Erasing , Please wait ... after battery out - JAM, MDA Compact, S100 Software Upgrading

Doing all Cotullas ROMs "Erasing , Please wait..." after I get the battery out for longer ?? Every time I must install all Themes, Ringtones again...
What you are doing , a Backup every Day ??
Some Programs dont running from SD Card.
Thanks

You have to replace your backup battery, even they are long lasting, they die after some time. The backup battery holds the ram (magician does not have flash for storing data). I have disassembled mine magician to find out what battery it is - in mine it is Varta v18hrt. I have already ordered a replacement one (V20HR, also called 55902, V11R, V15H and V18HRT)
Maybe this is the solution to threads like i-mate jam automatically reset every time etc etc.

Ahh, that is the Answer, no Flash but RAM ! I understand ... . Thanks !
It means , that the Start Message only checks and cleans the RAM, which is already without Data ?

hey man i have a solution but it needs expert in hardware
all what you need is to diconnect the sensor of the backup battery[must open the device by hardware expert] and when the main battery will end the mobile will be off but witout loosig data as backup battery still full but un readad
[do it at your resposibility you will not loose any thing ]

Oh man, you are so wrong. It is not the sensor of the backup battery charge, but the battery itself. As i sad, the battery holds the magicians memory, thus, when there is no backup battery, it will reset (erase the mem) only few miliseconds after you pull out the main battery.

I think there is a switch , which is actuated by the battery cover. If u take out the battery cover, the Backup battery holds the RAM and u can take out the Main Battery. U have 30 Minutes maximal then the Backup Battery is emty says my User Manual...

At last some1 read the manual...

haha, yes!

Thanks,
New Backup Battery, and I can put my Sim Card out and in , and all Data stays in...
Now lets work with this PDA !

I´m waiting for my new backup battery now... It should arrive in a week... Let the modding begin!
Ps.:
Maybe this is the solution to "Help! I-mate Jam automatically reset"..

Maybe , the Problem is , that the Backup battery will indicate as 100% !
You checks its damage not bevor you remove your Main Battery !
Is only an Voltage Indicator not the real Capacity.
I will replace it every 2 Years to be sure.(so long as i have this magician)

i have i mate jam and its makes hard reset when the battery is of is there any prog i can use for that ...plz any one help me

@MOM_MAXP
Can you please read whole topic once again?

Memory Drain, Tmail.exe and SD

Just posting my experiences with my Wizard, but before that, my uasge pattern is as follows,
Outlook Push Email:- about 150 - 180 messages a day
Windows Live:- about 20 a day
Text Messages:- about 80 a day
Phone usage:- apporx 2 hrs talktime
No other net usage
Battery lasts for about 5 - 6 hrs
Memory lasts for 8-10 hrs!!
Now for my experiences,
1) Every time I get receive or send a message, I lose program memory. any message of the 3 types mentioned above. I've seen this in all the ROMs that i've used and its been quite a few now.
2) Memory drain is exponentially quicker if I have my SD card in the phone. I've started removing it and keeping it seperately
3) Some memory can be recovered through FreeUp Ram (SKTools) or Oxios Memory, but the amount available keeps on reducing with time
The link between tmail and memory drain is the most obvious to me 'cos i can actually see it happening. Every time I get a message, or send one, the program memory available after i complete the task, including closing tmail, is less than what was available before. I use BatteryStatus to keep track, but have seen the same thing without BS as well, using SPB Pocket Plus.
I have to reset every day, towards the end of the day, or the phone starts behaving like a dog. Its like "press a button, wait a weekend, and then move forward... :-/
I'm probably just looking for some input on whether this is a problem that others face as well, and if yes, what solutions / work arounds exist to tackle it.
Thanks
--sry wrong idea--
just thought about sd power management trick ,but if tmail is using card, its nonsense idea to try..
memory leak isn't clear for me, though..
could you please tell me why?
What rom/radio are you running? Your sig says Orwell and 2.69, are those still accurate?
yes, that accurate. IPL & SPL are 3.08... also, tmail isnt using SD... i dont keep the card in the phone anymore...
try a newer rom and try lowering your radio to 2.19. I would try the rom first and then the radio.
I had terrible battery life on orwells, but after upgrading to a newer WM6 rom the battery life became much better.
If the rom doesn't help enough, try changing your radio.
Interesting...
Yes, if you can, check to see if a rom change helps with your memory leak. You use your phone a lot more than I do, but I have noticed a small memory leak in every rom I've tried. Maybe you've put your finger on it!
Anyway, you could also install BatteryStatus and report the idle cpu usage. Your custom extended rom could be contributing to your poor battery life.
Regards,
idle CPU usage is between 3 - 7%... battery drain at idle goes down to 70mA... thats without windows live, but with outlook push mail... also have a problem with battery status as it doesnt update dynamically... just stays with one reading till another program or task is launched or it decides that its time to refresh... refresh time is 5 secs, but it seldom is... cpu usage gets updated every 5 secs though... i'm gonna try moving to the Tmobile 2.26 and then to Faria's kitchen rom... will be done in a couple of hrs, but will need a working day to test the results...
i'm still more concerned about the memory, though... battery, i can handle... have an extended battery on the way which is rated for 2400 mA... should last a day, im hoping... but i do really dislike restarting the phone every day...
thanks a million for the interest... im sure there's light at the end of this tunnel as well, now that there are a few members interested...
cheers...

