What phone do you have?
The HTC advantage for example has a VGA out...
...the HTC Touch for Verizon, AKA xv6900.
nop
when it's not mentioned in the wiki it's not supported
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Vogue
only touch pro support it as far as I know

It would be great if we could have something like this what I found in the StarTrek Forum

the difference between pro and standard lies mainly in touchscreen support. So we will never be able to satisfy it even if most of Pro stuffs do work on Standard devices such as Vox.

True, but with Fake Cursor it would be possible to get touch screen support on the Vox by using thhe D pad, and you don't need a dial pad as the keypad does that. if the StarTrek Forum can get it to work properly then it should in theory be possible to get it working on the Vox.

yeah, if fakecursor would get better like fastermovement and it would be smoother it would be great, i mean fake cursor moves a bit stiff and i would like to see it move more smoothly
SPHelper is a lot better than FakeCursor, FYI.

FYI, SPHelper "is a lot better" in Standart OS only, not in Professional. And its shareware.

If you are so stupid for googling it than please shut up. I getting really mad when people says the words which they are dont know.
The main difference between Standart and Professional is that Professional supports Pocket PC applications, which is the most valuablest for smarphone devices.

yes . quite possible , but the only thing is someone has to port (make) it so it specifically works on it .
Greetings,
Can anyone confirm if the AC T110/100 actually works for TV out or not. I've seen lots of conflicting theories in my thread searches, but nobody specified if they have actually tried this cable. (Sorry if I missed the post, I did look quite a bit)
Heres what I know:
I started by sending a helpdesk request to HTC support, but got no reply at all. According to AT&T's website:
(http://www.wireless.att.com/businesscenter/HTC-PURE/index.jsp) under the Features Tab it states:
"HTC ExtUSB™—11 pin mini USB 2.0, audio jack, and TV Out in one (HTC TV Out cable sold separately)"
******************
I figured I'd try to slap something together on my own, so I tried a few things.
Before I did anything, I enabled the tv out in the registry.
HKLM/software/HTC/TVOut/Function=1
I then tried to run the Nue Tv out app:
The .exe installer did not work. I found a slightly older cab that did install. The nue app requires you to use the audio dongle that comes with the phone and a "Ipod or camcorder" 1/8 to rca out plugged into the dongle's audio out. The pinout for Ipod and camcorder video is different so I couldn't imagine they would both work. After installing, I can confirm that neither works (at least with the only installable version). I have seen posts of people getting this working with the generic topaz running wm6.1, so I'm at a bit of a loss. My next step was to buy one of the official cables, but I'm wondering if anyone's tried this yet.
Thanks in advance if anyone has any insight into this.

I am not sure it is supported, it seems AT&T being the world class customer oriented institution they are just badly copied the HTC "Fuze" specs (http://www.wireless.att.com/businesscenter/HTC-FUZE/index.jsp) and added/removed this and that.
From what I understand, the regkey *IS* there, but this is simply because Windows Mobile 6.x supports TV out, and is even on other phones.
The hardware on the "Pure" / Topaz does not support TV-Out as the Graphics card in the phone is a different release to the "Fuze" / HD / Pro phones.

Thanks Pneuma, makes sense, I didn't do much homework on the hardware itself, just assumed it'd be the same chipset.
