Check your APN settings in the wireless -> mobile network settings menu. This is not really an android/dev issue.

Finally I fixed the problem with my ATT 6.1 19209 (Dutty's Official Build)...
If you were having any problems sending or receiving MMS this fixed the problem for me....I have to thank all those that gave me advice, and finally with some tinkering I got it to work properly...
What I did....
1. Installed Dutty's 6.1 Official 19209 ROM
2. Let Connections Setup run its course and reset.
3. Installed restoreHiddenProxy...and made a regedit file that copies the correct settings for the ATT build
4. Go to Settings -> Connections -> Connections -> Advance -> Select Networks -> First box should say MEdia Net.
4. Soft reset
5. Works perfect on my rom.
Attached is the regedit settings...which basically is the ATT settings from a cab that was posted for ....just didn't feel like reinstalling MMS over to take up 3.6 mb in the rom.
If anyone can try this to verify if it works for them it would be greatly appreciated.....
Thanks again for all those that helped..

Does this work on other WM6.1 ROM which had MMS problem?
This is a rom for the CDMA version of the HUAWEI IDEOS.
More of a basic rom with speed improvements.
If you want to have it at maximum potential please download launcher pro from market.
Changes:
-Deodexed
-su and busybox
-task killer tweak
LINK
Package for ClockWorkMod Recovery
Package for Amon_RA Recovery
wow.. thanks mate... :thumb:
this will be great, because in my country CDMA ideos is growing in the market..
sincere request:
- pls add custom keyboard.. my friend has tried installing custom keyboard but it didnt work. cust. key may be good since this device has small screen..
- CFW may be great with speed and UI enhancement
- IMHO, focus in froyo is better for now than gingerbread (as per your poll in GSM Ideos )
short question....
howto do the recovery with the zip file...
i'm a bit lost since i'm a niubie here..

okai, first you'll have to install a custom recovery onto your device...look at my other post about u8150 to get amon ra or go http://www.myppc.it/web/community/viewtopic.php?f=126&t=5453 to try to get clockworkmod recovery to work.

Is that base ROM update to 2.2.1, same with the U8150 too?
Currently, I use U8150 ROM from your other thread. Which one better, this rom or U8150 ROM?

well this is for compatibility purposes ...if you have the c8150 is preferable to use this rom ..if you have it and works totally fine on your device then use the 2.2.1 for gsm

===== How to repair Huawei C8150 with non-working 3G internet =====
Download the stock ROM. Huawei removed all ROMs for C8150/U8150 from their site, and stock ROM for U8150 will refuse to install onto C8150, here's the only ROM for C8150 I've found across Internet:
www.4shared.com/file/la-2GIpG/C8150-Bakrie.html
www.4shared.com/zip/d8MGuLlf/C8150-Indonesia-AHA.html
i.minus.com/1327053927/BHgJlUzA2IYDIX2EA7NdOA/dbbr7pQNBKOwnL.zip
www.mediafire.com/?p0j6igxm76wmd9y
stupid forum won't allow me to post links
Put the file "UPDATE.APP" to the directory "dload" on your SD card, power off the phone, then power it up while holding Volume Up button and End Call (red) button. The phone will be updated to the stock ROM (and all your personal data will be erased).
If you don't like Indonesian user interface for any reason you may select different language by clicking the button in the lower-right corner in the startup dialog.
Next you'll need to enter APN for your cell network operator.
The phone is locked to the operator - it will delete any APN with MCC and MNC code not matching Indonesia and AHA. However the 3G works even with wrong MCC/MNC, at least for my operator.
Here's instructions for Ukrainian operator Intertelecom:
Go to Settings -> Wireless & Networks -> Mobile -> APNs. There will be two APNs, click the first one. Enter following values:
APN: #777
Proxy - clear this field.
Username: IT
Password: IT
DO NOT change MCC and MNC fields.
Authentication: PAP or CHAP
APN type: *
Press Menu -> Save. Internet should be working now.
I did not try those instructions for different ROMs, but I think they might work.
ok here is the problem im running ultimate droid 3.3 on htc evo on boost mobile now question everything i read says to do the ##3282# brings nothing up and yes im rooted and have my msl code now what i do is ##3282# from phone and nothing then try send still nothing but failed call ive also tried the deleting the file in data data android.telephony fix and reboot nothing i can recieve mms but not send just sits there and does not go no error or this is to big everything else works flawlesss on this phone please help anybody.
I use the application MSL READER, YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE MARKET IS FREE, and tell your password to ENTER ** 3282 *
You need a sense based ROM. AOSP roms such as CM 7 don't contain these menus. Nandroid backup and flash a sense rom.

