Well, I was at cyanogen 4.0.4, and I wiped it again to reinstall the same rom because it was a issue due to the browser which kept force closing.
After doing so, My phone stays on the green screen. I can get on the bootloader and stuff, I tried wiping it again and It won't work...
I have no idea whats happening.
It's on the green mytouch screen for a while.
____________________________________________
FIXED.
Take the SD card out ,
put it in the SD Card Reader,
download a new rom or the same (whatever you feel comfortable)
WIPE 3 times just to be safe,
then install rom
(Takes at least 2 mins to go through)

DONT PANIC!!! .... Take a deep breath and count to 10
How long is a while?
Some take up to 2min for it to boot, as long as you can get into Recovery your ok, might be a bad download.
Try a older ROM that you know is good.
It's been like 15 mins....
I wiped it , so it doesn't install annything and its taking long..
IF you can get into bootloader and recovery you are not bricked.
Reinstall the ROM.

Pull the battery and put it back in again, hold volume down and power, go into recovery and wipe the cache, reboot and you'll be fine.
i would love to do dat bro,but u got to unmount the card to take the cover off, andddd da only way to do dat is to get to the menu and unmount it.ive seen somethin like that in recovery i think, but wut should i do now?
I have no idea what you are talking about, pull the battery out of the phone to turn it off, and go into ClockworkMod recovry and clear the cache, that will fix your problem.
what im talking about is,to take the cover off,u need to unmount the card 1st,but the only way to do that is in the settings.itz da only way i can get to the battery.
Just do it without unmounting, just pull it all out or off. Back cover, SD card, battery, whatever. Otherwise you're never going to get it out of a bootloop.
The only way you dont want to pull your sd out is when your running a2sd. In you case I think it fine to take it out. When the phones off the sd card is not in use so I guess you could say it isnt mounted so just take it out and do what Kalavere said.
So i recently downgraded my evo shift from 2.3.3 to 2.2 and booted the cyanogenmod 7 rom to it. everything worked pretty well so i installed a bunch of root apps. I installed juice defender and as of yesterday the wifi and 3g havent been quite working to par. the wifi always has a weak signal and the 3g barley works. it mostly stays on 1x and if it happens to go to 3g it is a weak 3g signal. i have tried restarting my phone and would try a radio update but my bootloader for some reason doesnt even recognize any img files i put on the sd card (i used ruu to flash the downgrade). any help would be appriciated
Well first, get rid of juice defender.. Unless you never use your phone, your draining more battery. Also I've had experience with it causing an issue with my data. Second, the lack of signal tends to be something that happens on AOSP and the crappy sprint network. Uninstall juice defender, clean up your dalvik cache and see how things work. Also install the V8 kernel of kernel manager

ok thanks i will uninstall juice defender. how to i clean my cashe though?
Edit: ok...so i updated to v8 and now my phone is stuck on the HTC logo........

Dalvik cache is cleared in recovery under advanced. As far as getting stuck on the HTC logo, try booting back into recovery, wipe dalvik and cache, then flash the kernel again. If it still won't boot then wipe Dalvik/cache and flash a different kernel.. Or reflash CM7 over what you already have.
To Boot into Recovery. Power down ( shut off ) the phone, hold the volume button down, and then press the power button. Let it do it's thing. Then with the volume button move the highlighted section till it's on Recovery. Press the power button. Again using the volume btton move the highlighted secion till it's on Clear Cache. Press the power button. Do the same thing again on the next menu. Let it do it's thing. When it says done the highlighted section should be on reboot. Press the power button and reboot.
EDIT: oh well to late.
ok i flashed the cm7 kernal and cleared the cashe. still nothing. my signal still goes in and out. data is still not working. could i need a radio update? i have android version 2.3.3 with baseband 1.07.00.1129

Did you do a FULL wipe when you first flashed the ROM? Wipe dalvik/cache/Data??
Also couldn't hurt to update your radio..

Format your SD card to fat32, that should help with the img not being recognized. Formatting clears your SD card so make a backup first.
Usually when you flash a fresh ROM it's best to wipe a few times to make sure everything is cleared out. Not sure if that is the issue her or not.

it is not bricked, not even soft brick, don't understand the panic every time, I flash my device about 20 times every day with experimental stuff and nearly 80% cause a bootlop or crashes and sometimes a soft brick..
Just copy new ROM to your sdcard

torxx is saying adb push a rom to phone thru command window. Do all the wipes you said you have done. It is good you wipe System also. Maybe try to reformat sd card, all fat32. Back it up first. I had better luck reformatting thru phone than a windows reformat program. Don't know why as sdformatter always worked on Nexus One. Maybe because of the internal card of the 1s as opposed to removable sdcard.

