I am newbie on using samsung omnia and getting a lot helps from this forum But I have an query, can anyone please let me know, how do I block certain incoming no.s in my omnia? Like I have saved a contact as 'AA' and want to block 'AA' so that he won't get me when ever he tries to call me.

There are programs that allow specific phone numbers to be blocked, I think the is one in the Dev and Hacking section, just do a quick search there.

Hi there,
If you've all seen a standard Samsung phone, you'll have noticed that you can put a security code/PIN number on your items (Photos, messages etc..).
I was wondering if there was any application or feature out there that means I could impose one of these onto my WM6.1 Polaris? Everyone looks at my phone and every can read all my messages! When I go to look at their inferior phones... They have codes!
Any help is appreciated.

I remember a new program posted not long ago, that should do what you are looking for. It was posted in Development and Hacking and I think the name was just 'lock'. You then have to make all your links to your messages into links to this lock program, which will ask for a code and then redirect you to your messages. It will still be possible to launch tmail.exe in the Windows directory directly (but I don't think a lot of people will have any clue on how to do this anyway).

Hey, I'm totally new here so please do instruct me if I have misread the forum information about where I should be posting this!
I've got an HTC HD2 running WM6.5 (so hopefully a responce would apply to many people with the same OS).
My question is, has an application been developped which can automatically send an SMS to a specific contact at a specific time, either one-time only or recurrently?
I have had a search over the forum and auto-responder apps exist, but I'm looking for one that will send a message at a predetermined time.

Hi Everyone
Using a stock Spring LG G2 and having trouble with my text messages being.. scrambled. For every message, the body just reads "M+ Access code: 7258, Message ID: HTWE5379".
Any idea what this could be or mean? I've tried googling as an LG and as an Android issue but coming up empty. If I can provide any further details or if you have any thoughts please let me know.

Hi, I am guessing that you mean Sprint, not Spring??
There does not appear to be related info on XDA.
The closest info I can find on the net tells me it may be related to apn/roaming apn.
Since your device is stock, my suggestion would be call the carrier for assistance.

Does blocking someone in whatsapp also blocks normal calls? Not whastapp calls.
