hi , i've a tp2 t-mobile with german language , i tried to hard spl my phone with the 2 versions of hardspl but i always have problems with both : the first says that i ve used it before ( i never done this ) and the second works but i have a message on the screen of the phone that says WARNING this package is not intended for your device type!! try Olipro's HSPL package. make sure it is the one meant for your device also. not calling you stupid, just saying
hardspl problem
When downloading the Hard-SPL from a forum many users experience problems with the error saying they have already unlocked a device when they haven't. Your best bet is to download the Hard-SPL software straight from Olipro's website and if you still have that error just simply send him an email explaning the error and he will clear the situation for you so you can get your 1 free unlock. Olipro has the best Hard-SPL unlocker for GSM or CDMA just make sure you choose the right one... GOOD LUCK!

Okay, here it is:
My cousin has a S200 and i have a wizard, i went to him and he said "Oh yea, of course i know how", so we used a program i think Sspl and to the left there was a picture of his prophet and we pressed "upgrade" so my problem is now that i have a strange rom on my phone, and belive me, its VERY slow and when i want to see battery status it says "Unknown" and it doesnt recharge i think (No orange light). My phone is CID locked, so i want to unlock it, but when connecting to a computer it doesnt connect proberly. Fx. in Wizard service Tool i can "Enab. Rapi + Unsigned Apps" but i cant Read Cid, it says my device isnt connected. (Wish i could before) so i need help down grading to my old software and unlocking and finally, flash it to a touch...

HI huys i used Tornado_WM6_Platinum_Edition to upgrade my c600, all gon e well and after complition device rebooted and then it never boots up , i can only tri colur screen written following things on it.

No problem, still got tri colour means its still recoverable, I bet is you did not SuperCID properly, check with TeraTermPro and type info 2, see if you get the word HTC Super CID

Did you SuperCID correctly?

Use a registry editor like regeditSTG (must be a free member to download), and edit the following registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies (then press "values")\ 00001001 = 2 -->Change the value data from 2 to 1

If this doesn't work, then post back with the exact handset info (like the brand name printed on it, the service provider who sold it, e.g. Orange, or T-Mobile, and which ROM version, etc).

dear i think this tweak can work if os is installed, mine case is different, i am not being able to boot the device just a tri color screen and thats it
This happend to my C600 you can definatly reflash with the orange AKU2 firmware so do that to start with so you get and OS back on there then post back your when you have done that.

am going to upgrade my XDA-Exec (Universal) G4 for the first time. its currently running WM5 from O2 but i am going to use it with another Service Provider.
now want to make sure of couple of things.
first... is there any HardSPL type of programe for Universal so that atleast i dont endup bricking the phone ?
second what exactly does the CID/EROM locks are for or SIM lock. I can use my other companies SIM in this phone so do i still need to do it ?
third how safe is the ROM updating without anything like HardSPL....?
reason why iam asking this is because its my friends phone and dont wanna brick it and second i have upgraded my HERM but have not done a Universal WM5 to 6 or 6.1 upgrade

No Their Is No HardSPL For Universal.
IMHO CID Unlocking Should Be Done As Various Bootloader Commands For Recovering The Device Will Only Work On A CID Unlocked Device. (I Think!)
Rom Upgrading Is Relatively Safe. Jus Make Sure The Battery Is Fully Charged.
Read The WIKI For More Information.

i got the ROM updated last night and was using when i finally thought of using another ROM... while upgrading the other rom it just gave and error message on the PC and the phone was on the page where it ask you to press 0 for default ... so i did that and the phone restarted but now its stuck on the Splash Screen (the O2 operator starting screen) ...
if i connect the phone to the PC it will not recognize the phone as its totally stuck on the Splash screen ... if i try to goto the bootloader screen it gives me the same message of either Pressing X or 0 ... also the USB is not recognizing it ..
what to do .????

I have a problem unlocking my Orange SPV E650 using Wizard Service Tool.
-Hard reset the device
-I copy CERT_spcs.cab and EnableRapi.cab to my device
-I install both files (CERT_Spcs.cab won't install: "not intended for this
device"?
-I open WST 4.2.2 and click "Repair IMEI".
-The "Repair IMEI-box" opens and show nothing (in both fields)
I've tried this with different ROM's (VOX, E650, S710).
I've also tried different "unlocking CAB's" (RemoveSecurity.cab, SdkCerts.cab)
I've also tried it with "Microsoft Security Configuration Manager" (this works)
Problems:
-I can't alter IMEI
-So, I can't unlock the phone from Orange
When I boot the phone in bootloader-mode it shows:

I really don't understand what is wrong with this thing.

Is it an option to make something like a "full backup" of that one,
and write it to the E650?

I have already unlocked so many phones, that I just won't have it that I cannot unlock this one for free; it's like a sport ;-)
Apart from that, I have already unlocked multiple phones of this (hardware-)
model, so I would really like to do it myself, with maybe a little bit of help.
I have already read all unlocking threads, and my problem is not mentioned, that is why I placed this post.
For money you can unlock anything, but it's just no fun... ;-)

as its an orange e650 -same as i have
i found i couldnt flash a new rom as it was locked
all i did first was install Orange debrand pack from Modaco forum and voila! lets you flash!!
maybe thats why you have unlocked other 710's as yours isnt a 710 yet its a E650!

What he tries has nothing to do with USPL. He tries to remove the SIM-Lock, which prevents you to use a different SIM-card.

flash SPL successfully
unlock radio successfully
and put herm unlocker at prog.files and run it..it was also successful
when i enter now un-accepted sim it says that....

i was powering without touching it for almost 4 days but still 91 times
i also tried reseting it still that problem...
anyone out here who could help me in order to put the unlock code so that i will request its codes....