Ok so now another problem came up, everything works good, my YouTube app plays videos but it stays stuck loading up then it plays sound for a second or two then it reloads the video and does that repeatedly and it keeps going on till I exit the app, plus the camcorder don't work, the camera app works and takes pics fine but I can't record or playback any videos in my gallery, but when I install a video player it plays the videos I can't really play in my gallery, but when I click on camcorder on the camera app it loads up then it just closes it without warning and it keeps doing that until I restart it and then it works for a little bit then it does it again. Srry to bother you guys with such little things like this but I like my phone fully working plus I like to take pics while I record but it keeps fc'ing so I just want to fix that. Any clues?

A few details before I start
I am on Galaxy S3 i535 from Verizon, was running CleanROM 5.6 for a few hours after coming from Codename Android that I was using for a few days(I've been going crazy with trying roms lately.)
I flashed LiquidSmooth 2.0 with CWM (never have used odin)
On all of these flashes before i did so I wiped system/factory reset, wiped cache and dalvik cache, and formatted system, cache, and data.
I had just finished flashing Liquid Smooth about an hour ago and was installing a few things with titanium back up. everything up until this point was going fine, got all my apps instaIlled and ready to go, and I head into the settings and try to turn on a few things and edit some settings in the Liquidsmooth settings.
Now my phone is stuck in a bootloop and I'm not sure what to do. I have tried power/volume down, power/home/volume up, power/home/volume down, and nothing will get it to reboot. I dont know whether or not it is safe to take out the battery and start from there, so if that is the route I should take, please let me know.
I have no experience with odin, but I can most definitely look that up so I wont need help there. Just some help on whether or not I should take out the battery or do something else. I just don't want to brick it in any way if that is avoidable:fingers-crossed :fingers-crossed:
Thanks to whoever can help me!
Edit:
I used the search a little better this time and saw people say pull battery on similar cases, and I did that, and I'm still stuck in bootloop. (It seems like in most of the threads I found pulling the battery was a given so people didnt mention it, but I needed to know for sure.) So I am still in the bootloop and am just going to boot into download mode and go from there.
Alright I was able to odin to stock, and now im back to square one.
Not sure how to delete threads :S

OP you are missing the point here. You have to take the battery out and put it back in before going to recovery. Once you have done that try vol-up/home/ power at the same time. Once samsung logog appears look at the top left if you see words release. it will boot to recovery. You can take it from there.
Hi, last night my wifi seemed to cut off while using my tablet. I tried to cut it back on and it got stuck in the "trying to connect to wifi" stage. I cant press the button and it wont turn back on. I was running Chromi X 4.6.6 at the time. Today, I flashed 4.6.8, hoping it would reset and fix the problem, but the problem still is there. I am really nervous I broke my wifi chip or something. Just do a factory wipe. As long as you don't do a full data wipe you will keep your nandroids if they are on internal.

**** me. Restored back to 4.6.4. Wifi is still broken. Gets to the the "Turning Wi-Fi- on..." screen and never turns on. I am freaking out.
Do you think doing this will work? And if so, how do I start a terminal session?
I've had the Bluetooth not turning on issue four times on my TF101 - the first two times a hard reset (no data loss) fixed it - have you tried this, as opposed to a restart? - and the next two times I just waited and eventually BT turned on. I've never encountered this with WiFI (yet).
In case anyone else encounters this, on a rooted tablet the following might also help:
Open a terminal session and -
su - <enter>
cd /system/bin <enter>
stop bluetoothd <enter>
start bluetoothd -n <enter>
This will force stop and then restart the Bluetooth daemon. I haven't yet worked out (mainly because I haven't need to) what the equivlent process is for WiFi.

I got that problem before. I believed that this was what I did if you want to try it out:
1. Wipe both Caches and data
2. Restart your system
3. Shut it off again
4. Go to recovery and select the Android for a cold boot
5. Restart it again and it work for me
I don't know why I had to go through that sequences but I seem to work for me, good luck.

Hehe, I have been there so many times before. You can use the volume up to select and volume down to confirm. Any way, did you tweak your device before the problem? Did you use D2SD? Maybe you explain a little more details what you did so that people have better understanding of your problem. The worse case is you have to flash the rom again .

OK. I was running Chromi-X 4.6.6 ODEX at the time it happened. I used to use a micro sd card but it was acting weird and I took it out. I have been using only the internal SD for the last ~3 months. I use _that/ stock modded kernel variant based from ASUS Stock that comes with the ChromiX mod. I run Apex launcher. Android version 4.2.1.
Using TWRP 2.5 on 10.6.1.14.4 via goomanager.

- Flashing ChromiX 4.6.8
- Recovering an old nandroid backup (4.6.4)
- Clearing cache and data via TWRP and restarting with cold boot
