Flash sites and mouse support question - HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 Themes and Apps

Hi.
I'm using SkyFire mostly because my flash support with opera9.7 is broken for some reason...
I have a website with a flash application that required mouse dragging.
How can I simulate mouse dragging on this flash application? When I try it just scrolls in that direction..
Thanks.

Bluetooth mouse with opera mobile

I'm so sick of the the stock browser due to the lag. I love the opera browser due to it speed. But most of the time i use it with my little bluetooth mouse. Problem here is mouse wheel scroll doesn't work within opera mobile. Anyone know any trick on getting it to work?
Don' t think so. The wheel acts like PgUp/Down from the keyboard. And the stock browser was modded to support those keys. Look at the browser's info page, it's not just Android browser, but blah-blah_EPAD_blah-blah-browser. So, we will have to wait Opera to support our device. Or wait for third-party mods.
Alright cool. Thanks for clearing that up. I was hoping there might be a hidden option to enable it in the about:config setting.

LINKS and MENUS That Do Not Open in the Desktop Browser...

....thought it would be a good idea for us to begin posting examples of unresponsive links, pop-ups and menus that would normally otherwise work on Full Windows versions.
Hopefully others can confirm whether or not they work on their Surface RTs, and some of the more tech-savvy members can check out the links and we can find some permanent fixes to them!
Getting started....
1) http://autoauctions.gsa.gov/autoauctions/AuctionHouseDetail.seam?linkAuctionHouse=Sparkling+City+AA+San+Antonio&linkAddressCode=I7003#
Click on the day (Tuesday) on the right, then click on any car. A picture of the car and its bio should pop-up. I have not been able to do so on a Surface.

Try choosing a region. I've found the menus to be inoperable.
Windows not wanting competing browsers magnifies this issue,...so if you notice the same, please reply.
Hulu doesn't work on desktop or metro ie. Any menu's built with hover are an issue.
www.wallstreetsurvivor.com/dashboard If you have an account, the site is practically unusable. Their "custom" dropdowns don't show. They show on every browser, the iPad, etc., internet explorer on everything but Windows RT.

Click to collapse
I have IE set to open everything in the desktop mode and Hulu works fine. All menus work, the videos play.

We are speaking about using touch not using the touch cover or other input device. If the web menus are built using the hover function they do not work with touch.
... "we" are? I see a thread about differences between Windows RT and "full" versions, not a thread about differences between touch and other inputs. You can use touch with "full" Windows (there have existed touch-based Windows tablets for years, before NT was ever ported to ARM), and you can use a conventional pointing device (USB mouse, Bluetooth mouse, Touch/Type cover trackpad, voice-controlled mouse movement, etc.) with Windows RT.

VNC Programs and USB OTG

Hi everyone,
I didn't find anything about this after numerous searches, so I'm starting this thread.
I've been following the USB OTG support and development for a while, and have been very excited about how easy it's getting to use real peripherals even with older phones.
But the one thing I haven't been able to find is, is there any VNC client program for Android that supports a physical mouse?
Seems right now that most VNC programs interpret a mouse cursor as a tap on the screen rather than, say, the left click. However, I can't tell if that is due to how Android natively handles the mouse, it if it's the VNC programs themselves.
I use VNC a lot, and I mean a lot, at work every day. There are many times that using my phone + OTG mouse/keyboard would be a lot more convenient than my laptop. But without really being able to use the mouse, it makes navigating E-mail and Excel files through VNC quite a hassle.
Has anyone gotten a physical mouse to work normally on VNC? Or am I just being a complete idiot and missing some obvious thing?

qiii4a

hey guys im trying to use the touchpad on my dock for qiii4a to play open arena, im currently running cromi-x and have tried using /dev/input/event4 and /dev/input/event5. back when i was on the original cleanrom i tried lots of different events that i thought might be the touchpad but none worked, any ideas?
Hi, there should be an option for using external mouse in the settings of the game, so you don't need to do it anywhere else. It's actually one and only game, that I know that supports mouse look.
Anyway, it requires Root, but it works amazingly
lol that dosent help at all, i dont think you understand. i know the game allows for use of an external mouse, i want to use the touchpad that is built into my dock. cromi-x is rooted, and the option in the game to use a mouse asks for the event device that the mouse registers at, i keep trying to give it the touchpads event but its still not letting me use the touchpad as mouse for the game. anyone?

to use my pc mouse to move the android pointer/cursor via WIFI

hi all.
i recently discovered this app
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.volosyukivan&hl=en
i found that this seems to be the only one app that allow to use my pc keyboard to WRITE ON ANDROID PHONE. all other apps..... do the inverse thing: allow to touch the phone and move the windows pointer........
NOW I AM LOOKING FOR an help from you guys...... i need the same thing, but with my pc mouse.
i think that if to use my keyboard on pc and via wifi it writes on my phone...........could be possible to move my pc mouse and replicate in the android system the pointer. with this i could finally INTERELY use my logitech k400 with my android.
it is strange that i did not find a smilar app. i do not understand why there are HUNDREDS apps that allow you to command your pc using your smartphone, but no vice versa(the opposite). the app i found, the one LINKED initlally, only work with keyboard and no mouse :crying:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.liveov.skm
there was another app i thought i'd used called share KM but i can't seem to find it. good luck!
you'll probably need root to get any of these working right.
thank you very much! i will try this app