Turn off bluetooth, beam, wifi, data connections
Ensure your phone hasn't got automatic updates activated for anything, i.e. weather/stock/emails etc etc especially if set to update every 30 mins etc
Also in wifi settings, ensure wifi is set to 'best battery'
You could also dim screen slightly either permanently or after a period of time if not used.
Also check if any apps installed are working in background eating up battery
Simple things like these should help.
Good hints so far ...

Nice link, reading over this myself to see if I can improve my own
TY guys, but I have already did all of those hints to my phone, don't you think it could possibly be my SPB Shell 3.5.3 ? :S
Here's what I do to find out my Battery Life Time:
- Flash ROM or Hardreset
- do not install any App or activate automatic Updates for at least 2 - 3 days (at least 3 x Full charging Processes) to find out the Battery Time on the naked ROM
- do a little Log (how many calls ... how many SMS ... high usage over the day ... low usage over the day)
- after these first days activate only things inside the ROM (eMail ... WiFi ... Weather ... what ever your ROM delivers) => still don't install anything new on your device (again for at least 3 x Full charging Processes)
- write your findings down
- Install Apps ... but ... only one at the same time
- monitor the behavior of your Batt
- You can also use Tools like BatTest or BattLog to get "better" (measurable) results
That way I found some Taskbar Modification and other Tools to be Battery eater (nice Icons but short BattLifeTime)
Good look
fwt
battery log says: 71% (dunno about what), 3,912v, 3,4ºC and 280ma; is this good for my phone? :S
Questions:
1: what is a ROM?
2: what means flashing it and what could it fix? :|
please, help me >.<, I got out from my home today, leaving the phone with 100% battery life, but when I came back (5 hours later) it was 70%.

Battery Drain in HTC touch pro after flashing with Energy ROM

HI Friends,
Can anyone suggest what needs to be done as my HTC touch pro is unable to give atleast 1 day battery backup after flashing with Energy ROM.
Can listen to music nor brwose internet for long time.literally gives me half day batter backup. But before it used to give atleast 2 days.
Solution plZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
Suggest a good ROM with good battery backup along with Energy kind of GUI.
What happend to you is that the rillphone version embended in the latest Energy ROM is not working proply with the radio ROM u have installed.
The solution is to install the appropiate rillphone for your radio ROM.
Search the forum for the rillphone and radio threads

