Hi All!
Bored I couldn't find any replacement for the battery icon compatible with 6.5...I've created mine after some hours of work!!!
I have to thank the work of EvilPati which has put me in the right direction!
Attached the cab that will only replace the battery icon and leave as standard all the other icons....I've used the battery icon from the Misfortune Taskbar!

Yoshi! you been holding out on me? Thats nice! I'm so indecisive Think Ill go with this one as its darker. Been trying to skin my hd2 as close to the Matrix as I can (goes with the long leather coat )
& Finezt: Its simple
Run windows mobile center (or activsync if your on xp or older)
Copy across the cab file prfrebly to your mem crd.
Run from phone and install...
Soft reset and your done!

I have my HD2 sind last Friday, 8 Days. I have changed some things, that i didn´t like.
- Another Battery Icon
- Vista Startmenu
- More than only 1 calender appointment on homescreen
- changing many icons
- installing Home Tap Manila MOD
- another clock
- glass slider and weather
- new audio and video players
and many other small things that make my HD2 better for me.
All in all, nothing unusual

Do you have the Vista Taskbar installed? Then the Task4.cab for the new Battery. Reset and it works.
Hi.
I just have the latest rom from HTC and put the "task_4.cab" file in the program map on the phone memory. Installed it and did a softreset after. Worked like a charm for me

None of those work for me. The Artemis one somehow worked, however the battery looked still like original, but with smoother edges, and also the "H"-icon for fast 3G. Weird

It woull be awesome, but it would need some work on milestone frameworks too.Already a user tried it on milestone but the icon place was blank.

I changed the icons and the xml files that come with the .zip file (stat_sys_battery.xml, stat_sys_battery_charge.xml) and then i had no icon in status bar....
Would be easy by simply edit the framework-res.apk. But the problem is the Milestone display the battery stat only 10% by 10% ...

So if anyone manage to import this wonderful mod to milestone it will be perfect....
The rom I am currently running (Telus light and fast V3, available here in this same forum) displays the battery percentage in the status bar. It is nice to see percentage (by tens except last few steps - by fives), but battery icon needs some more work design wise (IMO). Maybe it is just a matter of replacing the graphics?
If you read the link in my first post you will see that in that link the battery circle is every 1%.
All the roms now have every 10%...
But i am asking if it's possible to have circle battery every 1% to our Milestones...
So you don't have to change ONLY the graphics.... but also some .xml files in framework-res.apk.
But i don't know which and how....

I thought you want circle battery icon that shows percentage. I don't think it is as simple as framework and XML change to have 1% increments. You need new battery driver. And for this you need new kernel. And, you guessed, for this you need cracked boot loader Good luck!

The only thing I can see is the vibrate lockscreen tab doesn't show (it's invisible). That's pretty much it. By rough, I meant it was a quick port. There isn't anything really wrong with it.
So apparently, this has been downloaded about 20 times. I'm guessing there are no issues?
The battery icon on the status bar is displaying the wrong percentage.

Please elaborate; mine seems fine. I haven't found 10% icons for this battery type so we're stuck with 20% for now.

If you have the images, I can do it for you. Recompiling this framework is kind of a long process since the .9.png files are broken.

Sorry about that. It seems to only display 80%. I charge my phone up all the way and it says that I have 80% battery life on the status bar. I it has to to with the 20% icons now that you mention it.
OP is updated and now has 10% battery meter.
Sorry it took so long; I had to redo the images from scrap. Thank God for the UOT battery kitchen.

Yeah, it always SEEMS like other Roms (read: cyanogen) have better themes than we do.
Frist of all great theme man. Honeycomb touch looks great.
I came across few small problem nothing big but text on the buttons seems a little overflowing e.g., "send" on send button next to keyboard on gtalk or any button text in linpack or titanium backup. Buttons are little disproportionate to the text. See if you can do something about that.
Two more thing: popup buttons (the round ones with down arrowhead on them) they looks a little choppy specially on white backgroud
Black on black problem is there on few screens such as gmail -> menu -> more or Google reader -> menu -> more
did you see that ecf updated his theme to version 2 he updated a few things i converted it with wugport but all my text is black now instead of while. Can you teach me how you made it to white.
I have never tried working with theming until this 3.4.2 ROM. The day Wugfresh posted the deodex zip, I started learning. I have definitely learned quite a bit especially being the first thing I did was make the battery read in 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, ..., 100. The watermarked theme I ported over from Apex 1.4.0 came out pretty good and is located here:

I found a really sweet red skull that I liked a lot, screenshot below. It includes 1% battery increments as well as 1% charging increments. The only problem I ran into is that these icons were made primarily for samsung galaxy roms. The image directories/names are a little different and just have to be renamed in order for use. Really, all you have to do is remove the "tw_" right before the "stat_sys_batt" for every image. It's a pretty cool place to find some really unique battery icons. If anyone has a request for an icon they would like, I can gladly mod a systemUI.apk for your ROM as long as the icon pack exists. I use apkmulti-tool to decompile and recompile all of the apk files if anyone would me to explain how to use it since it took me forever to learn on my own.
