Who knows of a good AutoCAD DWG app for PocketPC? Yesterday I installed on an HTC HD2 the following program: pocket_pc_cad_viewer (http://www.cadsofttools.com/en/products/pocket_pc_cad_viewer.html)
It works fine, but the buttons on the screen are VERY small, and with finger control it's not easy.
Furthermore I found this oneowercad CE (http://www.graebert.com/index.php?option=com_cad&Itemid=52&id=Mobile&lang=en)
But it's very expensive.
Does anyone know a good alternative? Or a possibility to enlarge the buttons of the first app? That would also be welcome.
Thanks!
Moved as not software release.
ok, thanks. Sorry for my mistake.
I've also been looking for something like this, but I couldn't find other free alternatives.
did you tried the free "DWF Anywhere" from Gräbert?
Autodesk do not offer any mobile solution.
no, haven't tried that one. Does it also view DWG, and or Solidworks drawings?

I second that. I've been looking everywhere. But I can't find anything that intuitive. Has anyone found any program like that?
The only thing is the Picsel Browser. But the problem with that is you can't view all the files in a folder and go to the next picture easily. But you can zoom in and move around like iPhone.
Please anyone knows one let us know.
i heard resco is the only program close enough
It is an other option I guess
and freeware
http://www.pocketpcfreeware.com/fr/index.php?soft=368
and this one too
http://www.pocketpcfreeware.com/fr/index.php?soft=877
i dont know of any picture viewer that scales and zooms like the iphone with two fingers, but i use xnview, its free, opens other picture files resco cant, etc etc.
I've been looking through this forum and google, but still haven't found anything alike...
Is there anyone that's been able to develope something like it?
Thanks!
google something call iZoom , its not available yet, but would be a nice substitute
Doesn't HTC Album work a bit like the iPhone thing? I've never tried it because it won't run on my 9502, but apparently it works on a lot of devices and its freeware. You push the image to the side for the next image, and draw a circle around a bit to zoom in and stuff. Looks really cool. Wish it ran on my device

try VITO EyePhoto.
I like it very much and it's intention is clearly to bring iPhone usage principles to WM.
yes htc album is simple and efficient. easy to use.
but you should search better and sometimes look in the dev & hack section of xda and you could find this :

the LE version of VSpainter, never tried it myself, but it's totally free so give it a shot. I think the version that's called only "VSpainter" is paid, bu this is free.

Is there a cab version of this software? Im looking for a paint program for my touch HD...
a very nice software, Photogenics, is, for me I feel the best, and, for example, VS painter v1.85, is not very good to my taste, no layers, I like also the Conduit Pocket V3.3, but, trouble with the software when installing on a special rom..for example, and I do not have a clue, running under WM 6.1 I constantly when drawing receiving connective lines I do not really asked for....and, because of that software Artist Pocket3.3, I stayed with the UK, R3AA010, but, now, even if I can't use that software anymore, just switched to Rom, PCTec4U rom, with Xperia, and, yes that rom is working like an almost dream...thanks for it.....truly....
I do not know, seems we do have also an Paint i...For example, for the Iphone, one maust be excellent, but, there, we need a converter and I am not familiar with converters yet...
good luck, because I am still looking for a very good one like say a Gimp for mobile phone, even a Twistedbrush would be so nice

If you dont mind paying, HiCalc is the best calculator i have ever used. It even draws out the calculation like you would see it in a book or on paper. It does everything.
Oops, sorry.
Just google'd Calc98:
You could try:

I confirm. HiCalc is an incredible piece of software, but it isn't free
HiCalc crashes when you try to quit the application on the Touch Pro. Emailed them and no support, making me regret buying this thing.
This is the one I use for several years now, and I've seen nothing to substitute it with.
It isn't for free though............

Works like a charm on my Touchpro
Try to install the Vspainter 1.75
but it can not work in my Touch Pro...
Have you tried Pocket Artist?
photogenics is good

Here is a freebie that works well-
Mobile sketcher- it is by Chris Craft at http://www.cjcraft.com/blog
It allows you to import pictures, draw over them and then save them as bitmaps.
He has many other apps such as a gps compass
You WILL need to update your phone's .net framework for this to work- not such a chore
http://www.microsoft.com/Downloads/...49-3C6B-42F1-9FD9-0041345B3385&displaylang=en
For a list of his other progs follow the link

If all you want to do is make and store basic sketches, then you can use the NOTES app that came with your phone, in DRAW mode.
For some reason, I can't use my keyboard to input any data through My Mobiler, nor can I use the copy/paste feature. My keyboard only works on the home screen for dialling numbers!?
So basically, is there another way to connect to my Vox (6.1) using my PC?
Is there a VNC server for the phone?
Shame My Mobiler doesn't work. It's great to use, but keyboard input is my main concern.
A program called True connect works perfectly but it's ugly and costs £15!!
Thanks
I'm having the same issue as well on a HTC S620... Seems to not work on keyboard input

Could you add Celio Redfly Desktop Mobile Viewer Beta to your comparison list, please? I don't know if it is worthwhile but as you are a pro in this field and pride yourself in doing this sort of testing, if only for the sake of thoroughness ... it would satiate my curiosity.
Thanks,
Wovens

Started testing it. So far, looks VERY cool.
I'm having a problem with the mute, I manually muted my phone (on the touch pad) and later I un-muted it with the mouse by clicking on the my mobiler display and now my phone is stuck with the speaker off, if I answer a call I can't hear anything (but they can hear me). Any suggestions on how to fix this? I really need help.