Reading goes a long way. But maybe I'm being a bit too presumptuous.
Did you by any chance actually take the time to read this section under post #6?:
BATTERY SAVING TIPS
The first few days
• There is nothing special about this ROM to make it use more power than other ROMs except that it is tweaked for performance over battery life. After things have settled down, you should get a couple of days usage out of a charge.
• Immediately after flashing, you will probably observe very poor battery performance. This is due to the charging circuit having to reset itself.
• The battery meter will not settle down and give accurate readings for a few battery cycles. Give it a few days.
• For the first few battery charging cycles, try to charge to 100% with phone off and then allow battery to drain down quite a bit before recharging. This is so the meter will calculate drain well.
Recommendations
• Make sure you followed all of the flashing instructions to the letter. Especially the part about the hard reset.
• Backlight is set to high. You might want to change that.
• 3G is on by default. Recommendation is to turn it off when you are not surfing the internet.
• Don't drain your batery all the way down until it dies. Not good for these types of batteries.
• The GPS sucks the battery dry. If you want to keep track of yourself, consider something like GPSToday that only wakes up the GPS once in a while.
• Maybe you don't really need aGPS enabled. Disable and check GPS lock times and battery drain.
• Applications that run from the storage card consume more power so install oft-used or background-type applications to main memory.
Troubleshooting
• If your radio does not match your rilphone.dll you can get crazy bad battery drainage. Use the recommended radio or spend some time working out a good combination for your phone/carrier/location/usage.
• Check to see that some application is not still running in the background. Check, do not assume. USe the full Task Manager application.
• Check to see if the screen is still on when you expect it to be off. Soft reset can fix that issue.
• Some radios work better with some carriers and locations. Asking everyone to tell you what radio to use may not give you the best answer. Be specific about your situation.
• More stuff you should see HERE
If you have tried all the above and still can't get over a day with moderate use, you may actually have a bad battery. Try getting a new one that is made by another manufacturer.
Friends,
My phone is unlocked
Please suggest if i can change the radio to latest one like this(BlackStone_Radio_1.17.25.09).the ROM that is there 1.13.25.24 is from april 2009.

can it be draining out the bat??

unless you bought olipro's cid unlocker, what you basically did is "unlocking" your hardspl, which is NOT what you're talking about
you basically can't flash radios of other devices in your touch pro, unless, ofcourse, you buy olipro's cid unlocker. But that doesn't really prevents the risk of bricking your phone.
Battery saving tips fine tweaked.
Use advanced config located in the tools folder of the latest energyrom...set all power management options to enabled, in the performance section file system filter should be set to 4096, system canche size to auto, file system cache enabled. Try to install programs that are used frequently to the internal memory storage rather than storage card. don't use 3g if you are not surfing. Backlight should be set to auto. After you flash any rom make sure you cycle your battery 3-5 full charge cycles before you deem it having poor battery draining.
As for radio to be safe from battery drain use same radio and rilphone.
I personally use which yields great performance and good battery
rilphone 1.14.25.35
raido 1.17.25.09
I live in chicago USA
Oh yeah...stay with energy

I have flashed My pro with Radio V.1.14.25.35 with the same rilphone. Will also try the advance config and test it for a while.
The battery problem is related to the 2.0 cookie which is still in Beta. There is a patch released which used to help a little bit, but in the last 21683 build it doesn't do much.
If you want your battery to last as before, install the ROM version without 2.0Cookie. There you will get a stable CHT v.1.8.5 and the battery will perform again as it should.

Don't waste your time fiddling with the caches. Any improvements observed are just placebos. The cache settings all have to be made in the boot.rgu of the rom prior to cooking the device. Also, cachesize (which is the tweak that advanced config tries to set) is an obsolete registry key that does nothing in WM5 and later. You can only successfully change the cache sizes post cooking and flashing with WM2003 devices.
Actually it is just the energy rom, I went from tael to energy and my battery life went to less then a day on standby. Went back to tael and the issue was gone. No it's not the radio because I always install .35 radio&ril after all new rom flashes (as well as the fact I use task29). If it was the charging circuit I'd have similar battery life with tael after I flashed it back from energy. But as it sits I can go quite sometime on standby (week?) with tael right after a flash. I can understand having less battery life but less than 24 hours on standby is certainly the rom itself. That's without 3G on since for whatever reason I can't get 3G on any phone that's not an iPhone.
Rom versions I used:
Energy.RAPHAEL.21916.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0.GTX.Nov.03
TAEL Sept17
TAEL rom is good..along with it i would prefer any other stable rom with good gui and battery backup...

[Q] isn't the SD cause of the battery drain ?

hello,
while android is running there is heavy read/write-traffic on the SD-card.
It's not only, that it's booted from SD - it also writes logs etc. to SD-card all the time.
so writing to a sd-card uses a lot of battery-power as we all know.
I think this might be the cause of our bad battery-lifes.
can't we install to internal storage instead? it does not need to be NAND, just moving the .img files to internal storage.
plus we should minimize writings like logs etc. - is that possible ?
The main cause of battery drain on RAPH/DIAM is panel collapse.
The panel drains a ton of power, and on RAPH/DIAM we haven't figured out how to take it out of collapse... so we can collapse it and save a ton of battery power, but we can't wake it back up... so it's left on all the time.
We can't install to internal storage, that will not work. Nice try tho...
Sorry, but what exactly do you mean by "panel collapse"? I observed that the battery charges quicker in Android ROM than in WM and the discharging process is likewise.

