im from italy and i see some android forums make own custom firmware..
i want to try and make my custom firmware.. but i dont know where i can find language config and other things..
i watch on internet and not found something about explain where it possible to mod an android firmware..
someone know a wiki-guide-howto to make an own firmware???

i dont know for your cell but i know one thing is we can get our default ROM from different sites i know 2 of that site where we can get it..
i cant give u bcs u should try to find it in google i also get it from there...

Given how long this device has been around, there are plenty of guides on how to achieve what you want - you just need to search and read.
As a hit though, the Stock ICS ROM was cr4p - it was only really released for developers to modify and build from. If you want ICS then use one of the many custom ROMs on here, but please don't ask which one; read the threads, decide what features you want and then try some of them.

Hi guys, I am really desperate, I did bunch of stupid things with my xperia j (propably flashing wrong firmware or kernel, i dont even know what i did)
and now i just wanna revert to stock firmware and rom.
And here is the thing i dont no how exactly, I downloaded propably right firmware but dont know where to get stock rom, so please can anybody help? point me to some thread or something?

soo I want to install a ROM on my Xperia Miro 4.1.2 version jelly bean I saw on forums and the guy who posted it screenshots were in different language soo I am curious will I have same language as he does when I install ROM ?

Sure its possible, if you need assistance you should always post full information:
Phone (modelnumber)
Bootloader/Firmware (is it unlocked)
Which recovery do you use?
Did a full wipe before flashing?
Which version of the Rom you want to install?
Which tools do you use?
Then its much mofre easier to figure out, what causes a problem.
Decompile your stock Framework-res.apk & Framework-res.apk from custom rom.
Move values-(your language) from stock to custom..
Ex:
Indonesian languange
/res/values-in
Russian
/res/values-ru
Search your languange..and move to custom rom framework-res.apk, then recompile
