does somebody have SecureW2 working properly on his phone?
i really need it for my network on school, but unfortunately, when i start this program it is half off te screen, and i cant scroll.
with half of the settings this program doesn's work :s

i had the same prob, needed securew2 to log on at school (eduroam)
what i did was i used sphelper(u can download it for free), its a cursor which u can use to click on the screen and u can move the screen up, down, left and right it takes some time to get used to it, but it gets the job done.. Good luck

first of all,don't panic.
enter a bootloader screen by pressing down camera button while resetting the phone.
the screen will become tri-colored , and the connecting to pc will be lost.
the execute the official rom from t-mobile, and do what it says.
now cross fingers and pray.

unbricking signs
1. You will get to the tri color screen (hold down camera button while giving the reset button a pusn.
2. Load an official RUU search this site and you will find one(beats the screwdriver and soldering iron)
3. Your screen may turn white (now is the time for patience)
4. Your computer may say that your phone is all done after 1-10 minutes. this would be a good time to push the little reset button.
5. When all fails read the directions and try again.

thanks it went through but said error, so its not bricked, it just went back to wm6.1

It's the official tmobile wing ruu download.
Type in your imei number (behind the battery) download the file, run from your laptop, desktop. This should put you back to factory original.

I'm usually not this foolish. I swear I copied the url the first time. This url is where you enter your imei number.

Booting the Fuze Up - Stuttering Animation?

1. Can I get rid of that RGD red numbers on the bottom right of the screen?
2. The the 3G logo that shows up always stutters ONCE during it's playback. Why?
3. When it boots up it looks for palringo.exe and can't find it. How do I change it's startup function, cause I deleted that a long time ago.

i think you can edit the startup programs by going to Windows\Start Up from the file explorer

I can´t get by the align screen?

Hi, would be really glad to get some help to get by the align screen!
The display is a little scratchy but it works, now 2 questions:
1: is there a way to using the computer or somthing to get rid of the align screen
Had this problem once before after installing a new rom, but then it worked out after many tries, but now it seems impossible just keep hunting the cross
2: Can you change the plasic over the touch screen (i have a HTC touch diamond)

Can you connect via active sync?
If so you can use MyMobiler to connect and click to align.

fnx for the fast reply, tried my mobiler and i see the screen on my computer but i cant use the mouse to align - still need to push on the screen on the mobile... and i cant get by the align screen, ill guess ill try the other link u had there! tnx again

Unplug the phone and just hit the power button off for a couple seconds and hit it back on.
If that doenst get you out of align screen just reboot the device and when it starts back up and gets stuck at align screen just plug it into your computer and wait till it syncs with active sync. Now use the computer to delete welcome.lnk from device memory/windows/startup folder. Unplug the phone and reboot the phone again.

tnx, for the help, i used the program on the first link and it worked - guess deleting the welcome.lnk work aswell!!! Now to the second question, can you replace the scratched plastic? i cant use the upper right corner on the touchscreen, kinda annoing to not be able to press the x or ok botton there....

cant find windows folder when i connect it to the pc? program dont work anymore so i guess its only to delete the welcome.lnk left but cant find it on my device?`what to do, cant get pas align screen...

Hit back home or "hang up". If you cant figure out how to use your phone, frankly, replacing the screen is probably gonna be to difficult for you to deal with yourself. Take it to a repair shop or get a new one.

Nothing works... just keep hunting the cross on align screen, cant get past it using the program on the link, and not buy pressing power button on and off, tried every button on the phone aswell, and cant find windows folder when connecting to active sync!!! so any ideas would be apprechiated

make sure in the folder option onthe pc you allow the pc to see hidden files and folders
windows is a system folder and they really dont like people pising about with it
so just enabling the "show hidden files and folders" in the option should show the windows folder also you may run into and issue were you cant delete the file you need to as its prtected. to get round this you need to download total commander on ur phone then navigate to windows folder and delete the file
totalcommander will erase anything you want as itll get round the protection

look for an program called everywan for the pc
its a bit like my mobiler but itll show you memort processes running on the phone all you have to do is quit the welcome head app then you can get into phone. then use total commander to delete the file
this will need to be done one everyhard reset

[Q] Shut down toggle switch?

Hey everyone,
First off i wanted to show my appreciation to the Dev's on this site for all your hard work, The minute I seen the HD2 I had to have it, But out of the box i was kinda let down with its UI and OS limitations, So i checked around and found this site and I've been making my phone more custom to my needs everyday, without these tweaks and mods, The phone would have most likely been returned within days. But now I'm hooked. And I'm def looking forward to seeing a 100% stable android rom so i dont have to use WMO anymore, and I know its just a matter of time. So again thanks a lot for your hard work!
With that being said, I'm relativly new to WMO and this whole customization process, I've gotten this far because of the tutorials on the site and just reading a lot, but theres still some i dont understand, But I'll ask those questions when the time comes in a whole new thread.
*NOTE: I'M ON TMOUS. ROM IS STOCK 3.14.*
The question I have is:
I just installed a cab (longpress reset) so that when i hold the endkey (red button on the far right bottom of the HD2) for a few seconds it soft resets my phone, which is awesome because my phone likes to lock up a lot and I really hate having to pull it apart and reseting it by pulling the battery or find a paper clip or something to push the reset button.
But even tho I have yet to actually turn my phone off, I feel like im going to miss the option (I no longer get the stock action screen with the turn-off phone option since i installed the said cab above.) And at this point, unless I'm missing something, I have no way to turn my phone off now.
I was looking for a - POWER OFF TOGGLE SWITCH/BUTTON - like the toggle switches that came with CHTeditor. Just a button I can place right on my home screen in my quicklinks that if i need to I can just click to power off my phone. Is there currently anything like this available? I've been looking for hours and cant find anything like it.
If not, is this something someone can put together, I would be greatly appreciative and would be happy to donate anything I could.

Just decide to use CHT 2.0. There you´ll find exactly the switch that restarts the phone

you can try my shutdown, it works perfectly...if you wanna have a quicklink that gives you a few options, xda shutdown works well too

Oh trust me, I dabbled with it the other day, as soon as its out of beta i'll install it. CHT is incredible.

Thanks, But I no longer have the option to select anything when i hold my endkey, which is what i want, so when the phone freezes i can just simply restart it without taking it apart, so i'm just looking for a button (which as soon as cht 2.0 is out of beta, I guess i'll have) that i can put on my home screen for the time being, that just incase i need to i can just power off my phone with the hit of a single button.
It might be on there, but im just seeing the endkey menu thing like the one that came stock on my htc hd2.

Yep, I found them, But when i push the "Shutdown" or "Softreset" buttons the cab installed, they just turn my screen off and lock my phone, just like when i short click my endkey. Weird.

Try this one, I wrote it specially for you 8) hehehehe