Panel collapse = the panel on the phone (the display...) is not being shutdown when in sleep. So it's still sucking power even when the phone is sleeping...
Charging/discharging isn't accurate in Android.
you're right. i heard of this panel problem before. surely a big battery eater!
is this only on RAPH/DIAM ?
but anyway let's talk about the SD also: i wonder why it'S not possible to put the .img to the internal storage at least. isn't it also a fat-filesystem ? why is it not possible to mount this and use this ? can you please explain ?
i think using this flash might not need as many battery as external SD cards.
thank you.
I've read,i don't remember where that wm's nand isn't fat32/16
It's something else
And system is about 100 mb,data is 256(you can resize it,but you won't be able to use a lot of apps)
So in diamond is undoable..

I don't know if it's a driver for the panel or what, but basically there is no code in the kernel to collapse the panel when you turn off the screen. It simply sets the brightness to 0 and turns off the backlight on the panel - so it *appears* to be off, when in fact it's still draining power.
Need a kernel dev with a RAPH and a lot of free time... .
Y'all need to peek over to the Kaiser forum for a look-see...
ANY info pertaining to porting android through Haret is there, including patches and battery info.
There has to be something wrong with the Raphael build because with a standard 1350mAh battery I get a full days use and have some left over for whatever I need. Mind you, my day starts at 4AM EST and usually ends around 10PM, giving me a full 18 hours of use, and with the newest kernel there's no lock-ups or data corruption (NAND installs the /data partition internally and the /cache partition used to be part of that).
Just a thought...

Do they have the same panel...? I don't think so.
I'm really not joking about what I said earlier. That's really the cause of probably 70% the drain... the backlight is turned off and the brightness set to 0, but the panel itself is still drawing power. Obviously there's other things that drain power, but that one is a constant suckor that you cannot avoid (lest you fix the issue in the kernel - which again, if you can please do. Patches welcome!)

You act like you've paid some developers hundreds of thousands of dollars with official documentation and they have failed you miserably.
If it bothers you that much, the project we run at XDAndroid is completely open source - the main problem is there's no official hardware documentation on these devices - HTC doesn't release stuff like that, neither does Qualcomm.
SD is not cause of battery drain.

