boot rarely works.
If you don't have RUUNBH, your best bet is finding the Official ROM for your device and re-flashing it.

All the known ROMs for the Kaiser are here : http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Kaiser_ROMs
Try figuring out from the Make of the Handset, or by following the instructions in the guide for performing an "info 2" command using MTTY.
This gives you the CID, that you can use to help find the correct ROM.

i have a qtek_S200(HTC Prophet) which is :

now,i have experienced a big problem like this:
i wanted to change the ROM of my phone to English..then i download a shiped Rom to flash it...
the shiped Rom i used was RUU_Prophet_1001321_100013102_11320_DopodAsia_shiped.exe....
But everytime i tried to Flash, the program said "ERROR(300):invalid update tool..this update utility cannot be used for your PDA phone.please get newer update utillity" when the phone proceeded to a reseting and turned to three colour mode....
So, that is way? someone plz help me..

2nd problem
the qtek S200 is CHT now, coz it ought to be ENG originallly, so it must be CID unlocked sometime ago...
unfortunlly, when i try to backup its Rom to SD card using MTTY by the code" r2sd all", like backing up a wizard' rom....but it said "you don't get the proper security level to download a specific image"..
Then i use the MachinaGod' lokiwizi and RapiUnlocker trying to unlock the CID, but it displays error and seems fail ..
so, guys plz help me ..

I read the entire post. It is NOT a CID unlock, basically the guy just ran aWizard and ignored the error of CID unlock error. The screen says CID unlock success, but it doesnt really unlock CID. rest explains what roms he used to update his O2 xda. Mostly are in Simplified Chinese ROM. Nothing special or new in that post. Search is still on.

If you want to install a new ROM then there is no need to unlock CID. This procedure explains a method for updating all components except IPL/SPL on a Wizard. The same procedure and the same tools in the document can be used on a Prophet.
Pay attention to the warnings on the first page though. The procedure is not trivial so make sure you know what you are doing before you actually do it!

Yep! Works well, as long as you try AKU2.x or better for the OS module. It didn't work with i-mate's old 1.2 ROM for JAMin but that just confirms what the article says. Everything else I've tried so far worked.

I have used the procedure tonight and all worked perfectly!
Enough simple and with no unpgrading problems!
Now I have Italian rom on my device!

Probably I made something wrong, my device is DEAD!!! I have been severals hours to fix it but no way.

You have missmatch in IPL and SPL version.
Your IPL is corresponding to DOC G3, but SPL DOC G4.
This should not be the case. What was your original DOC?
Do you have USB connection when in rainbow screen?

I just finish to download the Dopod 818 Pro Rom stop at bootloader fix but now the problem is getting biger, I mean, the battery is empty, so I can not charge the device with the USB or AC cable. I have to find a battery to try with this Rom. Or go to the technical support and try to fix it.
The screen is on and of by it self efvery couple minutes (just for a while)
Finally I got a charged battery from my brothyer and I started to download the mentioned rom, but at 80% stop, I get an error message.
ERROR 326 Invalid Command. This NBF file cannot be used for your PDA Phoen. Please check your NBF.
How could I do? Suggestions???
I made a call phone to the service mantenience and I have a date to try to fix it. I'm affraid they are going to tell me something I don't like to heard, but...

I Do Upgrade for my JAMIN with PDAMobiz_Prophet_WM5AKU3.2_v3220 & it was Succeed With out any trouble
Than I Try to upgrade to 2006-11-12_Prophet_WM5AKU2.3_lvsw_edition but my Phone Stack So I reset as say after 30 m (about 48m)
The Baggiest Problem for me after reset my Jamin Stack in Booting (Just show Rom Version & Other) after that noting Happen..

Second you should read before flashing your device... ...you havn't provide us with enough info, is your device CID unlocked? What SPL version do you have, do you have an G3 of G4 device?
Did you try to turn on your device and on the 3 color screen execute the PDAMobiz_Prophet_WM5AKU3.2_v3220 again?

I did it & connect to usb but when i execute the PDAMobiz_Prophet_WM5AKU3.2_v3220 it's show me No Device Connect

You had to CID unlock your phone first!
The only thing you can do I guess is install the NoVendorID Asia version for the Dopod.
You can't install the PDAMobiz ROM because there has to be an AS connection.
Try looking for: RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship-NoVendorID.zip on the XDA ftp.

You should try to flash your device with the ROM mentioned before.
After that you can try to CID Unlock your phone:

I try to flash my device with ROM RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_S hip-NoVendorID.zip and I was very happy because it’s start to flash ROM but after rich 95% it’s stop and show me Error INVALED COMMAND ... I tray many times but all same
Even my device now when ever I turn ON it’s go to boot loader mode

I have dumped it from the device, and have Part0-3.raw files, but don't know if it's possible to reconstruct and flash without the original OS.NB file.
Any help? Can i reconstruct using Spanish dumped ROM using WWE nb-imgfs files?

Well, if you don't want to loose your TyTN II, you only need to power on, and start to using. Sure works for the most of you use it.
This forum is only to learn and have fun with the kaiser. So if your Kaiser works, don't touch...only read the user guide and that's all.
Read a lot is the only way to learn how to keep your device working

If you want to get some help, you need to give more details about your problem (if exsit...).
What have you done before the error happen? What is the error? What happen when you power on the device? What ROM version? What is the start secuence?
Without this info anyone can help you, believe me, peopple here are not magicians
-I launched kaiser ssplv1 on my kaiser
-then i executed RUU.Kaiser.HTC.WWE.1.56.405.5.radio.sign.22.45.88.07.1.27.12.11.Ship
-At 16% of flashing, processes stop and i follow RUU.Kaiser.HTC.WWE.1.56.405.5.radio.sign.22.45.88.07.1.27.12.11.Ship instruction for continue the processes, but now at 1% process stop cause invalid vendor id.
-Now when I started I see the 3 color band (red,green,blue) and these words:

Seems you have a briked kaiser... take a look at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=334693 to see if helps you getting info about your kaiser CID version...
I suppose you have an Spanish Kaiser, right?
So seems the only way to recover is flashing spanish Kaiser ROM (that we haven't).
The other way is sending to repair...

Yes, i have the same ROM, but the ROM is on my device, i have't the RRU file to upgrade your device...
I extracted the ROM, but for now don't know how to reconstruct it.
So you must wait or send to repair...

It stuck in tri-color mode with:

did you try the command:
boot
It should boot up your phone and allow you to use it. When you reboot though you'll be back to the tri-colour screen.
Apparently, the correct fix here is to flash a rom from your original vendor. This didn't work for me but it has worked for others.

I just fixed one with the same problem. It just worked running the boot command in mtty. try it again, its not a regular behaviour...
