stuck in bootloader - HELP !!!!

Ok - So I have a mde very noobish error. I have in the past flashed my Kaise to a number of cooked ROMs but had recently just got hold a replacement handset from T-Mobile UK.
I was inteding to load Duttys new WM6.1 ROM and so ran JumpSPL from my phone but then proceeded to flash duttys ROm without flashing HardSPL first !!!
The ROM loaded but now my phone is stuck in the bootloader and whatever I do - I cant get by it or flash any other ROM or anything.
Whatever I try I either get Error 262 or 292 (I think) which is invalid Vendor Id. I have searched but cant find a solution.
Please help me !!!!

I have tried a hard reset (power + camera keys) but nothing - the phone still boots to the tri-color bootloader screen.
anything else I can do? I'm really starting to get worried...

The key combination you are using is to enter Bootloader Mode.

Anyhow - I tried that and its STILL booting straight into the bootloader screen !!!

You should be able to install hardspl from that bootloader screen, I had to do it for a friend who bricked his kaiser in the same fasion.

I did try that but didn't work. I will give it another go now and post back.
UPDATE: I cant get past the first bit where it needs the activesync connection enabled i.e. icon to be GREEN. This isnt gona happen coz I can't get the phone to boot.
what next? Its looking like I complectely messed my phone up...

anyone else have any ideas? I'm getting desperate here... hey I will even donate if I have to - just help me bring my phone back from the brink!

I definitely was not ignoring your advice as you were the first person kind enough to respond with a possiblt solution to my problem. Unfortunately, didnt work.
Also, I have found that if I try to re-flash the original ROM I get an INvALID VENDOR ID message - obviously down to the fact I dont have HardSPL flashed. I cant flash HardSPL either.
Do you have any other ideas/suggestions I can try please?
UPDATE: Sorry, I think I was looking at the wrong post - what is MTTY and where can I get it please?

Currently there are at least two other guys having the same problem. Please start reading the current threads.

please help my mda stucks when it starts

just upgraded my phone vesion from wm6.1 19199 touchflo to wm6.1 19209 touchflo yesterday.. and it worked well, until now, i am trying to turn on the phone but it stucks at " windows mobile 6.1 professional ".
i tried to turn it on a lot of times and to do soft reset and take the battery out but it is the same all the times. i also charge the battery but it is full and it still happens.
please! what can i do??

To perfomr a Hard Reset :-
In this scenario the common solution is to do a hard reset,to do the Hard reset.Press and hold the comm manager button and the voice command button,while keep the two buttons pressed,and at the same time,use the stylus to lightly press and hold the Reset button,the phone will reboot and ask for confirmation,accept it and phone will do a hard reset.check if it helps,otherwise,most probably,its a bad flash or the the extended_rom is corrupted.Reflash the official carrier's rom to clear/correct the extended_rom or reflash the TNT 19209 touchflo ,do this with getting into Bootloaders (Tricolor screen),hope it'll work.

the first solution dont work, in the second i press the reset button it resets and still have the problem.
the other solution i dont understand. my phone cannot connect activesync so i cant flash a new rom.. if thats what you tried to say

if everything fails the i will request u to send ur set to me...by some chance when my set stuck the last time i had a friend in o2 service centre and he took my phone and flashed a new rom in 2 hrs. let me know if that suits u.....mail me at [email protected] and i will get it done for u

Be a sport,don't start posting the same request and offering your service to everybody and in every thread, requesting them to send their phones to you for repair,you know it yourself its not feasible and practical.If you have a genuine solution,why don't you start a new thread and post the procedure alongwith the software you claim you have to revive a phone in this manner,if you honestly intend to help and do a service to the community. According to your name and email ,I presume you are somewhere in India,do you think,its viable to send all the phones from all around the world to you for repair,NO kidding !!! I don't mean any offense towards you though !

Activesync will not work in this situation,but if you are able to get into Bootloaders (tricolor screen) its possible to flash a rom,and you don't need to activesync to perform a flash,infact when you start a Rom to flash,it automatically cuts off the activesync all by itself even in the normal condition,so don't worry if the activesync doesn't work now,just try to get into Bootloaders mode and flash a rom.

Press and keep holding down Camera button and at the same time Soft reset or
Camera Button + Power on the phone,it'll take the phone into Bootloaders mode (tricolor screen).While in Bootloaders, Hook up the phone with pc via usb cable,watch small usb appear at the bottom of the Bootloaders and run the RUU,it'll start to flash the Rom,ok

if everything fails rememer me........but be fast and stop trying all hanky panky things on ur device it can damage it further........

