But is it a good idea to do that. Are there any problems when i am doing it ....

I think i like touchflo better than the WM 6.5 today screen.. i dont think i will be using the today screen...

Hi there, first time post here. I noticed there are all kinds of builds of Windows Mobile 6.5 floating around, and the screenshots look awesome. I just recently got an HTC Ozone and was wondering if there exists yet a 6.5 build for it that can be found. Also, are there mainly the same enhancements on Standard edition phones? I really like what I have seen of the screenshots.
Me too ! Just got the ozone and loving it ... anyone try upgrading it to 6.5? Also would the 6.5 builds for the htc pro or diamond work on the ozone? ozone isn't touchscreen is one thing that makes me think it wont ...

before i was have dream that in future i will use my HTC magician or Alpine that work with 2003 se only to work in in WM 6.x ., so now its true for my XDA II mini that used WM 6.1 .but i still waitting for my magician work with WM 6.5 cuz it only 64 ram and also Alpine in WM 6.x or 7... . however many thank u to Cotulla that help me to used WM 6.1 for my xda 2 mini

But with this new 3.03 WWE HTC Magician Rom from Cotulla it is way better

I'm a little confused I have a German HTC Touch Pro and I asked HTC-support if it is possible to upgrade my WM 6.1 to 6.5 They denied it.

If You mean original WM6.5 OS, for Raphael, then it isn't possible right now, but...if You use cooked ROM (non-official) then it's possible, HTC support wouldn't recommend You this.
almost all the cooked roms are WM 6.5, the official one won't work but the cooked versions are better anyway imo......
Who wants official rom? only if my tp is broken& i need guarantee ;-)

I have a Factory Unlocked HTC Touch Pro 2 WM 6.1. I would like to upgrade to WM 6.5 but I am very nervous. I have done a lot of research on the net and found out from my analysis that 6.1 is more stable and has a better today screen. Some people say 6.5 is better and some people say they wish they had not upgraded. So I am stuck in a dilemma.
If I upgrade to 6.5, can I downgrade back to 6.1. What I am trying to say is where can I find the "standard factory shipped htc touch pro 2 wm 6.1rom" ?
