Hello. Are there guide or tutorial to edit roms?
I have install eclipse android sdk and all work but can someone tell me how to modify rom ? Are there are program or something else ?

I wan't to create my own rom for LG GT540. I downloaded SDK, Java, and Eclipse, but i dont't know how to begin. I just wan't to dowload stock 2.1 rom, and unpack it, and then edit apps. Is that possible??

You need knowledge of reverse engineering.
After that you need base rom or can use stock(company default rom) to develop rom.
there have several idea and tutorial. just google it.
Hi I am wondering if it's possible to extract sound mod from a rom and use that in any other rom.
