You can always use an online translator

simple answer: no u cant

online translator is too inaccurate to translate the professionary vocabulary.

Yes but it´s much better and understandable than typing this:

It's also the rules stated under:
4. Use the English language.
We understand that with all the different nationalities not everyone speaks English well, but please try. If you're really unable to post in English use an online translator, You're free to include your original message in your own language below the English translation.
So please follow rules in future.

To put it in simple terms, they are two completely different types of devices (even if they are variants of the same device (ie Vogue and Elf, Blue Angel and Harrier, etc). One of them uses a SIM card (GSM) and the other one is identified by its network via an ESN / pESN.
Normally, the different variants have their own specific name and you gotta make sure that the rom that you are flashing is meant for that device. Or else, as some people stated above, you will brick your device.
Hope this helps.

If you are looking for Portugese, you can download the Brazil rom from here (I believe they mainily speak portugese).
http://samsung-updates.com/device/?id=SM-T311
on the third column, overlay your mouse on the three letter region code, and it will tell you which country the rom is for. Brazil's 3 letter code is ZTO.
Flash with Odin on your pc. If you don't know how, please read the other thread on rooting, and follow the same procedure.
BTW, my tab is from Hong Kong, and it has Portugese (for Portugal or Brazil). Maybe because Macao speaks Portugese. The region code is "TGY".
Good luck

How to find code name of device? And compatibility question.

How do you find the code name of your device? Ex. d2att for the Samsung Galaxy S3.
Also, I think (tell me if I'm wrong) that the phones I'm looking at from Wind Mobile work with T-Mobile phones. If this is true, does that mean a ROM in the T-Mobile forum that doesn't list the exact model number of the Wind Mobile phone (ex. if it listed SM-G920T but didn't list SM-G920W8) will still work with that ROM?

unfortunately i cant answer that, but i can comment on it.
there are a small amount of phones that you can flash a rom that wasnt specifically made for it, but if you cant find proof before trying, there is a real risk of permanent brick if your wrong.
take the g3 for instance (only because i know about this device),
you can take a vzw g3 and use it on tmo, but you can not flash a tmo rom on it because it is a vzw phone.
if your just talking about a rom, and not actual stock firmware, the risk of issues is still there, but generally, more likely fixable because its not flashing key partitions that could render your device unfixable.
i am in no way suggesting you try it, only because if it bricks the phone i dont want to be responsible, but if it were me, and i had a backup to restore the phone, and stock files to flash if need be, i would try it. but you would have to be in a position to buy a new phone if things go terribly wrong. if not, then i wouldnt do it.

I'm not sure if we have the same understanding. I mean just like how the Bell Samsung Galaxy S3 can flash AT&T ROMs, I'm wondering if that would be the same for Wind Mobile flashing T-Mobile ROMs even if the model number is not exactly the same (ex. flashing a SM-G920T ROM on a SM-G920W8).
And yeah, I'm talking about flashing an AOSP ROM rather than stock firmware ROM (TouchWiz, Sense, Etc).

I'm not sure if we have the same understanding. I mean just like how the Bell Samsung Galaxy S3 can flash AT&T ROMs, I'm wondering if that would be the same for Wind Mobile flashing T-Mobile ROMs even if the model number is not exactly the same (ex. flashing a SM-G920T ROM on a SM-G920W8).

maybe you will get some help if you ask in the specific device forum q&a of the devices you need info about. usually thats the best place to ask questions if the device specific forums exist for your models.

Thank you for the suggestion, I was thinking of doing that but I have 4 phones I'm considering getting so I thought it would come off as spamming. Do you still think I should do that?

yea go for it. maybe stagger your post a bit though. dont throw them all in at once.
Canadian here. All T-Mobile ROMs will work on our Canadian owned S6s. Sometimes an extra custom kernel needs to be flashed, but they will work.
Also, try going to download.cyanogenmod.com to search for your device, then you will see the codename at the end of all nightly zip filenames.
Good luck.

It might do. Just try it out. It's really bo rocket science.
On own terms. Thank you so much for providing this guide. Works like a charm for me vodafone card in slot 1. My telekom card in slot 2 doesn't have volte though. Is this only working for slot one in general, or is it my telekom card maybe?
Hello people, i've tried this methode with my Oneplus 6 on OOS 5.1.9 with the India Vodafone profile and its working great! Takes a little time to activate and seen in the pulldown menu but it's working perfectly. I'm on Vodafone The Netherlands.
Edit: Got only one problem everybody that calls me is unknown id?
working great! O2 - reseller
easy done, a shame, that oneplus settled on this.....
For me it is working to enable it but when I am calling, volte sign doesn't appear. So it doesn't work at all in Czech T-Mobile provider. I hope later it will.
doesnt work for me unfortunately (oxygen os 5.1.9, rooted, dual sim with premiumsim and netzclub, both o2)

It did work for me on 5.1.9 with premiumsim. Did you use the pc application or did you just enable the switches on the phone?

Strange that it's not working in Czech, since the OP wrote that it only works in Germany... Hmmm.... Can't find the error...

Rebrand Chinese to Global

Hello,
I just bouth this awesome mobile my question is How to rebrand it because I have read that the Chinese one ( the one I bought) has some downsides from global.
Thanks for helping.
P.D: can you tell if this has a lot of changes or not?

What kind of downsides are you talking about ???
The only one I know is the warranty.
The rest of chinese version are benefits: quick updates before global versions; 7680 fps slow record video; call recording.
I don't understand you.
