Anyone having troubles with exchangesync for the past week ?
I have an account with them and all the sending of emailed get "Delivery is delayed to these recipients or distribution lists:"
And then a few days later I get another message saying the exchange server failed to deliver my email
It's been a week. They don't answer tickets, their online chat doesn't work and calls to their hotline ends up on an answering machine
Are they getting bankrupted ? Anybody else having the same issue ? (I didn't change anything to my setup so I assume the issue is on their side)
If someone else knows a good Exchange service, I am ready to switch. No email working properly on my phone (or home) for a whole week without even any feedback disgusts me...

I tried subscribing to their push email service. Everything seemed to setup ok but every time my Jam tries to connect via Activesync (over GPRS) it keeps asking for my user name and password.
The weird thing is if I log into Clubimate email from a PC then the Jam connects ok - work that one out!
I tried having a conversation with imate live support who would sit there and ask questions but then didn't give any answers or replies - they wouldn't reply for ages until the window timed out.
Now I can't get into the support forums as no longer have the right access to the the forums.
Has anyone else had any probs with the clubimate forums over the last day or so ??

I havent visited the clubimate forums in the last few days so I dont know about the forum access problem but i have the EXACT same problem with their push email service.
It works fine in every other way except when i try to synchronize via activesync and then it starts asking for my username and password.. i have had my Imate for more than 6 months now and I have tried and tried and posted questionson forums and had SO MANY discussions with clubimate staff.. but they are total losers.. not only they dont know jack, they arent even the least bit bothered about TRYING to help you.
I've kinda given up. but if you or anyone has ANY information on how toresolve this, i would be all ears!
Is anyone having problems with MRing and their Treo 750V / 750C??
The problem I am having is, whenever I have MRing installed, it prevents my treo from connecting to the internet and alse prevents it from sending Multi Media messages. I thought initially that it was a device or network issue, but after doing a hard reset on two seperate treo 750, connecting to the internet and sending MMS successfully, I then re installed MRing and immediately began having connection issues. FYI MRing is a ringtone manager from Motionapps

I had the exact same issue. I un-installed MRing, and it went away. Somehow, MRing is "hijacking" the phone/data connection, most likely in order to correctly intercept the call to add the ringtone.
No issues since I un-installed. I did NOT do a hard reset, FYI, just un-installed.

thanks for the response, have you found any other ring tone manager that used mp3 from the sd card like m ring does? ringo mobile says it can do that, but it copies a small peice of the song onto the device memory ( i don't want that). I really like m ring, but it was really frustrating to not be able to send MMS or get on the internet with my 750
Add MP3s
I just added MP3s using the Settings->Sounds & Notifications->Manage tab, and added them from the card. It works fine, and there is enough memory on the phone to easily support a couple of MP3s for ring tones, etc.
I sent a support request about this into MotionApps the same day I replied to you, but no response as of yet.
I like mRing's ability to manage everything from one place, but I need the data connection. Until they fix that, it's staying off my phone :-(
I E-Mailed Motionapps on the 15th of March, but I have not received any response from them as yet. I did copy music onto the device memory, the ringtones work great, I am only missing the ability to set individual tones from SMS contacts. Any thoughts on how to do this?

No, I don't know about that one, sorry. I still haven't heard from MotionApps, though, and it's Mar 20.

However, we would recommend you to try to disable mRing from Today screen by selecting Start > Settings > Today > Items tab and uncheck mRing.
mRing should disappear from the Today screen.
Could you please try out now your internet connection and let us know if it is working correctly?

Also, we would like to invite you help us identify the issue considering that we are not able to recreate it on our test devices in our lab.

