course!
Done.
I followed this thread for an HTC Amaze 4G and it worked like a charm : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1414794
Yes. If you delete then will go back to stock(HTC). I made my own splash and boot/downanimation and put my mp3 in it. Just for fun.

Your device is unlocked and can’t be trusted.

Hey there, I was wondering if I can get rid of the Your device is unlocked and can’t be trusted screen, since it’s pretty annoying. I don’t want to lock my bootloader again, since I have root and such, I just want to get rid of the screen. It can even just be a black screen for 5 seconds. Thanks
Edit: Thank you @WoKoschekk for helping me! It now has the original bootscreen.
Flash the attached and unpacked logo_custom.bin:
fastboot flash logo logo_custom.bin
The warning screen is replaced by the normal boot logo. Here you can download the tool I used: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...ker-source-code-included-version-2-4.2848667/

I have tried, and it works!! Thank you!!
I followed the instructions in this thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...of-root-warning-screens-hide-bad-key.3967463/ and used the Blue logo there.
It's not a perfect match though, I can see the blue color change slightly when it advances to the real blue logo. I also don't have "bad key", so I see a bunch of hex numbers on the screen along with the blue logo.
