for some odd reason my ns4g is not letting my computers read it... i have two computers in the house and neither of them is reading my phone please i need a solution fast can somebody help me?

Then I would try setting it to 'ask on connect' you might try a different cable. Also, look at any changes you made. Either in apps downloaded, or settings.
So... i want to transfer files to my phone. But it's not detected.

Dont you have drivers already ?? You need them for the phone to be recognised by your PC.
Download them and see if that works.

Hi I have a problem with my Nexus 5 I made a new kernel on my Nexus 5 and now it is no longer somehow but my PC recognizes it as, LG android usb deviced "can anyone recommend a program or something where I it can lead to stock Rom so again?

Thank you, but my phone certainly does not start: (So I can not even bring to a Google image or menu for fast boat, so it does not turn on and the battery is unfortunately not empty (because I have been around for 1 days have the charger) so it does not turn on but my laptop tuht it as LG android device recognize .... anyone know a solution so I might bring my phone into recovery mode for, or is it hardware Broke?

Thank you, but this tool I've tried, and but it was not because I use my phone can not get into the fastboot mode or anywhere else out there, unfortunately, not even in terms, but it would actually yes still give a chance because my laptop gets that recognizes ...

Sounds like it could be an issue with EMMC (flash memory) failure. So it is a black screen, doesn't boot to anything, and can't load the correct drivers, even when manually loaded?

Which would seem to make sense, but I can't find any more info on it and the member who posted that hasn't responded to my requests for more info on this issue.
If you cannot get anything out of your device because of the flash memory you are out of luck and the only choice is to get a replacement.

Currently. It is possible to fix some phones that have messed up flash memory via a JTAG service. They have this for the N4. Hopefully it is just a matter of time before they figure out how to do the same for the N5.

This one solved it on every computer I used. Now I can even use fastboot over usb 3.0.

are your using the original cable from htc?
use usb 2.0 ports not 3.0(in case if you have usb 3.0 ports)

Yes I am using the HTC cable, a usb 2.0 slot and do have USB debugging enabled. All I get from windows is "unrecognized USB device"

then you have to solve the connectivity issue with w8
some of the threads provided in previous posts help a lot of users to solve it
search in xda if you find anything else

edit: have you installed htc sync in your pc?

So, my question is:
in recovery i can use adb as i want, in fact i pulled the build.prop and edit by notepad, but when i turn on my phone i shoul accept the usb debug authorization. there's a way to edit the authorization file and manually insert my pc? thanks

edit: i've just saw your post, i already have a recovery wich supports adb, but i need to actually use the phone from the pc, i have to check if the phone, sim card, audio, bluetooth, etc.. are working, that's why i want to use my phone from my pc

You cant manually do it from what im aware, you might have to talk to a developer who knows more about your phone.
Otherwise, restart and try again.

i've already looked on that link, unfortunally it doesn't work, as i say i know what's the problem, i have to click "authotize" on my phone, but as i said the touch and the screen are not working, so i have to manually edit some kind of file from recovery, using adb, where i have full access, but i don't know wich file, where i can ask for it? i don't know any dev forum :/ thanks!

You cant change any files on the phone. Its damn near impossible yo bypass. Unless you can find a Developer who knows the path. Sorry I couldnt help more.

Depends on your skill. You can for instance compile your own build of a ROM with those features unlocked.