Interesting. The results are as I suspected (no mRing on Today screen means no custom ringtones as mRing is designed to do).
I still have have no email from them regarding the exact same issue, so if you have contact with them, let them know you are not the only one with the issue.
Refer them to this thread, and they can review for themselves. I would be willing to assist. I like the concept of mRing.
FYI, the same issue I have with Vito AudioNotes.
If I set the automatic call record, I can connect only the first time. To reconnect to gprs/umts I must soft reset my treo.
I spent many time to find this!
This issue is only if the autorec is enabled.
At the moment, no solution from Vito Technology.
I'm having this same problem with my AT&T branded, brand new Treo 750.
It took me forever to figure out what was going on, I thought AT&T cut me off or something!

Hi guys, I dont know what hapenned with my raphael... I messed up in all configurations at account settings and it havent solved the issue.
When I receive emails, once I open the email and close it, going to the "house" of tf3d, later, if I go again to the email, the message disappears, without passing by the "deleted items", my messages are all running out the mobile, without one action
does anybody know how to fix it?

is it possible that the message is getting routed to another folder? also what type of email acct are you using? exchange, imap, pop?
hi guys, im back again, was traveling... and by the travel I deleted my email account, also installed it again and the issue keept. I use a POP3 email, and is the same email used on my outlook express of my desktop pc.
Damn... sometimes my emails comes and I cant only read it, if I dont take it fast, the email disappears... without deleting.
Once i see the "(1)" in my email box I have to see it imediatelly, because if I hope sometime I stay without it.
I wanna install my email guys, I need it, it is one more rason that made me buy this fuze, please, anybody know what is happening? This issue started in a few days, because before I ever used to send/receive emais by here, without problems

My Htc Pro 7 (one week old) seems to pretend that it is syncing. It only takes 2 to 3 seconds over Wifi but it doesn't bother downloading new messages.
My (only) email account on the phone is a Blueyonder account (powered by Google). The initial set up went off and collected the account info.
I have turned off SSL and deleted the port numbers from the SMTP and POP settings.
Reentering the username and password convinced it to download the rest of yesterdays emails but not the test one I just sent myself or the others that are on the server.
Outllok 2007 is set to leave copies on the server for 10 days and over the years WM and Symbian handsets have not experienced this problem.
Any suggestions?

Since re-entering the username password- the phone is set to look every 15 minutes and ever hour or so it seems to go off- ask if there are any new messages and then download the odd one without bothering to do download the rest...
Am I really the only person who has a mailbox that is at least a day behind???
I guess I am going to have to reset the phone, and lose all my texts etc.
Nice one MuppetSoft!!! By removing our rights to tweak things you have also prevented us from fixing things ourself. Please stop trying to be Apple.
Sometimes the same thing would happen when I hard reset my phone and set up my Hotmail account for the first time. E-mails don't download even though I can clearly see them on my PC. After a couple hours though, it fixes itself and my e-mails appear regularly, and at times, I get alerts to my phone even faster than I would on my computer.
Maybe give it a jump start by using your phone to compose, send, deleted, etc. Otherwise if it still isn't working, then it may be bugged and a hard reset may be in your future.

I can send emails without any problems. I have only had the phone just over a week and I am pretty sure that on day one it was working properly. I only noticed the issue a couple of days after the Nodo update- not sure if there is a relation or not.
I guess I will have to wait until i have a day off work before i can prepare for a hard reset. Being undiciplined i tend to leave client contact details in the form of text messages, rather than saving them to contacts.

I guess it is a timeout issue, ordinarily the email client asks the server if there are any messages- the server responds "sure about 10000", the email client says "sod that, I'm not cross referencing your list with the ones i am already aware of -I'm off".
With the addition of recent: it only asks for the emails received in the last week or two.
Hopefully the above will be of help to someone else in the near future
I just received this device from someone for my birthday as a hand me down. Tests halt and an error message displayed reads: "SunShine is behaving in an unusual way on your device. Please contact support and give them this number: XX.XX.XXX.XXX."
I realize that this sub-forum isn't frequented very often, but was wondering if anyone else here with the HTC ONE A9 has run into this issue and if so, how to resolve it. I contacted support on the live chat and made a support ticket when there was no response after some hours, I also followed up to the initial support ticket through e-mail this morning, but I have yet to receive a response.
