ok guys here is a theme i have been currently working on and just wanted to know if you guys had any interest in it. it doesn't have a proper name but its code name is Zen. feel free to suggest names and i will choose whichever i think suits it best. The theme is in a alpha stage at the moment as there are still lots of areas i plan on themeing. im also not 100% sure on the dock yet and currently testing ideas for a new one. i hope at least some of you guys are interested .

no reason its just the style of the wallpaper im using which was created by daaxix from twitter. i asked someone to provide me with a simple wallpaper i could use with my theme and he responded with this.
It's fine, I just thought it would look cleaner and more natural if it wasn't there

lol i dont know i just preferred it to the grid of squares on stock. if people dont like it i can try find a replacmenet yeah you have to be rooted.

This is the best theme I have seen since gChrome!
I converted this wallpaper from a Gnome (Ubuntu) wallpaper because I liked it. I set the line up so that the bottom row of icons on the phone lie in the dark region. This allows for a dark and light region, I use the upper light region for a google calendar widget, which makes the text easy to read.

So far I've found some icons WP7S uses so this could help... anybody willing to do so?
Also some "hub inspired" programmicons would look cool don't you think?

Just the "I Love Windows Phone" - but this one is coloured - I'd prefer black/white which is part of the original Metro design...

I think that it looks good ! Just do it !
They look nice but I'd prefer a "sharper" look like the original icons. Maybe the slider should be just a transparent circle and the icons itself should be "clean white" and sharp just like the original ones. Slide background could be black so that we can can get close to the original look of the WP7S icons...

I'm not trying to bust anyone here. And in my opinion, illogic6, you went about it the right way of suggesting people buy the app, but...you are kinda taking away the biggest perk of getting the paid version in my opinion. Maybe make a tutorial, but...i unno. I'm on the fence as I edited mine.
Edit: And thats just for this particular app. For instance, i themed the Pandora widget and wouldn't see anything wrong what so ever if you were to do it with apps that don't offer skins as the donated version. If that makes since.

This is a port of my black gloss theme for vibrant, but as CM is so different from touchwiz, I have had to change quite a few things.

Just flashed, and must say, I really like. I threw some screen shots up on the "post your home screen" page. This is the first theme I've found where everything is black/grey, everything other one either had color in the notifications or somewhere. Really like the UBS connection screen. Awesome job!!

No they aren't. I dont like theming icons since i cant make everyone happy. Someone always complains and wants a version without icons.

Made the slider icons lighter... i think they look much better now. As for nightlies, i have no plans to support them since they are nightly.

Hey everyone This theme is a complete "re-colorization" of the popular MattedBlues theme by jabbawalkee. I take ZERO credit for any and all custom graphics you find in the theme. Jabbawalkee originally created this theme. All I did was change the color from blue to purple. It's possible you'll find some graphic anomolies. If you do, please be kind and leave some feedback for me. I tried my best to make sure things were in working order before posting it here but I'm human and I'll keep working on this as time permits.

How do I install this? Flash it via recovery.
Which recovery do I use to flash this? I only use Amon_RA Recovery, v1.8.0.1. Give that a shot if you are running into problems using Clockwork.
Will this work with CM 6.1.2 ROM? YES!
What font is that? Ubuntu. It can be found at this thread.

Which lockscreen does this theme come with by default? It works with whatever lockscreen you're currently using. The Vanilla lockscreen screenshot you see is because I ripped Sense out of the ROM I was using when I was working on this, primarily to show that the theme worked with the Vanilla lockscreen too. I should've posted a screenie with the HTC lockscreen but oh well So, again, if you're using the HTC lockscreen it'll work with the HTC lockscreen. If you're using a Vanilla lockscreen it'll work with the Vanilla lockscreen.

Actually, if you flash the theme as it is it will default to whatever lockscreen you're currently using I should make a note about that in the OP. I'll do that right now. Just flash away and have a nice day. You won't have to do anything else except flash it and it will not force your lockscreen to one or the other.

I flashed your theme and ITS SO CUTE...lol but the notification bar is a little plain and manly. I was wondering if you can change this notification bar so that when I flash it it doesn't change the color scheme? I actually flashed this file and it change almost everything to Green....boooooo!! I love this purple and like the other ladies mentioned...pink would be nice. This bar has the little neon Andy guy in the right corner, its from the Fresh 3.3.0.1 ROM

AWESOME...can't wait but I don't think this notification Bar is from MANUP. I have it on FRESH 3.3.0.1, EVOZONE and RUJULES22. This Andy is a neon outline with a black transparent background. Anything you can do however is greatly appreciated.

Only thing for me is the yellow is too bright, other than that the site is so minimal looking that its great
I like the 2013 glad were able to change back as I really hate the new one. 2013 one is much better, most of us guys dont like change its the women that try to change everything around its nice to be able to have some things stay the same.
I don't mind the design, but I wish more sites would stop stretching to fit the whole screen. A little margin on each side wouldn't hurt.

I'd leave XDA if I couldn't change themes it's that bad...

To the person who said they're messing up your computer, they are doing no such thing. It's their site, they're free to do with it what they want. Fortunately they give you choices. Most sites don't. Others have third-party fixes, like Reddit has Reddit Enhancement Suite and Facebook has Social Fixer. Or you can get Greasemonkey and apply fixes individually, or write your own if you know how (I don't).
