Hello to all!
Is it possible to add volume control buttons ins Manila's Music Player Tab in Landscape Mode??
I always place the phone in Langscape view in front of me, if I am listenting to music in the office.
Standing the phone of it's side, it isn't possible to reach the volume control Hardwarebuttons.
Nothing? Function impossible?
+1. Would like this too.

Hi,
I had a Qtek S100 and I always used GSplayer as my mp3 player. Now I own a Touch, and since the touch has far less hardware buttons I switched to Mortplayer. Mainly because of the volume slider which you should be able to use to control the volume of the player instead of the system volume.
Now, this doesn't work. if I use the volume slider, the volume of the player moves 1 bit, and right after that the systems volume slider comes over the top and takes over.
Furthermore, I can't assign the camera button. When I assign it to toggle the screen on/off, it just opens the Camera.
Does someone know how I can make this work? And how do you guys use your Touch as a mp3 player?
Hi,
One thing that annoys me on the HD2 is the volume screen.
Is it possible to have the volume icrease/decrease only as on overlay?
With Coreplayer increasing/decreasing the volume (from landscape mode) pause the video. I'd like to be able to increasedecrease the volume without ausing anytg and going thrugh that HTC volume screen thingy.
Doable?
Thanks

same problem here, i hate pausimg the video play to ajust the volume. on the diamnd was simple up down for volume of coreplayer but the hd2, no dpad not even a trackball like on android phones
You can use the shortcuts function in coreplayer.
In CorePlayer go to Tools / Shortcuts.
Someone just posted a solution. I tried and it works almost perfect. Almost because the volume bar does not rotate to landscape view. But that's alright ^^

Hello guys!
Is there any way to scroll pages on my samsung galaxy s3 (cyanogen 4.2.2) using volume up/down buttons on my headset?
I have several readers which support scrolling(next page/previous page) via volume up/down buttons on the phone.
I installed Headset Droid app and tried to change my middle button to be volume up button(I am going to purchase two buttons headphones soon) but it doesnt work in readers. Instead of changing page in my reader, button changes the sound.
Probably there is a way to remap my middle button and volume button this way: volume button on my phone to be middle button on my headset and my middle button to be volume up button on my phone. I mean is there any program to remap and change places of buttons?
Sorry for bad explanation, but I hope you understood me.
P.S. So as you can see all I need is to control any reader without touching my phone screen. I will be honest: it could save my ass on exams I'd be glad for any help and could pay for it if you allow me(paypal, sorry but have no bitcoins((((
P.S. 2 Thank You!
!!!
SOLUTION
All you need is a pro version of Moon+ Reader: open the book, go settings, control settings(dont know right translation)) then headset button. (choose what you need)
The situation is:
I working all day sitting, so i like listen music, but i can't copy music to my assigned pc, so my phone is my music.
Is there any android app that can "hear" my keboard media buttons to control the phone?, like bt headset buttons, but i don't want use a headset, y want to controll reproduction directly from keyboard. thanks.
Hey all!
Been a while since I posted, but I just got an LG Volt as a spare phone to use as a GPS/Speedometer/Music Player to mount on my motorcycle.
The one huge gripe I have is that the volume rocker controls the Alarm volume when I'm running Ulysses Speedometer Pro app for monitoring my speed on my street legal dirt bike. Even when I have music playing (installed some headphones inside my helmet, while the speedometer app is in the foreground the volume rocker controls the alarm volume instead of the media volume. I'm running a stock debloated ROM (android 4.4.2)which does have the expandable volume on-screen button, but when I'm riding my bike on the road and want to adjust the volume on the fly, it's really not safe and distracting for me to try to tap the button, then slide the slider up or down.
-I tried installing GravityBox with Xposed, and the "Force Media Volume Control" doesn't seem to work. I know I installed correctly because if I check the box for "Volume keys skip track", it works when I test it.
Is it just hit or miss with regards to all the features of gravitybox working? Does anyone know another workaround?
