Hi,
One thing that annoys me on the HD2 is the volume screen.
Is it possible to have the volume icrease/decrease only as on overlay?
With Coreplayer increasing/decreasing the volume (from landscape mode) pause the video. I'd like to be able to increasedecrease the volume without ausing anytg and going thrugh that HTC volume screen thingy.
Doable?
Thanks

same problem here, i hate pausimg the video play to ajust the volume. on the diamnd was simple up down for volume of coreplayer but the hd2, no dpad not even a trackball like on android phones
You can use the shortcuts function in coreplayer.
In CorePlayer go to Tools / Shortcuts.
Someone just posted a solution. I tried and it works almost perfect. Almost because the volume bar does not rotate to landscape view. But that's alright ^^

Hi,
I had a Qtek S100 and I always used GSplayer as my mp3 player. Now I own a Touch, and since the touch has far less hardware buttons I switched to Mortplayer. Mainly because of the volume slider which you should be able to use to control the volume of the player instead of the system volume.
Now, this doesn't work. if I use the volume slider, the volume of the player moves 1 bit, and right after that the systems volume slider comes over the top and takes over.
Furthermore, I can't assign the camera button. When I assign it to toggle the screen on/off, it just opens the Camera.
Does someone know how I can make this work? And how do you guys use your Touch as a mp3 player?
After some time of running the device volume buttons are acting as scroll. This can be good.. but the TouchFlow volume window comes up and it is very annoying.
The only way to revert this "feature" is to power down (soft reset does not do nothing).
Has anybody else observed this "feature"?
I'm looking for a tweek to change function of volume buttons for scroll buttons - looking veeeeeeery hard !

I've found the problem: it was caused by SKScheMa (used it to lock touch screen on incoming call)

While driving I use my HD2 to listen to all my mp3 through my Belkin fm transmitter and i have to admit that i am pretty happy with the whole set up with COREPLAYER
However one thing is really bugging me,when it comes to the scrolling wheel the Ipod is excelent, while the core player you have to actually put your finger on the dot and move the cursor forward and i dont really find that convenient when i am driving.
My question is: any other players that is compatible with HD2 and has a sysytem like scrolling wheel like the Ipod?
Try to map the volume control buttons in CorePlayer to fast forward and rewind.

thats sounds intresting but where would i start ( I am really new to this world of HD2) Can anyone guide us?
I use pocketmusic and map the volume keys as fast forward and rewind. works like a charm.
i have managed to map the volume button and it works perfectly (thanks for the tip)
However the volume buttons got disabled in the process when not using corelplayer for example in sense volume buttons are not working
pocketmusic does not have that problem, as the mapped keys can be set to be controlled by pocketmusic even when pocketmusic is running in background.

i had pocket music insalled but recently i have tries coreplayerand i have to admit that i liked it more...hope someone will tune in to clarify the problem
Are you closing down Coreplayer properly when you finish using it? Use taskmanager to check if it is still running in the background. This could explain why functionality does not return to the volume rockers.

Hello to all!
Is it possible to add volume control buttons ins Manila's Music Player Tab in Landscape Mode??
I always place the phone in Langscape view in front of me, if I am listenting to music in the office.
Standing the phone of it's side, it isn't possible to reach the volume control Hardwarebuttons.
Nothing? Function impossible?
+1. Would like this too.
I've upgraded to the "official leaked sense 2.5 rom", and since the coreplayer capture all buttons function isn't working exactly like it used to .
I want the volume buttons to use the coreplayer volume, not the system. However i cannot set it to that even though "use system volume" is unticked, i've tried ticking and unticking and that hasn't work and capture all buttons is ticked. Everytime i try and change volume key to +2 volume it just increases the system volume.
So i tried Keyboard Config program. With that I've managed to make a rule so with coreplayer when volume up is pressed "alt and u" are pressed and set this to the +2 volume. However whenever i press it when i have screen on blank the screen pops back on and then goes off again which is just annoying when i have the phone out. Plus I cant increase system volume until i minimize coreplayer which is also annoying.
I have it on blank screen in my pocket usually as im on train and buses a lot, and it would just be nice to increase the volume in coreplayer without having to pull it out of my pocket, take the blank screen off and increase it. The Keyboard config method works kinda but its far from perfect.
So is there anyway to make coreplayer completly lock the keys (volume buttons) like it used to with the last official rom?
Thanks
