Fuze camera issue - General Questions and Answers

Hi- first post. i have a fuze running raphael. My problem is the camera. i press the PTT button activate the camera but it does not show the image before i take a picture. once i take the picture i see the image but do not see it while trying to take the photo. can anyone offer any suggestions?
I did not check prior to installing raphael etc if the camera worked normally.
Any help is very appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi - same problem after flashing RRE ROM and 1.12.25.19 Radio.
I can use the camera with QuickMark, too, but no image on the screen. No image on the screen when focusing, but the camera takes the photo fine.
Thanks!

Camera problem (.NET 3.5?)

Hello everyone,
Could anyone tell me what's wrong with my Vox? Sometimes (and it happens every now and again) when I activate the Camera, the image in the screen is upside down! I.e. if I move my Vox to the right, the camera would move its viewfinder to the left, etc. When I take the picture, it's either upside down or distorted: the photo is broken into repeating pieces and I can't see anything. The image gets corrupted.
I would be grateful if someone gives a piece of advice on how to fix that Camera problem.
P.S.I noticed that this never happens on official ROMs. I only got that thing after I switched to .NET Compact Framework 3.5 on the official ROM. 6.1 ROMs usually come with .NET 3.5, and the problem persists.

camera problems?

I've just acquired a 8125 G3 and I immediately flashed the rom to WizFlo. I'm not too familiar with the 8125 (other devices I have are 2125's, HP H6315, Dell X30's) so I don't know how it worked with the original ROM. I see there is an LED next to the camera, but nothing I do ever lights it up. Plus the camera is always too dark...the auto white balance is always too dark. Are these normal problems? Are they related to the WizFlo ROM? I also tried the Touch HD 0.6 ROM and the camera was the same. Is there a camera upgrade to fix this? Or do I have a hardware problem?
I used LikiWiz to unlock the phone and ran the t-mobile 2.26 IPL/SPL.
Thanks
There is a Flash Button Next to the Capture Button in your Software , i my slef found that out after one moth of my use lol
Where? I have 1 button on the side that opens the camera app and takes a picture. I can use the center button on the nav control to shoot a picture. On screen I have 3 icons...album, camera mode, ad settings....none have a flash control or button.

The 6.1.2.1 WizFlo was purely an experimental release. New camera and few fiddly bits so we can test it. I have not managed to get the camera workin 100%. Flash back to 6.1.2.0.
Ok, Thanks. Since I didn't spend any time looking at the original ROM when I got it, I wasn't sure if I had a hardware problem of this was a ROM issue. I like the WizFlo 2D ROM and I don't care about the camera functions...If you want any feedback on bugs I find I'd be happy to let you know.
erm i meant in the software, when u start the camera, there are 3 buttons on the right hand, the first one has a red line on it, press it and the flash will be activated

I also have the same problem as reported.

[Q]Nexus S Camera Problem

Hi! I had these camera issues on my Nexus S i9020xxkl1 for a quite a long time now. Hopefully someone knows how to fix this.
#1: My front camera is showing on landscape mode, even though I'm holding it right (portrait). the buttons are showing on portrait too. its just that the camera preview is on landscape!
#2: On my rear camera, when I press the record button to take a video, the camera app crashes and shows "unfortunately, gallery has stopped".
I almost tried everything from wiping, return to stock etc. Now I'm on stock 4.0.4. thank you!

I believe that you have a software problem..and the easiest way for you is to reinstall a new software (ROM). You can find it in this site in the right topic. You follow the indications and maybe you fix your problem.
Make a backup of your data/apps/images/contacts/etc & enjoy your new phone

Try a kitkat rom. It's at least 3x faster than ICS and has a good chance to fix your problem.

[Q] Weird camera flash issue

I usually don't take pictures with flash, but today I noticed that the flash doesn't work properly in the camera app. When I try to take a picture, the the flash lights up while the camera is focusing, but when the actual picture is being taken it remains off, resulting into a very dark picture. I am running stock 4.4.4 + elementalx kernel. Has anyone else noticed something similiar and have any idea how to fix this?

Camera not focusing where taped and gets stuck trying to take a picture

My phone freezes while trying to take a photo. Focus is also not working. The only way to wake it up is to switch off and on the screen by on/off button. Any ideas what is this about? No root, updated to last version...
While recording a video focus is also not wotking.
P.S. Front camera works perfect.
Damn you, I can't post link to video that shows how does it look because I am not a flooder...
OK, phone was returned and received back with camera changed. It was hardware problem. Not at all.