Need Help About Weird Battery Drain Issue

I just unlocked my phone by 'interop unlock method' and loaded a few homebrew apps on my samsung omnia w.
now ever since i've done that i'm getting wierd battery life.
battery life finishes very quickly and sometimes just switches off when i reach around the 20% mark directly going to zero.sometimes from full 70% available i becomes 10% within seconds. i am suspecting the battery status homebrew app and have also uninstalled it without any solution to my problem
anyway to fix this without having to reset my phone???
Battery: making it last
There's a lot you can do to make the battery in your Windows Phone last longer between charges. The easiest way is to use Battery Saver. You can set it so that it'll turn on any time your battery gets too low, or if you know in advance that you're going to need to make every bit count, you can turn it on to make sure your battery lasts as long as possible.
When you turn on Battery Saver, your phone automatically turns off some of the features on your phone that use battery in the background. So when Battery Saver is on, your phone will no longer:
Automatically receive emails or calendar updates – You can still sync your email manually whenever you want. To learn more, see Synchronising your email.
Update some Live Tiles – The technical explanation is that if a Tile uses something called push notification to get its updates, it'll stop receiving those updates in Battery Saver mode. But the upshot is that when Battery Saver is on, some of your Tiles won't be updated.
Allow apps to run in the background – You'll only be able to use an app if it's open.
You can still make and receive phone calls and text messages, and browse the Internet.
We've also put together some battery-saving tips to help you get started. The key is finding the balance between getting the most out of your phone while getting the battery life you need.
To turn on Battery Saver
On Start, flick left to the App list, tap Settings Settings icon, then tap Battery saver.
Do one or both of the following:
If you want Battery Saver to turn on whenever the battery gets to 20%, select Always turn on Battery Saver when battery is low.
If you want to turn on Battery Saver now and leave it on until the next time you plug in your phone, select Turn on Battery Saver now, until the next charge.
When Battery Saver is on, the battery icon looks like this: Battery Saver icon
Note
When Battery Saver is on, you won't be able to change the settings for features that are disabled (like email, for example). To change a setting, go to Settings > Battery Saver and clear all of the checkboxes. You can turn it on again when you've finished.
Here are some more tips to help make your battery last.
Reduce the time before the screen turns off
Set a shorter Screen time-out duration and set your phone to lock. This helps save battery power and also prevents your phone from turning on by accident when you put it away. For more info, see Lock screen FAQ.
Lower the brightness setting
On Start, flick left to the App list and tap Settings Settings icon. Tap Brightness, turn off Automatically adjust, then select the Level that you want to use instead.
Use a dark background theme
On Start, flick left to the App list and tap Settings Settings icon. Tap Theme, tap Background, then tap Dark.
Sync music and pictures on your computer
When you're on your computer, connect your phone and sync your favourite music and pictures to it using the Zune software. To learn more, see Synchronising music, pictures and videos . You can then enjoy your favourite pictures and songs on your phone, even if you're in an area with poor reception.
Of course there's a lot of music out there that might not be in your collection, and streaming lets you enjoy new stuff while you're on the go. But if your battery is running low or you can't get to a computer or a power source, avoid streaming music for long periods of time because it uses more power. If you listen to your playlists with the screen turned off, make sure that the current playlist doesn't include streaming items. And if you're not a Zune Music Pass subscriber, you can turn off Connect with Zune in the Music + videos settings.
Turn off connections you're not using
When Bluetooth is turned on, your phone checks continuously for available accessories. So if you're not using a Bluetooth accessory, you can turn Bluetooth off. For more info, see Pairing your phone with a Bluetooth accessory.
Also, if you listen to music or talk on the phone for hours, try using headphones instead of a Bluetooth device. And if you are using a Bluetooth accessory or the speaker in a call, press the Power Power icon button to turn the screen off. To learn more, see Making and receiving phone calls.
Not using games at the moment? Then you can turn off the Connect to Xbox LIVE setting in the Games settings.
Sync emails and contacts selectively
To make your battery last a little longer, try one or more of these sync-related tips:
Change the sync settings for your email accounts to a longer interval, especially for secondary accounts that you don't need to check as often. You can change the sync setting on a per-account basis. (On Start, flick left to the App list, tap Settings Settings icon, then tap Email & accounts. Tap the account that you want to change the sync settings for, tap Download new content, choose a longer interval, then tap Done Done icon.)
If you don't use any Windows Live services and don't have an email account hosted by Microsoft, such as a Hotmail account, go into the Windows Live account settings and change the default sync setting to Manually.
Choose which contacts are synchronised to your phone. If your email account doesn't include any contacts that you want to keep on your phone, you can choose to not have them synchronised to your phone. You can also keep your Facebook contacts separate from your other contacts too, which should help reduce the total number of contacts synchronised to your phone. For more info, see Social networking on your phone FAQ.
Be aware that each time you visit What's New for People and Pictures, your phone uses extra power to sync and update.
Picture-taking tips
When you've finished taking a picture, press the Back Back hardware button button to exit the camera viewfinder. (You can also press the Power Power icon button to put your phone to sleep.) When the viewfinder is active, the screen stays on longer.
Also, when it's time to upload pictures, only upload the ones you want to keep and skip the ones that aren't so great. This saves power, and saves you time later when you want to sort your pics at your computer.
Warning
Do not remove or replace the battery when the phone is turned on. If you have a spare battery, turn off your phone, then replace the battery in your phone with the spare. This helps ensure that your data is saved properly. To turn off your phone, press and hold the Power Power icon button for three seconds until the goodbye message appears and the screen goes dark.
i know about these tips. but i have never followed them. phone functionality becomes limited.

This is why every developer insists on backing up ur device before unlocking or using any of their apps..
Even I was getting around a full day of battery backup time on browsing for half an hour, playing xblive games for half an hour, music for half an hour, calling on 3G for half an hour a day when my omnia w was new..now i get some 15hours..
Anyway most probable cause may be u have left the bluetooth turned on unnecessarily..or may be too many background apps are running..if this is the cause, goto settings, flick left/right, goto background tasks and turn off all unnecessary apps running in the background..and dont forget to turnoff bluetooth after usage..And dont overcharge ur battery, stop charging after it reaches 90-92%..

