i used ttermpro.exe for upgrade my imate sp5m to wm6 and i excute 'format ALL' after that the phone refuse to boot up just a white screen and refuse to entre the bootloader, any ideas

SPL: 2.15.0001
IPL: 2.15.0001
GSM: 02.19.21
OS: 1.0.13.21
I have no idea how I can fix my issue, since the USB dont connect(

i think you must connect your device with the USB cable on youre PC and bring it in the bootloader screen. Hold the Camera- and Connection Button and press Reset. After this on youre device will come an bootscreen in three colours and on the left bottom on screen stand USB. Now you can make an Update with the original ROM.
Hv the same problem...tried the above but can't boot it beyond bootscreen.think its DOC is damaged..

I got the same problem, and i press comm manager button(left side below the camera button) and soft reset. and its enter the boot loader. give a try and pls told me the result if that would help you.

I have a Dopod 818pro that was unlocked and was working ok, but I wanted better performance, so I tried to upgrade the ROM to AKU3.3.13.ASERG-us. It looked like it worked oK, but after the recommended hard reset, I get the "HTC Innovation" screen and then it freezes on the black screen shows the below:
IPL 2.15.0001
SPL 2.15.0001
GSM 02.19.21
OS 3.0.0.0
"Dopod Enjoy Mobility" and then it disconnects from the PC.
When I connect it to USB and do a hard reset the PC recognizes it when the HTC Innovation screen comes, but then disconnects from the PC. So essentially, I am not even able to connect to PC to reinstall my original ROM (RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship.exe).
I would very much appreciate if any one can suggest a solution to reinstall my original ROM software...

Hello,
Try pressing the camera button (hold on to it) and press RESET. You should be in bootloader mode now and the PC should be able to recognize the USB connection. If this works, try upgrading with the RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_ Ship.exe you mentioned. It should work.

hello I wanted right statement that I found how to repair my qtek S200 it was enough to return in the bootloader while pressing on the button power and the photo button to be able in trer in the bootloader and thus to restore a connection usb with the PC and the qtek thank you louse to have to help me has to solve this problem however simple has to solve I hope to help of other people in the same situation only me with the pleasure
hello, I have a problem with a ipaq h6320 which a friend gave to me but is not working. it freeze in the SO start, seems that this rom is corrupt and try to restore it already with the hp RUU and don't work, also try enter by MTTY and only shows me strange symbols and not the usual USB> promt.... help me please!!!!