Wouldnt it be nice to post your solution on here, so other users having the same problem can benefit from it?
if ##3282# doesn't do anything make sure your on a sense rom Using STOCK dialer,
if yes to both those and still nothin' search forums for and re-install EPST.apk
then redo ##data# > Edit mode > enter msl > Advanced > MMS Server URL -->change to http://mm.myboostmobile.com -->Menu button >Commit Modifications
reboot and test mms
Just use apn backup and restore if you can't access epst
Thanks guys! This thread helped greatly!
Hi all!
've Tried both versions, CLK and MAGLDR. Unfortunately, in both versions, the Internet does not work. Network is enabled, but no connection possible.
WiFi works well.
with 1GB ext4 as 2nd Partition of 16 GB SD is available, have tried 200mb/5mb cache and 220mb/5mb cache, hard and soft reset, but no success.
HTC-HD2 is a 512 MB of Germany T-Mobile, SIM ist T-Mobile too.
Very sad, the ROM would like to use. Any idea what it could be?
Thanks for your help
Here the Link from the ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1282281&highlight=internet
Manual setup?
Hi!
I've had the same problem several times with other ROMs as well. I found an article that described manual connection to the internet.
I had to set up the following manually:
(Settings -> More network -> Mobile Networks -> Access Points) [for stock jelly bean]
Name: telenor
APN: telenor
User: dj
Password: **
Find your T-Mobile manual setup
(probably this:
PROXY: Deaktivieren
PROFILNAMEN: TD1 Internet
APN: internet.t-mobile

BENUTZERNAME: t-mobile
KENNWORT: tm
IP-ADRESSE: Dynamisch

Thanks for the answer. I've now tried it. But the APN settings match and it's not the same. Meanwhile another ROM've tried to make it go smoothly at first attempt.
Only I do not like the ROM. So .... I'm looking for further
Try port another ROM

It reads very well, thanks for the tip!
However, there are a few problems for me:
First I'm a newbie
Second My English is not good
I understand, for example, not following instructions from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=28679487&postcount=3
2) esp for clk users please flash the touch cwm beta 8 attached below,using the leoimg.nbh file from hd2tool kit in bootloader mode,when the phone restarts keep pressing back key ,you'll be in clk settings

Previously I used to programming HD2 Toolkit 4.3 (Recovery Version TouchRC1-, CLK-version 1.4.0.1) and then I flashed "cLK_1.5.0rc1.nbh" over it. Is it the same (touch cwm beta8)? And where can I find the "leoimg.nbh" File?
CLK*
EU & Tmobile with a sd ext Configuration:
recovery = 7 MB
misc = 1 MB
boot = 5 MB
system =150 MB
cache =7 MB

How can I cache and recovery set to 7 MB? In HD2 Toolkit is only 5 MB or 44 MB cache. Or I have to do in the recovery mode?
I would love to use the ROM, because I fail at the moment. Can you help me here please? That would be great, thanks!:highfive:
success!
ok, I've read a lot and learned even more. And so I could install the ROM "Team Blue Droid SENSE 3.5,HTC One X MODS" as well. It is really very nice and quickly. And the mobile internet is working fine.:good:
Thank you very much for the tip!
As most users already know, there is a bug in the dual-SIM ICS FTF if you flash it on Xperia E, not being able to manually save APNs. Infact, not being able to create them at all.
Well, I had this and fixed this problem on xmoose's XBoosT ROM , but since its based on the stock ICS firmware, it'll work for it too.
Here's what you want to do to fix it :
METHOD 1:
Disable 'Data Transfer" : Go to Settings > (under Wireless and Networks) More.... > Mobile Networks > UNTICK 'Data Enabled'
Go Back, and turn ON Airplane Mode
Wait till its completely turned on
As soon as its turned on, turn it back OFF
Now go set up your APNs!!
Hit the THANKS !!
P.S : I believe the bug was because the ROM could not detect the MCC and MNC port numbers of your respective carrier. But this fixes it. Weird.
UPDATE: Looks like this bug exists in the Dual SIM variant too. To fix it on DS phones, follow these: OK, it seems the bug isn't device-specific. Just try either method (if Method 1 doesn't work, try Method 2)
METHOD 2:
NOTE: You'll need a working Wi-Fi network with for this!
Connect to any Wi-Fi network
Go to Settings > Dual SIM card > Untick SIM 1, and then tick it back again
Go to Settings > Xperia (TM) > Internet settings
The APNs should get downloaded and be working!
(Thanks to @TheRealSS for Method 2)
Will try this,if you are sure it works,let @UltraGamerHD note this in his Official thread under "How To"