I am getting frustrated:/

3 days back i noticed that no matter how many times i press the power button on my HTC Touch Pro(Vodafone) the back light wont go off.If i keep on pressing it a power off message would appear asking me should i switch off my phone.By changing the power settings i had set it to Turn off the backlight after 30 secs(If not used).Which helped but the problem remains the same,after the backlight goes off it wont come back no matter how many times i press the power button:/.
It would only come back by sliding the Qwerty,as a result the Phone despite of the fact being turned off is using power and my phone dies off after 3 hours or so:S.I tried resetting it by Clearing the Storage(7 times) but it didn't help.After i which i opted to Hard reset it by holding down the Vol & Enter button and then pressing the rest using Stylus,but no matter how many times i try it the stupid Vodafone startup screen would appear and it would not(Tried it when the phone was on).the phone simply wont shut down,i tried by pulling off the batter,but once the battery is in it would start all by itself:/(In this way i cant hard reset the phone while it is off:/:/).How can i hard reset it??Somebody please help me!!!!
P.S:I have unlocked the phone so that i can use it in here.

Sounds really weird... maybe you can try executing task29 and flash a new rom....
but I'm not sure...

Do you mean HardSPL? You could try flashing a stock ROM to the device after putting it in bootloader (hold volume down and press reset, keep holding volume down until you get the tricolour screen).

From where would i find a stock ROM and how would i flash it(Procedure in detail)?And after flashing this stock ROM would i be able to restore everything using Sprite backup?

Follow this guide if it's your first time, and as long as you've already backed your data up (which you should have if you were doing a hard reset anyway) then you should be fine with Sprite.

Go to the HTC website and download an original ROM from their support page.
Oh and when flashing back to stock, make sure you flash stock rom/radio first, before you remove HardSPL (see guide one post above)

Unfortunately the ROM available on HTC's(3.27.4.3) website is not supported by my phone(The text field after verifying my S/N number prompted that the ROM is not suitable for my phone).What should i do now?Shall i take the risk and give it a go??My only concern is that i don't want to end up with a locked phone after a ROM flash:/

just give it a go. and flash it. you cant really even brick these phones. so your not losing anything. even flash a rom without the sprite backup built in. you can always get the cab

Download rom from sunnysoft, there's no Serial number check in there.

I doubt it as he can still power off by holding the button down. Sounds like a software problem to me... Is it the same for you with regards to powering off?

Well sorry for my ''early'' answer. I cant turn it on,when i am going to do this an orange light lights up on the turn on button.It goes on black screen and then nothing.No logos are appeared. I tried to flash the default kernel from there http://www.androidgadgematic.com/2012/06/how-to-fix-bricked-sony-xperia-android.html but i couldnt. The last time i did this i kept tapping the search button until it lights the blue led light on the turn on button, i tried to flash the file which is given on the site that i gave to you but it didnt happens anything. You need to flash your stock ROM on your device...
Download SE PC companion and install it:

Open Sony Ericsson PC Companion when it´s installed:
Choose Support Zone(Start/Begin)->updating the phone software: it will pop up a message phone not found. Search for blue marked: Repair phone. Click on it and follow instructions on how to do.

What phone do you have?

Greetings all,
I don't see any place to add a question, so I'm asking it here. If this is incorrect, someone please direct me to where it should go.
I have a Huawei M881.Android 4.04.
I used Kingo root to root it, with no problem.
My issue is, how do I get rid of apps I don't need? Should I get a new ROM?
Again, my apologies if this post is in the wrong place, but I can't find where to post a question.

I think titanium backup can remove bloatwares. I never use it though. I used clean master to remove mine. Both apps required root permission to do it. I used a paid app before but i forgot the name.

Sry for delay my power went Dow, I used fron unlocked then installed bloat ware I managed to reload it but it just has black screen so can't type anything or see anything, I've huawei g510-0100

ive treid it just loops the boot bit stuck on huawei and if i pull battery and try the install wipe factory settings it does it but i cant type anythng to get on the net to input my modem password, my other half is going to go mental at me for attempting this stuff, i was ya it worked then it went down wont ever do anything like this again lol so ive no idea how to unroot it as no screen

hi there this is a stupid question i know how do i go to recovery, if u mean hold vol up and power key and wipe pertition and then wipe factory reset ive done that 6 times for some reason the apex launcher got wiped out and for life of me dont know why it wont work without it like it did before and also mount a ll partitions what is that and dont have a rom i just used the unlocker website.
ive also hooked phone up to pc after 5th wipe to click on root x its resent to phone but still a black screen

Hi just to let you know I fixed it, I some how managed to delete the default launcher that was why I couldn't see anything only the drop down bit like battery etc, I went on to play store on my pc and logged into my apps and reinstalled a launcher and my screen came back yay .... Go me.....
Also went in to no bloat app I had and saw I deleted it after back up so I installed the default launcher again via hi suite thank goodness I'm so impressed with myself...... Had a very friendly person helping me find soultions thank you justpmme x
