Is anyone else having trouble with Quick Boot working with Fresh Rom 2.0b? The App opens but pressing any of the options has no effect.
Yes, I press the different selections and nothing happens at all.
Have you gotten any other similar applications to work?

The author of the app says to wait 30 seconds before things like 'Reboot' will work, have you confirmed SU entries and waited 30?

I posted this in on the RegawMod thread as well, but I really need to get this fixed..
Anyway, so when I go to use the Wireless Tether for Root Users (using RegawMod's ROM), it force closes on me every time.. I can get into the app, but as soon as I start the tether, it force closes. I tried reinstalling it, but that doesn't seem to help. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
Thanks for the help, much appreciated!!
USB Debuggin on? Super User installed?

Yes, USB Debugging is on, Super User is installed and present in my app drawer, however, when I go to run that app, all I get is one line that says
10049:10049 0:0 /system/bin/sh

Is that right or should it be doing something else?
Oh, and when I click on that one line, it just disappears and the screen turns black. I can't do much on it, so I just hit home out to the home screen.
I would try to reflash the rom, sounds like SU is not working right. Either that or reinstall SU and see if that gets it. Maybe you could try this first:
go into settings > Applications find Super User and clear the data.
Then try to WiFI tether again.

I would personally wipe and reflash for the simple fact that you'd then be flashing onto a clean device...

It adds the ability to multi boot. Kind of like your computer being able to run windows and linux, this lets our phones run up to 5 different roms

I just gave it a shot -- I added all the stuff manually, but would get an error that it was unable to download the files. I ended up using a titanium backup to load the data and after that it would launch. However, when I tried installing a ROM, I would get an error that it was unable to create a new boot.img. I might try a different ROM to see if that works.
please let us know if it worked!
Hi there.
I have recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone, and i am having some problems with it.
While watching youtube videos, and also while doing anything else on the phone, the screen will freeze for around 2-3 seconds, then unfreeze again.
This happens roughly every 3 minutes roughly.
I have tried clearing the youtube cache
I have tried enabling developer mode and turning on 'Force GPU rendering'.
I have tried rooting my phone, and downloading an app called project butter, which you may have heard of.
None of these actions have fixed the stuttering, so i really need help to find a permanent fix, or at the least, a temporary fix.
If someone could please help me out with this, i'd greatly appreciate it.
Thank you

Why don't you try a factory reset? Or even a custom ROM for that matter since you've already rooted and lost warranty.

I may just have to do that. I have installed seeder and the system lag is still there, nothings changed unfortunately. I would of course need guidance as to a good rom to choose, or even how to install a custom rom

It's pretty easy.. Since you're already rooted, just flash a custom recovery, do a Nandroid, flash the ROM and Gapps through that after wiping. I can help you with it though PM if you want But if you like the stock Samsung ROM, try a do a factory reset before that Hit thanks if I helped

Whenever I try to install any theme from the theme store, the download finishes but once it starts installing, it hangs on 0% for 5 minutes and then stops and notifies "Failed to install content.(-999)"
Any ideas? I used to never have problems installing themes. I think it started after rooting.

I downloaded the Flashfire apk in hopes I'd be able to flash from my phone without recovery and every time I try going into the app, it instantly force closes. Has this happened to anyone else?
It's probably because your bootloader is unlocked.
Honestly though I haven't heard of this.
I'm assuming you have the latest version and that you are rooted correct?
Has it worked at all on your setup?
Have you tried factory resetting, installing, and trying?
Maybe this might help someone who is more capable of helping than I am.

There is one thing you might try. Delete the app. Go to your root folder data/data and delete the eu.chainfire.flash folder. Download and install the app again and see if it works.
