We all know that a lot of taskbars breaks compatibility with the Green HTC Volume slider (Used in music player, youtube etc.)... Does anyone have the Green HTC Volume slider as a installable cab? Im NOT!!!! talking about the volume control for ring ring/system sounds

How about a cab for the audio manager, instead of the media player.
I am using Conduits Pocket Player, it places controls on your Today screen, allows smooth scrolling, music over bluetooth and all sorts of other cool features. Prefer it to WMP any day.

only thing is the buttons are too small on my treo 800w.

That would be awesome!
agreed and maybe something that would let you change the volume in a way the movie doesnt get paused. something like the music tab or youtube way of changing volume with the buttons.

There are two things you can do about changing the volume:
1. Open Menu -> Tools -> Settings and put a checkmark into the box next to "Play movie in background" on the "Player" page, which usually comes up first anyway. Now you can change the volume with the default WM dialog or HTC volume dialog without pausing the video.
2. You can try this: Edit the registry as instructed here or install the cab I created here. This will enable the small volume overlay in CorePlayer!

Does anyone know of a mod or app that can add a volume slider when viewing a youtube video.
I know I can press the volume keys on the side of my phone, but it would make the youtube experience a lot more natural.

i'm on gb,vurrut kpu v2 custom rom. a feature that i like on ics and on jb, is the possibility to change tracks, holding volume buttons... there is any app that make this feature on gb?
i'd like also moving in the text wirb volume buttons...solutions?

Not that I really know of.. but the feature is available with Google Play Music and PowerAmp. Try 'em.
Player also supports this. I am using.
