Okay I just updated my AT&T TIlt witht he Windows 6.1 ROM from the site, but now I get a GPRS error all the time now and I need the ROM for how it ships but on HTC I can not download it.

The Kaiser Wiki contains a section dedicated to original shipped ROMs.
maybe your radio version is not compatible with Windows 6.1 rom.....

I would suggest going to HTC.com and registering your device with their support site. You should then be able to download the latest Dutch language rom from there.
I did up one open market version once on the ftp of xda-dev. It should be somewhere in the upload section.. it was not the original installer but it was an installer based on a dump from an original tytnII. You have to hardSPL the tytnII to flash this one.
Otherwise there are only WWE (english) versions out there.

hi, i registered my phones already a while ago, there's only a option to download WM6 for my htc p3300 because there was an update from wm5 to wm6, but there is nothing to download for the tytn...

it is my 1st time.
My Kaiser is WM 6 with Arabic support. I have the official HTC ROM for WM 6 and 6.1 from their site.
my question is if I upgrade to 6.1 and for any reason i did not like it, is it a simple as it looks to flash it back to WM 6.
do i have to worry about these confusing issues (to me at least) like the Radio ...etc specially that i am using here the official ROM's.

If the HTC roms do not contain radios then...
When you flash to WM6.1 you will need a 6.1 compatable radio. When you flash back to 6.0 you will need a 6.0 compatable radio.
Click the Kaiser radios link in my sig for versions.

Is there offcial upgrade for WM 6.1 for my devise , so I can install it w/o cracking?
htc.com says that there is no upgrade for my S/N, but I saw following post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=419064 which says different.

Wow, Unless you are kidding, tell me you are kidding, you must not have a Kaiser. There are official WM6.1 ROMs for the Kaiser everywhere.
Every custom ROM is based of an Official WM6.1 Build. I bet you could find what you are looking for in the Wiki.

Read the sticky for flashing your first ROM follow the guide, then read the ROM threads and find a ROM you like the sound of and flash all ROMs are compatable.

Hi guys, I'm new here at XDADEV, I was just wondering if you could link me into a tutorial that I can upgrade my WM6.1 to WM6.5. I mean a latest tutorial for upgrades. I found one entitled windows mobile 6.5 (build 23518.5.5.0) here in the forums, should i just install this to my phone? or what thanks experts

A good place to start is the sticky located @ the top of this forum as holds a guide on flashing and much more useful info.
TF3D is not included as the kaiser has never had 100% working due to drivers.
Please use the search and read stickys as you can be guaranteed over the years another user will have asked.
