Auto Bcc - Touch Pro, Fuze General

Hi guys
I am looking for the functionality that when I send an email that it automatically BCC's the message to another email account
Now I know the iphone, blackberry etc does this, but disappointed to learn Windows Mobile 6.5 doesnt support this.
Is there any way or an app that can be used for this?
Thanks
Ryan

Push Email

Hi all
Its been a while since i have been here ( as i switched to the iphone), while i think the phone is really cool, i miss some of the features of windows mobile ( calender, and productivity functions), i have got used to having my emails with me.
My question is can you do push email on windows mobile and if so how do i go getting more info on this (i tired to search but could not find what i was looking for). on thing i can do on my iphone is get all my work email forwarded to a gmail account this is then shown on my phone, but when i send a reply i shows the address as my orginal work email address, can this be done on windows mobile.
any help would be great as i want to get a tytn II.
cheers guys
Neel
no one knows
I sure if you do some searching on this site you will surely find what you are looking for.
ummm, push email functionality has been available since windows mobile 5.0... talk to your IT guys if you want your work email sent to a windows mobile phone, pretty much all of them have push capability, slower than black berries but still gets the job done MUCH better than polling...
if you're interested in it, theres a java based program called funambol that is/was open source and is still in development i think, not sure... if you run your computer and have experience with ftp file programs and such with a dedicated broadband internet service (nowadays what internet forum user doesn't) this would be a good solution for you... you'll download all your stuff to your own computer, OTA contacts and PIM sync without having to have an enterprise server
it works very well at this point, but i believe its still open source on some platforms, give it a try

more specifically, you want myfunambol, the free personal service, here is the link for that

Messenger Question

Hi all:
Let me begin by saying I have searched endlessly, but am not having much luck. I even posted a reply in a very old thread I found here on xda, but never got any replies.
Here is my question, I use Windows Live messenger. On my Windows Live contacts list, I have several Yahoo contacts. I am able to send and receive messages from them through Windows live. I know this is also possible on Yahoo messenger, since some of my friends have my Windows Live ID on their Yahoo contact lists.
For some reason on all of the mobile messengers I do not see my Yahoo contacts.
Do any of the programs support this? Am I just doing something wrong?
So far I have tried IM+, Palringo, Agile, Beejive and Octro.
None seem to do what I wanted.
I don't mind paying for an app that will do this.
Thanks!

Receiving Emails from 2 Windows Live Accounts

Hi Guys and Girls!
Just a quick question I wondered if any of you forum guys had an idea of a way to receive e-mails from 2 Windows live email accounts to one device?
I have a hotmail.com address which I've had for ages and is used for messenger, facebook and any other crap like that and i have a live.co.uk account that I use for all important e-mails such as Jobs, banking etc.
I dont want to set the one account just to forward to the other account but as far as I can see you can only sign into the windows live application with 1 ID and you have to keep switching. Also it won't let you set up the other e-mail address through the general Email account setup.
If anyone has any ideas that might help I will be very appreciative!
Many Thanks All!
The only way as far as i know is to just bookmark one of the hotmail accounts in your browser and just refresh it whenever you want to check for new mail. It works for me. Cheers.

Yeah but it kind of defeats the object of having Push Email though...
Sorry, but it don;t know of any way to do it. as you have already noticed, the Live app only supports one account. Maybe something like fleximail or a similar 3rd party mail app would allow you to have multiple hotmail accounts??

50 email limit - Windows Live Hotmail

Hey all,
I have a HTC Touch phone through Bell and have my hotmail account setup on it to receive emails from my account. The problem I am having is that it will only allow me to see the latest 50 emails.
Does anyone know how to change this value? Is there a registry hack/setting/etc that can be changed?
I saw one "solution", which was setting up your account through outlook instead, but then there isn't push, and that's why I use it.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated!
There is no solution to this as far as i am aware. I am using a different client to push hotmail to my trinity and had the same issue. All i could see was the top 50 messages in my inbox, as newer ones were deleted then older ones would synch across. Checking with them it was confirmed that the 50 message limit was imposed by Microsoft.
help
i am Sooooooo frustrated.
i thought i finally found the answer to my problems in windows live.
My wm6.1 phone is SOOOOOO unreliable when i need it to download/send emails.
I set up a hotmail account and configured windows live on my phone only to find out that i can only SEE MY LATEST 50 EMAILS!!!
WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS?!?!?!?!?
They create a solution to smtp/imap/pop3 problems in windows live and then they make it unusable for ANYONE!
What other solutions are available?
I will never purchase another windows mobile phone again. Apparently this has been a problem for a long time and they have yet to address it...
ugh

This isn't a windows mobile problem but a MS Live problem.

[Q] E-mail sync programs?

Hi,
Does anybody have any suggestions for a good app that will enable me to sync my e-mails from my pc to my transformer, and vica versa?
Preferably wireless but if need be via the data cable?
I currently use Outlook on the PC but would not be against changing e-mail client if necessary?
I have googled but to be honest its all a bit confusion and information from you guys would be far more relevant I think
Cheers
Can't you use the stock Gmail and email apps? Or are you after an app that stores your messages offline?
I just use an email serivce that supports IMAP servers (which GMail does wonderfully) and then it is sync'd through the server. I can use it on my phone, my desktop PC, my tablet and my laptop and have it all in sync.
Hi Guys,
Thanks for the responses. I feel like a bit of an ass because I should have probably read up more on this. It would appear that IMAP is what I needed all along and although I had heard of this I had no idea what it was.
I have checked the details with my e-mail provider (1and1) and have now set up my PC, tablet AND phone to use these servers!
Thanks again for all your help, and sorry for such a dumb question
Ben