I experienced a big decrease in battery life when using a certain custom ROM, a different ROM was a little better, but I returned to stock, which was quite normal again

I have reseted my phone twice from Settings>about Phone.
i have already looked at the background settings and turned all of them off. i even turned it off in heathcliff's root tool(used interop unlock).
bluetooth was never on in the settings menu (though the option for "audio via bluetooth was toggled on in wp7root tools". but i assume it doesnt keep the bluetooth on)
-What happens is my battery shows a charge of @ 50-60% few hrs after removing from charger and then suddenly the sound for low battery plays and it "goodbyes". and doesn't turn on again. it directly goes to 1% charge and turns off!!!
-yesterday when i rebooted my phone: at the moment i switched off my phone it had 80% charge, but when i booted back on it became 1% and turned off by itself !!
something is messed up
what should i do?
EDIT: going to hard reset using *2767*3855#
after first reset
all i did was use custom accent colour after heathcliff unlock in his tool itself.
still the problem persisted
quite a few tweaks like audio via bluetooth and 3g toggle, etc don't work at all in the wp7root tools for me. they get resetted back whenever i change them and reopen the app

Just take a look at the battery terminals..i think ur battery is out..just check if any of ur frnds have a samsung exhibit 4g/exhibit 2/focus flash/transform ultra/conquer 4g..their battery fits perfectly into ur phone..just to check if culprit is the battery..if inserting their battery solves the problem, ditch ur battery and get a new one..on ebay u can get a 2500mah battery for 10USD instead of samsung's 1500mah one..As far as windows phone devices are concerned, that to 2nd gen samsung devices a hard reset(from settings>about) should solve problems like freezing on app launch, not connecting to marketplace AT ALL, etc.

none of my friends here have those phones . i live in india and am currently looking for the 2500 mah one. it looks cooool. hope new battery solves the problems.
Any other way i can test the faulty battery??
the link you gave don't ship here in india
- The phone doesn't seem to be reading my battery properly. are you sure its not a registry issue? Because sometimes it turns off at 50% charge but when i plug the charger it says 50% remaining. the battery is just being read wrong. is this because i unlocked my phone?
EDIT: Did a research and have noticed that my battery has swollen and http://www.jesoba.com/2013/02/all-you-need-to-know-about-cell-phone.html this guy has same problem as me.

if the seller saysit fits into omnia w, it should fit..and if it doesnt, u can file a complaint against the seller on ebay..theyll resolve ur issues..all third party batteries dont last as long as ur samsung original battery..what i mean is samsung promises around 800 recharge cycles for omnia w's batteries..these 'made in china' batteries last for around 400 or 500 max but they offer better backup time per charge cuz, u know, capacity is more:1500mah vs 2200mah..the life of the battery is not as much as the samsung's battery, i mean the no. of recharge cycles..hope this helps..

I'm 100% sure that wave 2's battery wouldn't fit into Omnia w..
And neither do I think putting your battery in freezer solves the problem..oh is ur battery swollen??one of the reason is overnight overcharging..my old phone has a swollen battery bcoz I used to overcharge it..stop overcharging and ur problems easily come down..in this situation, if I were u, I would have got the battery which u posted the link for..

I'm going to buy that one but I don't trust the seller yet. I'm looking for alternatives. I'm in touch with the seller and I am currently corresponding with him. this is the last correspondence with him
"sir. for electronics.. I generally don't accept returns because I don't see how the product was handled after the purchase. some ppl ask for returns after they have mishandled the product. hence I cannot take returns .sorry. but if you receive a dead product then certainly you can send it back.
also please note there will not be any product packaging for this just a polythene bag to avoid any damage during transit.
- ugesh_mathew"
What kind of seller sends it "in a polythene bag" without packing "to avoid damage".

Many sellers send such third party items which are small in volume in a polythene bags..that is tragic..but u can't help..according to my experience, a nice thick polythene bag is enough to support the battery against simple damages like scratches..leave alone battery..i had got a screen protector in a polythene bag..which is really heartbreaking..so cheer up and pray god ur battery won't get mishandled..

thank you very much
EDIT:
New Battery Has solved my problems.
Now the back panel of omnia w being metallic just over the area of the battery causes my battery to be overly heated.
can anyone give any tips as to reduce heating coz of the metallic plate?? i've started to charge my battery after removing my back panel from now on. any way to prevent heating because of using 3g?? (can't remove back panel while using the phone of course )
