How 'transparent' do you want them?
think he must mean so the digits look as though there cut out so you can see the background wallpaper

I'm bringing this mod back because I have been PM about it. Here it is again for Myn's Warm RLS5. I have since updated the mod with the 3g/1x fix and compressed the size of the percentage battery icons by >50%.
Here you go people, enjoy.

Thanks to the community!
I put this together from the works of...
HTC, Google, Myn, Calkulin, chingy51o, Product F(RED) and many others.
You are the man! Much thanks!

Can I get the Batt % placed in the icon? If you can do that I will go ahead and donate to you.
Thanx
Did you also know the lock screen bar turns clear on this? Is this standard for 2.3?
Beautiful
I'll add this to the Warm TwoPointTwo post #2
Thanks again
Wow. Looks great dude. I miss the percentage in the battery icon, but I can sacrifice that for the sexiness. Kudos!
Btw...i would "thank" you but im using the xda app.

Hmmmm just a hint of gingerbread with an already awesome Rom . As for the battery icon not having a percentage in it I can live with it . The gingerbread battery icon is more accurate/fluid in displaying the current charge of your battery . As opposed to the stock Froyo battery indicator . The stock icon with froyo seemed to make huge drastic drops in its image but you would still be showing 70% charge . Im not dissing anyone wanting the percentage in the battery but let the gingerbread icon run its course and you will see what Im talking about . Thanks again for a great addition to Myn's awesome work . "Dreams of what Myns next creation will look like"

I can do it now since I installed GIMP. For some reason Photoshop distorts the images when I edit them. Its good with GIMP but I have to put a number value for each .png file
to get the numbers back on the battery.
Give me a couple of more days to get that done.

Just noticed that the gps icon is the same as the location icon.
Wasn't sure if that was just me.
Thanks
does anyone know what that wallpaper in the first screenshot is? the one with black and white stripes?
This is beautiful, but can You put chingy51o's Redemptive Dialer & a Clear Lock Ccreen in this?
This is really nice. Just what I've been looking for.
Thank you.

Don't know. I don't have 4G in my area to test it.
My custom colored 4G LTE icons have been quite a success and with that I was wondering if anyone would like any custom icons be it color or different images etc, just send a request and i will do them as they come.
THIS IS ASSUMING YOU KNOW HOW TO NINJAMORPH ON YOUR OWN THIS IS BY NO MEANS A TUTORIAL FOR NINJAMORPH.
nabbed for later use
and this one too
Maybe a colored gmail icon...with the red to make it look like the app icon.

Can you post blue highlighted signal bars, like for a honeycomb theme. And A white battery, like the stock gingerbread battery but in a white color.

Nevermind about the battery I found another one, but honeycomb signal bars would be great
Could you please possibly make the the green battery from gingerbread white? Along with the wifi strength, and regular signal strength? Thanks!
Is there any way you could make the signal strength into a percentage instead of just bars?

you could but there are only 5 different ones so you would have 0% 25% 50% 75% and 100% theres no way to make it into anything more than that
Hey funnyface, could you add 30, 50, 70, and 90 to these icons. And put white numbers in all of them for with the corresponding percentage? It would be much appreciated. Its for a port of 24k black for apex.

Kind of on topic, one great tip for the SR is to tap and hold on the status bar and slowly slide left or right to adjust brightness levels on the fly. Love this phone!

Great app just install and reboot. Only shows up once the battery gets low. which should be only when you care about your percentage.

Not sure this works with TouchWiz, this was meant for AOSP ROMs initially. Have you actually tested this on an S5 before posting?
(Not criticizing just being skeptical, I'm only getting my device tomorrow evening)
I'm using nova launcher and it's shuffling great. Never used touch wiz since I bought it. I'll post results one my battery dies

You are using TouchWiz. Nova is just the launcher you are using. Touchwiz is much more than the launcher.

Same exact as in AOSP so working as intended. Just surprised it affected the TouchWiz UI as well. I guess Samsung didn't do too much modding there.

It's actually code written into KitKat. As openyoureyes mentioned, it's surprising it made its way all the way through Samsung's modifications. The app doesn't create the feature, just allows you to see it. Can't touch the framework.

Why should you care what percentage your battery is at? Once it's getting low I start to panic. I'd say it's as designed

Don't you want to know prior to when you can see it with this mod though?
Once it hits 50% I can see the top of the number. As long as I know when I can start to see the numbers I'm starting to get low
